UPS needs to stop doing business with Amazon since they don't care about delivering packages on the given date and love rescheduling for no reason. Your drivers are lazy as hell. Y'all will slap a note on my door saying sorry we missed you when you never knocked. You were there at my door, you couldn't give me my package that was definitely in your truck? Next time I'm not letting the guy leave until I get my stuff. Nice job too with cheaping out on tracking devices that all other companies use. You people are living in the 90s with how far behind you are. End up being stuck waiting all day with no tracking whatsoever just for it to be rescheduled because y'all don't know how to do your job. Some smooth brain people working for UPS. What a terrible anti-consumer company. Next time you want to play games I'm reporting you the the BBB and FTC. Anyone I can to at the very least waste your time like you carelessly do to us time and time again. Scumbag company.

Joleen was so nice and helpful. I walked right in and she took care of my two things very quickly. Another person walked in while she was helping me and she still said hello to them which is not done anymore anywhere. It’s the time of the year people are cranky and a simple hello and kinda words and conversations while helping me goes such a long way!

I rushed in right before they closed yesterday to mail an Amazon return last second. I didn't have any tape or the proper box but she helped me out and made sure my package was secure and sent out on time. I was very surprised by the good service because I have had bad experiences with UPS and FedEx in the past. Wish I could remember her name, she was a young white girl with curly hair. Thank you for being helpful!  Told ya I would write a Google review ;D

Visited this location yesterday afternoon and was helped by Geneva at store #2973. She was kind, friendly and most helpful. Great customer service. This location is very organized & clean. They are open on both Saturday & Sunday & always helpful and smiling! New scanner to use for Amazon return, can generate label & drop item without waiting in line for store personnel

Disappointed! Went to buy pump fuel insanity pre workout and they did not carry it( it's a gnc brand?) instead they had others with creatine monohydrate which is awful for you??

I went in to return a product that alwas not working for me. I have a rewards profile and because they could not find the purchase they said could only refund for credit $5 even though I paid $15 for it. This is unacceptable. Not only is it a GNC product, but I purchased it under my rewards profile so that their sytem had record of the purchase. The manager even went as far as to low-key accuse me of purchasing longer ago than what I had said stating that "People tend to leave supplements in their cabinets and forget about them." Its not appropriate to generalize your customers as forgetful or lying.

Knowledgeable and well trained staff were able to help me with my purchase, they answered all my questions and even did a little research for me to find out what the best product would be from my situation.  If you are familiar with the sugar bear hair products such as the gummies they are many compare obal items here some did actually rated much higher than the sugar bears  When compared to other top products.  They also have a lot of products for skin overall help exedra is not just a workout supplement store!  I highly recommend becoming a member of their in store program as the points can be used towards future purchases thanks again!

Very unprofessional. The manager thinks he is educated with a certificate in nutrition from NASM. I’m graduating with my masters in dietetics and this guy thinks he knows what’s best for your body. Tried to return a product and he was very rude. Be wary.

Great place to get your wheels and tires.  John the manager is a great guy to work with. He went out of his way to make a deal that worked for me and my budget! Very gratefull for his help. If your in the market for some new wheels RNR tire should definitely be in your consideration be sure to ask for John.

This place is awesome! John and the whole crew set me up with new tires and an alignment, feels much safer to drive my vehicle and at a great price that works well with my budget! Great customer service, I recommend RNR tires pueblo every chance I get.

Everyone was very helpful.  I was instructed on what tires would be the best fit for my truck.  All finance options were discussed.   When a problem arose with the original tires that were chosen the manager quickly remedied the situation.

I hit a curb, avoiding an accident. These guys set me up with a replacement tire, wheel alignment and TPMS sensor replacement. They were super fast and worked with my tight schedule. They were helpful, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend them

These guys at this shop are amazing!!!!  I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere! I was in need of tires so very bad and couldn't afford any, but RNR tire express made it so incredibly easy and affordable. John, Henry, and the guys that put my tires on YOU GUYS ROCK!! and so fast I wasn't even there 30 mins. They made sure I was driving safe again, they definitely went above and beyond for me and omg so fast. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ ❤️

Called in and asked if they could repair a leak due to a screw in the tire.  The said that possibly could,  to bring it in for them to look at.
I said I could be there in about 45 minutes.
Got there and Robert Goldsmith took down my information.
We gave the tire to service,  and 15 minutes later they returned back to the showroom with the tire. . Repaired!!
When I asked Robert for the cost of the repairs?
He said-0- we don't charge for repairs!

Robert at R-N-R has been FABULOUS!  My husband and I have priced tires all over NWA, and they beat the prices by $40-$100 a tire, for the same quality tires!  Robert also made sure that my husband got his military discount!  This has been such a good experience all around.  They are also in a premier location.  You can pull in and pull out and with traffic in NWA, that can be hard to find such an accessible shop.  Robert and his team are personable and remembered us from our previous visit.  That is customer service at its finest!  Thank you so much for working with us!

Robert helped me out from the buying process, all the way through replacing my front tires after they were worn from a bent axle! He and his team also helped catch a road hazard after I had the axle replaced (elsewhere) and it was tightened properly, definitely saving me money and helping me avoid an accident! Great atmosphere, with honesty and very helpful for a person like me who asks a lot of questions!

George is an absolute delight! Had a very bad tire and I wasn't going to get there before 530 and they close at 6! He was so kind, his reply  without hesitation was simply" come on and ask for George, I'll take care of ya!" I did and he did just that! Matter of fact, he was so nice, instead of buying one tire I got an entire set for a great price! Go see George and the gang including Thomas and Robert! A bunch of awesome fellows with a really nice lady financial gal! Southern style and charm!

Robert at the Rogers location on Walnut was awesome to work with!  I went in for an alignment because we just put some new high priced tires on.  He said the adjustment needed was very small and not to worry about a charge this time.  All that tells me is this is a place I’ll be back to for future services needed.  This is how to grow new customers!

McDonald's

Top notch food and service via drive-thru and delivery. Love the cute building as well. Wish I could say the same for other fast food restaurants here.

This downtown location has definitely changed since I remember it 17 years ago when I would frequent it for my lunch breaks at palmer high school. They have upgraded and updated their dinning room but one thing I really didn't like to much was they no longer have the soda machine where you can get your drinks yourself so we had to wait in a really long line behind a bunch of high school students who were extremely disrespectful as they were very rude to the employees taking their orders that these teens were cursing at them. HOWEVER the employees had handle the situations very well they didn't seem to let the children bother them and kept very calm and professional which I think was truly awesome as I myself was totally irritated and shocked at the way the teens were acting but to see that these employees just kept it very professional and didn't let it ruin their day was something you don't see very often. The dining room was clean and spacious and the young lady that was keeping it clean had the greatest attitude and a very friendly welcoming personality. The staff was helpful and the food was fresh and hot if it wasn't for the soda machine not being self serve I would have given it 5 stars.

This McDonalds on Wahsatch cuts corners quite often and has terrible quality of food.  I have ordered breakfast at this location on numerous occasions as it is close to my office and have been disappointed the majority of the time.  Today I ordered an oatmeal and cinnamon roll and received an oatmeal with no raisins and apple slices that belong in a Happy Meal.  They put the cinnamon roll on the side in the bag so it dripped the icing through the box and into the bottom of the bag.  Quite a sloppy mess.   Worst of all I was parked for 10 minutes for an Ice tea.  The only positive thing about this McDonalds is the friendly girl who is the cashier in the drive through.  She is always friendly and greats you with a smile.

Everything was good until I got to the 2nd window and when I asked for a sauce packet the girl at the window got rude and snippy and said it would be .15 cents. And I asked her if they charge now because I had only gotten a burger, fry, & a drink and those come with a few free sauces. So I believe it was her just trying to be rude to me because I asked her for 1 sauce packet. Sorry I asked? I really like this McDonald's and usually come in through the lobby not sure what this girls problem was. Hope she has a better attitude towards others.

If I could give this location zero stars I would, came through this morning to get breakfast and figured for ONCE I would download the app and use a coupon (something I’ve probably tried to do less than 3 times in my life), I tried to use a coupon for $3 off $9 or more, our purchase was way over the required amount, more than $15.  But because we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they automatically discounted them without asking and then said we couldn’t use the coupon even though the total was over $15 because there was a sale item we ordered. We didn’t order a sale item, we ordered a menu item THEY HAPPEN to have on sale. Don’t waste your time trying to use a coupon here.

Big O Tires

I usually only work with Big O Tires on the south side, but due to a flat I went to the closest one. I was pleasantly surprised they treated me with the same urgency and kindness than the guys on the south side! This shows me I made the right decision to keep my loyalty to a company that is consistently showing wonderful qualities in an auto shop….which we all know is unheard of! Thank you guys at the Big O Tires on Business Loop!

0/10 stars. We had a flat tire and called them to see if they had a specific tire for us. They said they did and could have us out in an hour. Mind you this was at 7am. We get there and one man was trying to tell us that they could not do just one tire they needed to change all 4 which would be almost 1300$. We tried to tell the guy that you absolutely can change just one of them we do not need all 4 just the one, ( we did it a few weeks ago). And the man refused and handed us our keys back. We got the manager and he looked in the owner's manual for the car and told us that they can do just the one. The first guy that told us no must have been pissed for looking like an idiot and proceeded to take 5 hours to the tire change. We didn't leave until 3 in the afternoon after being there since 8am! Extremely unprofessional workers that wanted to jerk us around for extra money then proceed to take extra long because he was in the wrong. I do not recommend and don't let these money hunger workers tell you misinformation. Waste of time and extremely unprofessional service.

Traveling through Columbia MO one of the back tires on my dually went flat. I had planned on replacing the back 4 tires when I got home… too late. My hometown Big O referred me to the Big O on the Business Loop in Columbia.  It was late in the afternoon and they were able to work me in and was able to replace the back 4 dually tires that I wanted.  Highly recommend Big O. Prompt and courteous service. They were able to get me back on the road.  Thank you and thanks to crew for doing a great job.

My daughter hit a curb and caused damage to her tire. Jeff at Big O Tires in Columbia MO took excellent care of her by replacing her tire the same day. Just in time for her to make it home for the holidays. Much appreciated!

Amazing service. I had a flat occur in the middle of a road trip (one of the most frustrating experiences), but Jerome and team at Big O took great care of me, finding my odd sized tires and getting me on my way ASAP. They even check in to make sure I'd made the rest of my journey safely.

Charlie's 2nd Hand Store Inc

Great place to get hand tools.  You never know what they will have on hand.  The owner and staff are great people.  I have been going to this store since 2016, when I discovered this business.

I defy you to go into Charlie's and not have a good time.  If you love clutter on a mind-boggling scale or want to feel your testosterone jump up to dangerous levels, this is the place for you.  I've been haunting this place for fifteen years, but I think it's been open since Zebulon Pike explored the area.  They have a gazillion hand saws, axes, screws, extension chords, power tools, and more random items than you can literally imagine.  One could outfit a hundred wood or metal working shops from this place.  Best part is, they almost never charge you the price on the items.  They usually drop the price at the counter because they are just glad you are there.  Also, they will buy your used stuff at a good price.  "WE BUY ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T EAT".  Pretty much sums it up.

I've been going here for over 33 years. They have every kind of tool! Whenever I need to replace a wrench, socket or special item for a repair or project, I can count on  Charlie's 2nd Hand to have it or tell me where I can find it.

The store is brimming with estate sale items and quality new & used tools, yet their prices are always low. Some of the surplus items need a little cleaning, but hey, they are quality and the price is right.
Why buy cheap at Harbor freight when you get name brand at Charlie's for a better price?

Also, the guys are super helpful and freindly. Be sure to browse both rooms because you never can tell what they just got in that will. 😎 It's the ultimate toy store to me. Lol

I've been here before to purchase used tools, and their Owner/Manager is great to deal with. I don't like to post my frustrations, but I believe its important to let others know to GO ELSEWHERE if you want to sell your used tools to them.

I had 2 full tool boxes with a variety of wrenches, vise-grips, sockets, etc. Granted, I wasn't expecting much, but they never made a serious offer and low-balled me $5 for everything. It felt incredibly insulting bc I know how expensive tools can be.

Also, they don't buy anything "Chinese" as per Matt. They have "thousands" of tools from Taiwan and clearly don't need them.

I went back with just American made tools, and Matt said it wasn't even worth the $5 from before after telling me that he would just throw away the Taiwanese Tools himself if I sold it to him. Not even the Tool Box was worth $5... Bad Business Practices.

Called to ask a question guy on the phone (didn’t give name) was super rude and hung up before I could even ask one question. Very sad about it cause they came recommended by my dad.

AT&T Store

Came today to sign up with AT&T after my online order failed, and the gentleman in there was very helpful. We tried a couple times to sign up for service and a phone, but their fraud department wouldn't allow me to do so, even with my license and proof of identity. AT&T corporate gets zero stars for this, but the agent in store was professional and patient throughout the process. I really wanted to go with AT&T, but drove over to Tmobile and signed up without issues. The agent deserves better.

Stephen was the guy that helped me out and he was so much help! He helped me feel like I had options, then was super quick and thorough through the deal. Would definitely recommend this store over most. Thanks again guys. I'll be back for a watch soon.

Used car salesman vibes. I just wanted a new prepaid SIM and was talked into moving to postpaid. I was very clear that I was paying $100 inc tax for 2x prepaid lines and was told by 2 staff that the new bill would be $120 inclusive. I was also told my prepaid balance would be refunded. My first bill came in at nearly $160 and the prepaid team refused to refund me after I decided to switch back to them. I was then told my new prepaid bill would be more so I said I wanted to port elsewhere after this terrible service, but guess what, you can't port until you give them more money to 'reactivate' your number. I'm out ~$300 from this experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Dustin is an absolute legend. He helped me find a great Cyber Monday deal and was also able to point out several fantastic breweries around town during setup. 10/10

Upgraded to a newer iphone and the sales guys slipped in extra fees. $10.20/mo for extra insurance and $6/mo for the Up Next phone upgrade plan. Had to call to get the add-ons removed. The ATT phone associate admitted the sales rep was probably trying to pad his numbers.

Need to send an urgent document abroad and paid a premium for it and clearly stated the importance and the time it needs to arrive and yet the store sent missing info on my package to ups causing delay and dropped off the package in the morning and didn’t get picked up until 8pm. Glad I called ups directly and found out. Why would someone pay express shipping when the service is no where near express? Next time print the label at home and drop off at the actual ups drop box.

I came in today in a pinch because we ordered bubble wrap through Amazon and the order kept getting delayed. Faith went out of her way to help me. Really above and beyond. We usually use fedex but we will definitely be using this UPS more often. Thank you Faith!

Sign says out to lunch be back in half an hour? Me and a few others have been out here for over an hour. I can't believe the hotel lets this business operate here. Will also leave a review of the hotel.

Who puts a UPS store in the basement. No elevator access. Almost couldn’t be worse. The service was the only redeeming quality.

If only one person working here then at least the store could specify the lunch hour so we won't be waiting for long time and hoping someone can come back within half an hour.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

The smell of this store just smells so delicious. Chocolate strawberries are normally hard to find later in the day, but we secured a couple and they were mouth watering good. The service was fantastic as well - the cashier recommended a market to visit down the street. Appreciated the kindness and recommendations :)

Thanks for the quick service today and I was surprised to see you open to 9pm most days and 11pm on weekend.  The apples look so good with the bat and Halloween themes.  Time to bring in your kids for an after dinner treat.  The popcorn is also really good!

I crave the cookies and cream caramel apple. It's one of my favorite treats in the world. But... It's $11!!! That's kind of out there for a caramel apple. But the chocolate shop is really cute and has a ton of variety. Great for a little treat after dinner when you are walking around 16th Street Mall!
