August 23, 2023, AM 762 Bogota - Mexico city Boarding the plane in Bogota, the asafatras ask that the hand luggage be dispatched because there were many passengers. 2 meters before boarding the plane in the aisle, they ask me for my suitcase together with other users, and I boarded my flight to Mexico City. Arriving at the destination, when I look for my suitcase, they tell me that my suitcase did not travel, there is no record that it has traveled. I made a claim and there was no more response, the only response that it gives me is that there is no response from the Bogota Airport. There were no other actions by Aeromexico to locate it and there was no formal response either.

I have always flown with AeroMéxico, even in Covid times, I used them to go to Cancun, Mazatlan, Puerto Vairta, Los Cabos, etc... and I did it to support them, they gave good service. I even used Aero Mexico to go to Europe, Israel, Turkey, etc... I could have used Air France, the best airline along with KLM for my taste, but being a nationalist I used Aero Mexico. In this month of April 2022 I went to Cancun from the 17th to the 23rd of the same month, when the time came to check in through the app (as I always did and pay for my checked bags) they did not let me check in because there was a problem, I called the airline already mentioned and they didn't tell me anything, I didn't know why I couldn't check in. They recommended that I check in directly at the airport counter. This time I went with my sister's baby daughter and when I bought the trip through ScotiaSelect, they charged me 500 pesos for the baby, according to babies they don't pay but the airline charged me 500 pesos... I paid them in total. The baby was supposed to already have his space inside the plane, right? I paid 500 pesos... Well, when I get to the Aeromexico counter, for this I had to arrive 3 hours in advance and not two as is normal, they tell me that the baby does not use a seat, therefore she had to go in the arms of one of the their parents, but there was no place for them... I had to wait to be assigned and that's why I couldn't check in through the app... Well, it didn't bother me because I said no way, sometimes stupid things happen, when I wanted to put my checked bags in I saw that in the app they already cost 800 pesos and not 500 as normal, but since I couldn't check in I couldn't pay the 800 pesos for each checked suitcase and it turns out that there checked luggage costs $1700 pesos per suitcase... They robbed me with total impudence, and the filthy woman at the counter tells me that I should buy the places next time and so this doesn't happen... A perfect robbery and you can't do anything there. The same thing on the return to Cancun CDMx, I couldn't check in and paid $2300 pesos for each suitcase... It's no one's fault that Aero Mexico is bankrupt, for my part I will never use this airline again, I'll go to Volaris or those others that I already know are going to go badly for me there but at least I know... At Aero Mexico I felt robbed and that cannot be forgiven. The stewardesses are bad, they don't want to give you more cookies or coffee, they say yes but they don't bring you anything... They still think the poor ladies are divas, they're already out of fashion, they're already sad, they don't believe something that They are not... Their salaries are already below what they once were, they already earn what they should earn the salary of someone who does cleaning. Aero México, I never fly to use you.

The truth is that it is an excellent airline. The best in Mexico without a doubt. The truth is they could offer better snacks and be friendlier. They lack customer service. The boarding is terrible and the disembarkation is worse, they need to reinforce that Thank you

The service is very good, the only bad thing is that they broke a part of my computer screen on the way down since the luggage is thrown on the conveyor belt, it was a backpack so it is soft unlike other luggage that is hard in that sense what terrible service.

Polanco's office on Horacio Street, excellent. I went in person because Club Premier's phone service is deplorable.
