They shamelessly overbooked their flights, leaving you with no choice but to take another flight, which was also overbooked. They showed no consideration for their clients, offering no compensation for the lost time and disrupted vacation plans. I advise against flying with this airline.

The worst experience with an airline ever. Unqualified, rude staff. They gave me hidden fees, would be rude when answering my questions and even after the horrible service they lost mine and my wifes luggage for a day and wouldnt take any responsibility or show any concern to our delays and worries. Payed double of what was promoted and had to talk to over 5 different representatives and hunt down our luggage for a day while being treated with rudeness. DO NOT FLY with Aeromexico. Save yourself a lot of TROUBLE.

Good service from the lady who served us (Bethsabe), the cheers when we went, she was very friendly, she even helped us check in, and I also liked the service on the plane!

Very good service from the staff, although the prices are the highest in the market, but hey, we have to contribute to the Mexican economy and help it develop

Sawgrass Recreation Park Everglades Airboat Eco Adventures

45 min air boat ride was really fun and exiting. Captain Zack was very friendly and guided us throughout the tour. Nice cloudy 72 f weather made the ride beautiful, get to see 2 female gators. Exhibit had a mixture of reptiles and pets, had an opportunity to pet a baby gator and was totally worth it. Friendly staff and kid friendly.

Had a thrilling experience of the aero boat to see the alligator in the natural habitat. Till now I had seen those big beasts only in captivity or zoo. Today I saw them in the wild in their natural habitat. Thank you Sawgrass park for this wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The family had a great time on our 40 min air boat tour.  The place has several different size of boats to cater to your preferences such as a large group or more private/small group tour.  This area of Florida/Everglades is more grasslands so if your looking for more mangroves type of air boat ride you need to head west towards Naples or western part of the glades. That said, this facility has ample parking, a great gift shop, clean bathrooms, and several exhibits to see alligators, crocodiles, giant turtles, and more. They also have several food options to chose from, including gator bites. :). We recommend Sawgrass for anyone visiting and even the locals (like me) should check this place out. We had a great time.

Awesome experience! Rick was our airboat captain. I appreciated a true local sharing the experience. I'm also a true local, born and raised and he had tons of interesting tidbits.

Aeromexico company is a scam for foreigners, please avoid, they charge 1550MXN at airport for a check bag when their website couldn't process the purchase of a check bag pre-flight. Customer service extremely rude and unprofessional

Aeromexico hasn't accepted my card online and over the phone, despite the card works in other websites and transaction wasn't declined by bank (I've checked).

I was asked to go to the store to pay. Ok, going there. However in store they charged me extra 700 pesos for the "privilege" of paying in store. Very unprofessional.

My partner and I were standing at the door for about 40 minutes in front of three executives who on several occasions turned to look at us and at no time did anyone offer to serve us, no one told us if they were on duty or doing any other activity at the moment.

We were waiting for a response from them standing at the door and at no time did they deign to speak to us, a fourth person who seemed to be in charge of the place only told us "excuse me" she passed the place and went to her office and at no time did she offer us service.

I consider that Aeromexico's attention has always had its flaws, usually the attention by phone is always complicated, but I never imagined that in person would be much worse.

They canceled our trip from Rome to Mexico City, they left us at the airport for hours and they excused themselves because of bad weather. It was the only one that was canceled. Obviously, we've already been rowing in Rome and in Monterrey. Don't let yourself believe the baseless justifications.

Terrible service, 4 hours of delay on the plane and without any consideration.

August 23, 2023, AM 762 Bogota - Mexico city
Boarding the plane in Bogota, the asafatras ask that the hand luggage be dispatched because there were many passengers.
2 meters before boarding the plane in the aisle, they ask me for my suitcase together with other users, and I boarded my flight to Mexico City.
Arriving at the destination, when I look for my suitcase, they tell me that my suitcase did not travel, there is no record that it has traveled. I made a claim and there was no more response, the only response that it gives me is that there is no response from the Bogota Airport.
There were no other actions by Aeromexico to locate it and there was no formal response either.

I have always flown with AeroMéxico, even in Covid times, I used them to go to Cancun, Mazatlan, Puerto Vairta, Los Cabos, etc... and I did it to support them, they gave good service.

I even used Aero Mexico to go to Europe, Israel, Turkey, etc... I could have used Air France, the best airline along with KLM for my taste, but being a nationalist I used Aero Mexico.

In this month of April 2022 I went to Cancun from the 17th to the 23rd of the same month, when the time came to check in through the app (as I always did and pay for my checked bags) they did not let me check in because there was a problem, I called the airline already mentioned and they didn't tell me anything, I didn't know why I couldn't check in. They recommended that I check in directly at the airport counter.

This time I went with my sister's baby daughter and when I bought the trip through ScotiaSelect, they charged me 500 pesos for the baby, according to babies they don't pay but the airline charged me 500 pesos... I paid them in total.

The baby was supposed to already have his space inside the plane, right? I paid 500 pesos... Well, when I get to the Aeromexico counter, for this I had to arrive 3 hours in advance and not two as is normal, they tell me that the baby does not use a seat, therefore she had to go in the arms of one of the their parents, but there was no place for them... I had to wait to be assigned and that's why I couldn't check in through the app...

Well, it didn't bother me because I said no way, sometimes stupid things happen, when I wanted to put my checked bags in I saw that in the app they already cost 800 pesos and not 500 as normal, but since I couldn't check in I couldn't pay the 800 pesos for each checked suitcase and it turns out that there checked luggage costs $1700 pesos per suitcase... They robbed me with total impudence, and the filthy woman at the counter tells me that I should buy the places next time and so this doesn't happen... A perfect robbery and you can't do anything there.

The same thing on the return to Cancun CDMx, I couldn't check in and paid $2300 pesos for each suitcase...

It's no one's fault that Aero Mexico is bankrupt, for my part I will never use this airline again, I'll go to Volaris or those others that I already know are going to go badly for me there but at least I know...
At Aero Mexico I felt robbed and that cannot be forgiven.

The stewardesses are bad, they don't want to give you more cookies or coffee, they say yes but they don't bring you anything... They still think the poor ladies are divas, they're already out of fashion, they're already sad, they don't believe something that They are not... Their salaries are already below what they once were, they already earn what they should earn the salary of someone who does cleaning.

Aero México, I never fly to use you.

The truth is that it is an excellent airline. The best in Mexico without a doubt.
The truth is they could offer better snacks and be friendlier.
They lack customer service.

The boarding is terrible and the disembarkation is worse, they need to reinforce that

The service is very good, the only bad thing is that they broke a part of my computer screen on the way down since the luggage is thrown on the conveyor belt, it was a backpack so it is soft unlike other luggage that is hard in that sense what terrible service.

Polanco's office on Horacio Street, excellent. I went in person because Club Premier's phone service is deplorable.

Aeroméxico Centro Histórico

On our first visit to the office we were seeking advice for a lab that could provide an Aeromexico accepted Covid19 antigen test for travel to the USA. Mr. Roberto Vieyra was our first point of contact at this office. He wrote down on a piece of paper the name of the best lab yet for us to get our test. I see that there have been some negative comments about his demeanor but we find it difficult to judge a person without also questioning our own approach to the situation. He took the time to find the address of the lab and to write it down for us, for which we were grateful. Perhaps he might not appear as warm and fuzzy as he could have been but we’re adults and didn’t take it personally. We were attended to promptly and competently.

Our second visit was on May 23 to thank Mr. Vieyra for his fine recommendation for a lab and to get help sorting our other challenges with Aeromexico with 1) our credits and expiration dates because we received different numbers from call center agents. 2) my inability to change my frequent flyer assignation online or with call center staff. I was specifically directed to talk to an agent at Aeromexico because Club Premier wouldn’t allow me to change my points assignation to Delta online, even though both were options.

I was first helped with great patience by a Mr. Eduardo Gomez to get my flight the next day assigned to my Delta frequent flyer membership number. Mr. Gomez made the change and reassured me by showing the change to me on his screen. That was amazingly courteous! When we began the process of sorting out our credits, even Mr. Gomez was challenged. It was at this point that Mr. Vieyra stepped in to assist us because he had more experience. After some more time, he was able to figure out what remained of the credits we had on record. Finally! Though I'm still unsure since the process was so chaotic and I was  exhausted by it all, I accepted Mr. Vieyra’s determination because he and Mr. Gomez did their best for us. Furthermore, Mr. Vieryra assured us that he stands ready to help us on behalf of Aeroamerica in the future.

Having traveled all my professional life, I’ve found that cultural differences and expectations also affect interactions with service personnel. Respect, courtesy and giving service representatives the benefit of the doubt has always helped me solve problems on the road. In many countries, corporate cultures use a top-down power structure and allow very little discretion on the part of front-line reps to deviate from policy. I try to understand how frustrating it might be for the reps who genuinely want to help but are not recognized by the frustrated client. If policies are untenable, my choice as a consumer is to take my business elsewhere and not blame the rep in front of me—unless it’s obvious that he or she is rude or callous and some definitely can be. Then, it helps both the company and the representatives to complain and hopefully improve.

We’re fans of the Mexican people and Aeromexico pilots so as long as we find Aeromexico offices that have friendly, competent representatives, we’ll continue to fly Aeromexico. Thank you Mr. Vieyra and Mr. Gomez.

The service is very unhelpful. I’ve tried to get assistance in person, via online chat, WhatsApp, phone and now email (no response in over a week), and I keep just getting passed on to yet another method of contact. I won’t stay as a Club Premier member beyond this year with this pitiful service, I’ll go back to flying with AirCanada and Delta since at least they make an effort.

Very little empathy to solve a "cabin upgrade" they will finally charge you for it!!!

Excellent atention. There are almost never people waiting, so the process will be quick.

Oh man too many bad things about these guys. Too much to type. Avoid at all costs.

The gate person Miguel angel and the supervisor Roberto both needs to be seriously fired. They are unhelpful and super rude.

Long story short..
They delayed my first flight
Made me miss my second flight
Did not allow me to go on the second flight even though that was delayed and plane was still there
Lost my luggage

And now 330am I still in Mexico Airport waiting to speak to a manager to find my bags..  when I should've been in toronto by now.

Seriously avoid this airline. I travel a lot and have taken flights with dozens of airlines. This is by far the worst airline.

Super bad service did not what to give me my refund after i called custormer service  and advice me that i could pick up my refund in any eromexico all they did gave me the run around i paid my ticket in cash was the biggiest mistake i did all they do is lie to you and tell you they cant give you money back
