I came in today to get some price quotes for bulk printing/copying projects just so I have an idea of what to expect. The prices are definitely reasonable. But this review isn't about that. What really makes this location so deserving of 5 (million) stars, is how down to earth and hardworking their manager is. After we spoke, I used their photocopier for a bit and just hearing the manager interact with customers was so refreshing. He was just hands down so amazingly helpful and the level of customer service he provides is unmatched. I hope your location receives tons of business. I know it's inevitable because of how and who you are. Thank you, Louie! You are a wonderful human being!

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to ship about 40 express boxes, each with documents for my job. We did the same thing last year as well and each time, Louie helped us through the process. Everything was done so efficiently. They used two stations to print out all the labels we needed and we were in and out much quicker than anyone could ever expect, with that much stuff to ship. Just can’t say enough about how helpful Louie was and how easy he made the process for us. He also advised us on how we can open a UPS account to make things even more efficient next year. Great experience every time.

I have had to visit this store multiple times to get documents printed and notarized. The staff has been very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this store to anyone that needs assistance with UPS services. Big shout out to the Manager Louie Byrd. He has not only provided great customer service but I witnessed him doing a great job helping his staff!

As a loyal customer of this store for a year, I commend Louie and his team for always providing excellent service. Despite uncontrollable price increases, my positive outlook toward this store remains. However, my recent experience with a new employee was disappointing as he failed to fulfill his promise to assist me. It's crucial that all employees uphold the company's values and maintain the same level of integrity as the rest of the hardworking team. It's unacceptable for the actions of one person to tarnish the store's image, and I urge management to take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

Shell

The lady that works the morning shift is very racist and treats people like suspects. She's not even from the US so why come here and act that way? She can go back to her country where she belongs. I highly recommend not shopping there during the morning shift hours. The guy at night is pretty cool.

High gas prices and just needs more maintenance and maybe a good remodel for modernization. Nice pumps. Exterior needs new paint. Old and faded. And needs a radio playing easy-going upbeat music, inside and out. People don't like to feel isolated, a radio playing upbeat music, makes it feel like you're in a busy, happy place, therefore the place has a chance to BECOME busy, then you can lower your gas prices and become even busier, and then you can afford to repaint the outside and remodel the inside, the bathroom, really. And take down that sign that says "for customers only" on the bathroom. When YOU are generous first, then they will give back, and you will have plenty. But, be stingy, and you will never have enough... Shalom(balance) to you and yours

This store had a certain item i loved so i started buying it in bulk.  After i started doing this and told them i wanted it they took my name and number down and since keep telling me they will get it again but in the past 3 months they keep telling me they will get it (i check in 1 to 2 times a week usually) theyve only had it once since.

Went in the other day and a new employee says "I'm new bro I dont know what you're talking about" when i asked if they had the item.  I went in today and the same kid behind the counter with 2 others this time said "i already told you the other day we dont have these" aggressively when I just asked about my item in a regular tone ... I called the store back when i got home and the same employee answered told me to "go to sams club".

If you dont want to sell stuff in bulk for retail price (i never asked for a discount, just to keep it in stock)... Tell me up front.  Dont take my name and number, string me along for weeks, then have the rude new guy tell me to "go to Sam's club" months after you take my name and number and tell me weekly you will get them in.

Horrible customer service! An older woman and man were outside the door smoking not too far from the pumps and as i drove up i asked if it was open and she said yes but shes closing in 5 minutes. I asked if i could go in and buy something and she said "No, we are closing in 5 minutes" and she looked away! I will never go there again!

Car wash is garbage. Soap wasn’t dispensing on driver side. Car still dirty as hell. Should have asked for a refund.

The Sliding Door Company - Denver Colorado

I have recently ordered a double Continental swing style door from Sliding Door Company - very pleased with the service and professionalism of the sales, customer care and installation staff. Adding the additional doors as we decided to replace almost everything in our home           with the doors as we liked the look so well.  Great product and really transformed the look.

We feel in love with the Sliding Door Company after visiting them in the Design Center and wanted a modern door that wouldn't take up much space. Laura, Eric and Geronimo (and another installer) were amazing.  All professional and very helpful.  The doors have finished off our modern master bathroom complete with full length mirror on other side and our laundry room to the kitchen is now very quiet and separate. Would highly recommend  using the Sliding Door Company for all your home and office spaces.

We absolutely LOVE our doors from The Sliding Door Company.   Maile was amazing to work with!  She guided us in our design and was extremely patient with us as we selected what would work best for our space.   We are beyond thrilled with this experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of doing a consultation with Maile yesterday.  What an amazing person.  She's smart, easy to work with, very helpful exploring options, and it was clear she had my best interest in mind as opposed to trying to sell me something outside my budget - with zero pressure. Updated review: The company reached out after our review and we got everything sorted out. Once the doors arrived, everything has worked great! Still disappointed by the timeline and lack of transparency but the process ended with us satisfied with the project.

The experience with the Sliding Door Company has been inconsistent and disappointing so far. The sales process and working with Brie was great! She was helpful and communicated with us regularly to make sure all questions were answered in detail. However since then, things have taken a disappointing turn. After placing the order we never received updates until I reached out myself and asked for one and was told the doors are in the warehouse in California and I need to pay the remaining balance and then they will schedule the install. 6 weeks after paying the final invoice, I have yet to even hear about getting scheduled for install and the communication is terrible and inconsistent messaging. I understand a custom product takes time but they simply continue to over promise and under deliver.

Was told I could have my temperature sensitive packages delivered on Saturday even if I dropped off on Friday, but looking at the tracking info that’s not true. I even made sure that was something that could be done and one of the employees ensured me that it could be with the Sat only delivery stickers. I explicitly told him that I’ve tried shipping something with next day air on a Friday and the package didn’t get to its destination till Monday and spoiled. Still he made it seem like it shouldn’t be a problem. Now I have to tell my employer $1000 of product is going to waste. Don’t promise something that can’t be done. Even though I desperately need these boxes to go out, I would have waited till next week to make sure they would have been sent out in time. Don’t know if the guy was trying to be helpful, but it ended up not being worth it.

Avoid this office. They will lose your package and take no responsibility or accountability for losing it. I have spent the last 5 weeks trying to track down a package I dropped off with them. The employee told me he was unable to offer a shipping receipt for the item I dropped off, which was a mistake. I will need to contact the corporate office to file a claim.

**Update: I emailed the UPS store a week ago per the response from the owner and still have not heard a response**

Timothy was supposed to notarize a title and when he called us over to sign the paperwork I signed it right in front of him and he said sorry I was looking at the computer and didn’t see you sign that.  Complete jerk.   I’ve never witnessed such stupidity in my life.
Will be reporting this incident to your corporate office.

I came here to make prints on a Sunday morning. Everywhere else was closed. The service by Amber was amazing

I had some last minute prints that needed to be done quick. The entire staff was extremely helpful and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Apparently it is under new management and it really shows with such a professional and personable staff. They are a little further away than a few other print stores, but are 100% worth the drive! I will be back for sure.

A couple of the pumps had yellow "out of service" plastic bags on the handles but mine worked okay. Until I requested a receipt and it displayed clerk has receipt inside.

Small and kinda dirty but great customer service.

Cashier aborted my fuel rewards discount right in front of me, from now on I'm only going to shells with people that can speak English and actually listen

The attendant was smoking a cigarette inside the tiny gas station store. I couldn’t even stand in there long enough to pick a drink it was like he smoked the whole pack in there already. You opened the door to a cloud of smoke!

Renee is awesome. I moved down the street over half a year ago and walk there for red bulls when I need a break from studying. She explained why the system is funky and says your card is declined even though it doesn't actually do it.  I was only there for a few minutes, but she had me laughing and it brightened my day up.  I would also write a yelp review, but yelp says you don't exist in this location.

AT&T Store

I recently (Sept 2023) wanted to purchase a new iPhone and until I walked into this AT&T store and worked with Connie, it was frustrating — to say the least! But Connie and her colleagues were super helpful, available in the purchase & set up process, she and they are superb problem solvers, plus personable, knowledgeable, efficient — just all around excellent! I can fully and heartily recommend this AT&T store on Pueblo’s north side!

I had a heating problem with my phone of almost a year.  They sent me new one and I took it into the franchise store.
The young man came out the door and offered me a hand up the step and into the store.  I explained that I needed to transfer the information from my problem phone to the replacement
He started the process and answered the questions that I had.  While we were waiting for the procedure to  complete, the store started to fill up.  He asked if he could help someone else.   He would keep checking on me.
After few minutes he came over and said we had fifteen mins.  And he asked if I needed anything.   No I was just fine.
After a few minutes another person named Linda came over, checked how much the left.  I asked about my guarantee  and insurance.   She gave great information I felt it was a seamless exchange an I believe there two customers and I think maybe three that had good experiences.  Linda helped get my return phone in the return boxes
And I  was off.  Thanks for the team work guys.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and only waited for a couple minutes before a staff member invited me over to a table to help me upgrade my phone.  The staff were patient , knowledgeable and friendly while I was in the store.  The two staff members that helped setup my phone and complete my sale were very knowledgeable and helpful.  The manager also came over to make sure everything was going well.  Overall it was a great experience!

They acted like I wasn't going to be able to afford the phones because the total was over $2000. They talked badly about us the whole time and we were not treated like a valued customer. I can only assume it was off my husband and I's appearance because we are heavily tattooed, and young. We were rushed out the store and we're not given any help with set up, after spending close to $3000 with all of the extras we purchased. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Constance was amazing! She fixed my phone super quick and was very professional. We’ve been going to this location for many years and have never been disappointed.

Wild Birds Unlimited

The NICEST people are here!  Truly wonderful employees that remember you, provide amazing advice and are truly a delight.  My father loved this store and kept his beloved birds well fed.  He may be gone but we continue and I understand why he enjoyed coming here so much.  Best place and especially best PEOPLE ever!

Walmart Supercenter

This POS Walmart locks their main entry doors @ 15 b4 closing but doesn't put up any signs saying doors are locked!! Walk all the way down to leave and doors are looks with my car 30 ft away. Told I have to walk all the way down to the other end of the store to leave and then walk the length of the store back to my car! So pissed right now! Totally unclear as to why they do this and make such an inconvenience for their customers 🙄 totally hating Walmart right now, but only place open now!!!

I've never seen a ferro Roche dark chocolate candy bar before. I've only ever seen it at this walmart and I'm addicted. If you like dark chocolate and the ferro chocolates, I recommend this one!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Walmart, the pharmacy in particular. Evan and the rest of the pharmacy staff are so polite and professional. They always take care of me in a timely manner and make sure I have complete knowledge of new medications and answer any other questions I have. The only pharmacy I will visit.

Dear Fellow Walmart Customers of Osage Beach, Mo
It has come to my attention that Walmart doesn’t require their employees to follow the CDC Covid guidelines. The pharmacy manager Evan Morrison has knowingly been exposed to Covid by his significant other Morgan McGuire. Currently she is being quarantined at the house where he resides. One would think they would not have an employee at work that was exposed three days ago to Covid. This not only jeopardizes the community at hand but every single person that has or is filling prescriptions at Walmart in Osage Beach, Mo, today, yesterday and the day before. Where do our morals lie in the healthcare industry if we can’t trust our local pharmacy to follow the guidelines that are put forth to us as citizens? Looking forward to hearing from a responsible member of management to find out how they intend to remedy this situation. In the meantime, would recommend the immune-comprised individuals in our community to avoid this pharmacy until matters are handled appropriately.

Great prices, quick and friendly service, definitely shopping here again.

Great selection of tools and equipment. Quality is getting more impressive than it used to be. Got a really nice torque wrench here.

This is one of my favorite places. Buy tools here, if you use them enough to break them, either use the great warranty they have or buy higher quality. They have deals everyday and some of them I can't believe!

Ok, be realistic. Cheap tools will help and if you take care of them, it's worth the money. Freebies are always good to receive, that's customer appreciation.

I don't want to pay a "fee" to get sale prices. I would rather shop at Lowes, Menards or The Home Depot and get better quality products when they run sales.

Brown's Shoe Fit Co

This is the best shoe store. I’ve never received the help that they offered at another store before. I have a neuromuscular disease that makes it incredibly hard to find shoes i can wear. They were able to find me a shoe right away and even built me a special wedge insert. Such wonderful service. I will definitely be back.

Always friendly service and nearly always have what I want or need. Pricey shoes (prices set by manufacturers) but they're what you need if you want comfortable and supportive shoes to relieve any foot pain.

The best shoe store in the Springs, great selection of quality shoes & boots.  The guys that work there couldn't be more helpful.  They are friendly, dependable and knowledgeable.  I will definitely return.

Back in 2017 I went it to buy a pair of work shoes. When I got to the register I asked the cashier if they offered a military discount. An older lady quickly and indignantly ran up, crossed her arms, raised her eyebrow, and sternly said, “NO.” I never ever expect a military discount but always check to see if they are available, because if I had a coupon for something I was going to buy anyways, why wouldn’t I use it? Anyways, it’s been 5 years and it still doesn’t sit right with me. She could have kindly said, “no we don’t offer one here.” I still bought the shoes but I wish I wouldn’t have simply because of how she treated me. I don’t know why that lady had such a chip on her shoulder.
