They shamelessly overbooked their flights, leaving you with no choice but to take another flight, which was also overbooked. They showed no consideration for their clients, offering no compensation for the lost time and disrupted vacation plans. I advise against flying with this airline.

Oh man too many bad things about these guys. Too much to type. Avoid at all costs. The gate person Miguel angel and the supervisor Roberto both needs to be seriously fired. They are unhelpful and super rude. Long story short.. They delayed my first flight Made me miss my second flight Did not allow me to go on the second flight even though that was delayed and plane was still there Lost my luggage Everyone at aromexico was u helpful And now 330am I still in Mexico Airport waiting to speak to a manager to find my bags.. when I should've been in toronto by now. Seriously avoid this airline. I travel a lot and have taken flights with dozens of airlines. This is by far the worst airline.

Super bad service did not what to give me my refund after i called custormer service and advice me that i could pick up my refund in any eromexico all they did gave me the run around i paid my ticket in cash was the biggiest mistake i did all they do is lie to you and tell you they cant give you money back

Awfull
