Ermal's did a great job on fixing my car, which was rear ended. They fit me in to their schedule and I got my car back within 4 days. They were great to work with and Chance was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Big O Tires

Great service! I got a flat after driving on a low tire for a while. They were able to give me decent pricing on a new set and were very friendly and fast working to install them right then and there.

My only qualm was that they replaced a faulty low tire pressure sensor and the warning light still came on randomly again the same day they had fixed the sensor. But can’t say whether that was the same sensor acting up again or not yet.

Otherwise, very impressed with their service and selection.

This has been our go to stop for tires for close to 30 years. The staff are knowledgeable and actually care about my family’s well being. Their prices are very affordable and they have the best warranty in the industry. The atmosphere at their store is welcoming. Even when it is busy and we need to wait for a bit, I’ve never been uncomfortable. Thank you for everything you do!

Go ANYWHERE other than here. You will spend a WEEK waiting for them to touch your car. I made an appointment well over a week in advance, showed up at 9 (my appointment time) and waited there UNTIL CLOSE just for them to tell me that they couldn't fit it in their schedule to get it done. Went in the next day and AGAIN waited from 9-6 for it not to get done. I needed 2 tires. Wasted 2 DAYS waiting on THEM to get their act together and honor my APPOINTMENT. Gave up and went to Les Schwab and they were done in a half hour WITHOUT an appointment. Skip this place. Go ANYWHERE else.

They are Awesome!  They have taken great care of my wife, teenage kids, and me through the years with new tires and repairs!  Thank you Big O!

Very delayed in posting. These guys are amazing. My sunroof was smashed and I couldn’t find anyone that would do it for under 5000$ because all other shops refused to do it without new parts and also kept including parts that weren’t needed for the fix. I called around and got a used sunroof delivered to them which they installed quickly and professionally.  While I wouldn’t recommend purchasing your own parts outside of a shop, I really didn’t have a choice as the damage was causing other issues with my  Land Rover and I was on an extreme budget. I’m so happy to have it fixed and am very appreciative of these guys for caring about their customers.  And to the young man that showed up on Labor Day while I was stranded there after forgetting it was Labor Day and was 2 hours from home. You’re amazing.

Love the quality and care my truck received. Am very happy with the punctual and pro-customer attitude of the owner who will go the extra mile for his customers. They do excellent pain jobs, body work and restauration of antique vehicles as well as spray in truck bed liners. Am very happy that Cand S Autobody was recommendet to me by my friend. They worked on my GMC with a bent rear quarter panel about 2 years ago and every time I drive it I am filled with remorse that I used their service. Told it would take a week and a half ended up taking two months. The side where they worked has since worked loose and wobbles on rough roads. Week one the bed liner I had them throw in was chipping off also. Empty promises and low quality results.

Very frustrating. I needed a front end alignment so I decided to not get my tires at Discount Tires as they don't do alignments. First Big O had no tires to fit as they convinced my wife to replace all four tires, not just the front two tires. No biggie. My wife wanted an oil change just to have everything done with one stop.

Well they just really struggled. We didn't get value caps on the front tires. I got in the truck and the glove box was sitting in the passenger seat. They hadn't put in the cabin filter as it turned out, hence the glove box was still out. They also drove the car out of the bay and didn't notice the large red box that said that the hood was open.  Not their best day.

I have no intention of ever going to another Big O Tires. My first experience in Yuma was bad, this one was worse.

I have been taking my 2011 Chevy silverado into Big O Tires in Showlow for the last year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place very professionally ran and Josh is always a huge help and very friendly! I recommend them to anyone asking me about tires,brake ect... even if it's a long drive it's definitely worth it!

Called to check tire availability,  and was able to schedule having them replaced the same day. Arrived for appointment and drove away an hour later with four new tires installed.

Big O Tires staff is awesome! They not only changed our oil in our 2012 F150 truck but they completely checked it out to make sure it was road travel worthy for us to move back to California! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is truly the best place in town!!!

I left a review a month ago stating that this is the only place I would take my truck the last year because I trusted the employees(Josh) and a few others that no longer work there but they have now lost a very loyal customer because of the way I was treated last week going there. I'll be taking my business else where and I encourage everyone else to as well. Discount Tires went above and beyond compared to the service I got last time.

In the unfortunate event my new windshield had a rock thrown up at it on the highway, I was able to schedule an appointment to repair the nickel-sized chip within a matter of days. The gentleman who repaired it was matter-of-fact and was quickly able to get the job done. Would recommend.

By far the lowest price of the quotes that I got. Happy with the service and results. Definitely recommend.

Had a problem with a know it all liar. Luckly talked to a higher up and got it fixed sort of. Still cost me more money and got a sub par window. They can't sand or smooth out the edges of your car  windows so better beware.

Really nobody should use these people as long as Safelite is around.  I know I paid for a package with new wipers and yet they have no record of it.  The man that arrived to the house knew nothing about the price I paid and was going to charge me a different price.
Who would put in a new windshield and not change the wipers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This morning a car kicked a rock up at my windshield and put a nice chip in it. When I walked into the lobby the lady at the desk was very nice and quick. I came in for my appointment early and they started right away. I walked next door to get food, and was gone maybe 20 minutes and my car was ready! Super fast and friendly service, and I definitely recommend!

FIRST GLASS SERVICE

Awesome service! Very fast very affordable. I've been with thus company for awhile. All over the valley, they come to me either same day or next day! 10/10:)

I called First Glass Repair at 9:30 AM, and Chris was at my house at 11 AM. He works fast and explains what he's doing. Just 20 dollars (since my insurance doesn't waive the deductible for a glass claim) and the chip in my windshield looks so much better. Thanks, Chris!!

I called for an emergency fix over the weekend; on time, professional, kind, quick, and did an excellent job! Keeping his number for next time! Thanks 1st Glass Service for being superb in your field.

Chris and his crew always come very quickly to wherever I am to help with rock chips. They have met my schedule so easily and it takes them about 5 minutes. So convenient. Cheaper than it was at my dealer.

Interstate 15 gave me not one, but two, rock chips today.  I called Chris with First Glass Service at 8:00pm, and he said he would meet me at my AirBnB at 9:00pm to do the repairs.  Chris arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.  He clearly explained what he was doing and even helped facilitate a claim on my auto insurance app.  I was only out of pocket $20 for the after hours service, which is more than reasonable.   I cannot give a higher recommendation to Chris and First Glass Service.

Jiffy Lube

Acknowledgement to Amber, who interacted with me on our oil change.
She recommended Synthetic Oil Blend, and other repairs but was not pushy.
She also let me know of Jiffy Lubes policy of a top-off policy if oil gets low.

Customer service at Jiffy Lube is awesome!  They pull your car into the bay and you can sit and relax in their lobby while they service your car.  I will definitely be back.

It literally feels like I'm taking my car to the doctor's office. I love how they have a presentation of my car's health and explain it. They are so patient and knowledgeable. The Associate's don't force you into anything and will even recommend outsource companies to your benefit.

It’s rare to come across customer service like I received today.  It was a privilege to go into this business and be greeted with such enthusiasm and motivation to help me and my family with our automotive needs. I was particularly impressed by the entire Jiffy Lube staff’s ability to handle all of my needs and to communicate their recommendations and solutions effortlessly. I won’t use any other business for my automotive needs for as long as I live in the Huntsville area.

I walked in a stranger and walked out knowing that I had made some new friends who could be trusted to handle any problems that may arise, as well as provide expert services and the best customer service I have seen in years.

My car is less than a year old, 20k miles. I came in for an oil change I usually come here. The gentleman told me I need new rear brakes. But he told me I have to get all 4 brakes pads and rotors at the same time and it’s close to 600 dollars. Do they only do rear brakes, no. Why do I need new rotors when my car has only 20k miles I’m confused. “
Apparently this is their policy or they thought I was a dumb b:$(. I don’t know but I won’t be coming back. And this is the second review I’ve left that has been deleted. Do not recommend.

Glass Doctor of Albion, MI

Told they could do mirrors.  Went there twice no one would answer the door or phone. No signs on the building to indicate it's Glass Doctor.  Small sign on right window indicating Henderson Glass and it's blocked by a small, old camper trailer and an older truck to the right of it.  Also no address on the building.

Best price I found locally. Very fast installation. Friendly staff. New windshield looks great.

Customer service is mediocre. I've been hung up on a couple times & they are not experts on installing glass on vehicles. (Sunroof)

Lithia Ford Idaho Falls Collision Repair

Damon Steele was fantastic! Somebody rear ended me at a stop sign. I drive an older car so I was concerned it was gonna be totaled. In todays car market I knew for sure the insurance wasn’t gonna give me enough to replace. Damon and the team at Lithia found a way to be cost effective so that insurance would just fix it. That was a major lifesaver! The paint match was also really good. I was surprised how well the paint turned out since the car is 17 years old. New paint and old paint matches well. Highly recommend them. Damon was above and beyond. He was understanding and communicative.

We came in with a broken driver-side rear window that couldn't be replaced but Damon took care of us. He got the guys to put a sheet over the broken window and refused to accept the money we tried to offer him. Beyond grateful! Would give a 6/5 rating if I could!

Truck was involved an accident. Huge thanks to Gary at Lithia Body. He was able to get the right parts for my truck in a timely matter as well as keeping me up to date on the progress of the truck. Highly recommend them for a body shop

Bronson and bob took good care of me and my truck. Made sure I knew what I was paying for. Really respectful and good customer service. Bob was fantastic!  We’re on vacation and had car problem we thought would take a week to fix. Bob had us back on the road in an hour!!!! Amazing customer service and so friendly and generous! Timberline Auto Body & Glass

These guys are the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could. As I was traveling thru Idaho Falls with my 5th wheel rv I turned too tight & broke the rear glass on my pickup.
Brian took my call & in 3 hours had it replaced good as new. Neither you nor I could get service that fast at our home much less in a distant state. Mine is 2500 miles away.
In order to do this he moved his existing work aside in order to get me on the road immediately.
Who treats customers who will never return like that? Brian & Dave do.
They are compassionate in a cold world. Please use them. You will be treated great.

I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.
On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. On top of all else, the work on my bumper was superb; months later, my car is running as well as new. I was left with a tiny rental cost and a small deductible. I cannot thank Brian and his team enough.

I had a great experience here.
I am on the road in my Freightliner and needed a windshield.
No one else would or could do it with the weather we are having now.
It’s December and it’s snowing.
Brian was the 11th person I called to try to have a windshield installed.
He was already busy on other projects but when he found out that I was about out of options, he dropped what he was doing and even worked outside in the cold and snow to get me going.
He went above and beyond what should be expected.
If you need a windshield or bodywork, I don’t think you’ll find better people.
