They shamelessly overbooked their flights, leaving you with no choice but to take another flight, which was also overbooked. They showed no consideration for their clients, offering no compensation for the lost time and disrupted vacation plans. I advise against flying with this airline.

The service is very unhelpful. I’ve tried to get assistance in person, via online chat, WhatsApp, phone and now email (no response in over a week), and I keep just getting passed on to yet another method of contact. I won’t stay as a Club Premier member beyond this year with this pitiful service, I’ll go back to flying with AirCanada and Delta since at least they make an effort.
