UPS needs to stop doing business with Amazon since they don't care about delivering packages on the given date and love rescheduling for no reason. Your drivers are lazy as hell. Y'all will slap a note on my door saying sorry we missed you when you never knocked. You were there at my door, you couldn't give me my package that was definitely in your truck? Next time I'm not letting the guy leave until I get my stuff. Nice job too with cheaping out on tracking devices that all other companies use. You people are living in the 90s with how far behind you are. End up being stuck waiting all day with no tracking whatsoever just for it to be rescheduled because y'all don't know how to do your job. Some smooth brain people working for UPS. What a terrible anti-consumer company. Next time you want to play games I'm reporting you the the BBB and FTC. Anyone I can to at the very least waste your time like you carelessly do to us time and time again. Scumbag company.

Joleen was so nice and helpful. I walked right in and she took care of my two things very quickly. Another person walked in while she was helping me and she still said hello to them which is not done anymore anywhere. It’s the time of the year people are cranky and a simple hello and kinda words and conversations while helping me goes such a long way!

I rushed in right before they closed yesterday to mail an Amazon return last second. I didn't have any tape or the proper box but she helped me out and made sure my package was secure and sent out on time. I was very surprised by the good service because I have had bad experiences with UPS and FedEx in the past. Wish I could remember her name, she was a young white girl with curly hair. Thank you for being helpful! Told ya I would write a Google review ;D

Visited this location yesterday afternoon and was helped by Geneva at store #2973. She was kind, friendly and most helpful. Great customer service. This location is very organized & clean. Geneva went above and beyond to help me and she deserves to be recognized. Thank you Geneva for your help with my fax. You made my day turn out to be a fantastic day.

They are open on both Saturday & Sunday & always helpful and smiling! New scanner to use for Amazon return, can generate label & drop item without waiting in line for store personnel
