Fast , great customer service and friendly employees! Service technicians, Kayden and Justin work right when they put my new windshield in my 2013 Hyundai ELANTRA. They got me in and then booked me for the next day and we're there by 5 PM and done in 45 minutes! Fast quick, and well, experienced ! These 2 technicians, they need recognized for their work, and dedication to customers!

Very disappointed in the quality of work done. Instead of fixing the work themselves they choose to have my painter do it and paid him a fourth of the price they charged me. Didn’t even clean up the glazing they removed from the windows and put the storm windows back on.

A year or so ago I needed my windshield replaced and Glass Doctor of Lincoln got me in and out in a timely manner.  They worked with me and my schedule and were very friendly, helpful and professional.  It was an excellent experience.   So, when the rearview mirror fell off of my wife's windshield recently, the day before she had to leave town on business, my first thought was to to reach out to Glass Doctor of Lincoln.   They were happy to help and got her in and out right away and once again everyone was very pleasant and professional.

We'll be happy to let them "fix all our panes" in the future!

I was driving on the Interstate on Sunday and had a rock hit my windshield of my 2016 Ford Explorer. I called glass doctor and talked to Ron. Even though they were extremely busy on President's Day, they figured a way to fit me in.  The customer service was friendly and the immediate service was affordable. Great people who are concerned about your feet, not just selling you a pair of boots. Prices are great, shoes are not something you should buy from the internet.

Nice customer service but shoes didn't look any higher quality than Walmarts at 50$ for spongy summer yard shoes and 160$+ for flimsy sandals. I was looking for leather and tough construction.

I went in this evening just to look at shoes before they closed. Taylor was amazingly helpful. I told her I was uncertain what size I wear in women's shoes which is why I've just worn men's shoes because I know my size. She measured my foot and now I know what I can wear in women's. She showed me the Hoka Clifton shoe and wow. Fits like a glove and feels amazing on my feet! Will definitely be back to buy a pair when I have the money saved up! Highly recommend this place they are so helpful!

RNR Tire Express

Had a great experience with RNR Tire today! They gave me the best quote AND best customer service in Hutchinson after calling several tire shops. Dealing with a flat tire is never fun. Thanks for making today so much easier!

Everyone that I met was very nice. Kyle was extremely helpful and very respectful. I appreciated the way Kyle talked to myself and the rest of the customers. He made me feel welcome and explained how the process works. The guys there were funny and making joke!!

Read other reviews wuth my same experience. Paid $700 for 2 tires and didnt even last me 2 months. They couldnt offer warranty as I paid cash and was not on a payment plan. The manager is a prick as well was very hostile the first 2 times I spoke to him in regards to my issue.

While driving through Kansas on a road trip from Texas to Utah, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation where we needed new tires for our minivan.  Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip.
Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way.  They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money.
In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do.

PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop.  As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR.  In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers.  I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff.
In particular, I'd like to call out Lexi, who handled my purchase, she went above and beyond to make my experience with RNR-Hutchison great.

and genuinely helpful in selecting my wheels and tires.  By the time we get the paperwork done and signed I was just about ready to roll out. And my wheels look awesome.

Midas

All around great experience. I typically avoid chain auto shops for engine work but because of the ease of getting a quote, fair pricing, and reasonable lead times I decided to give them a shot. Totally worth it. Car hasn't run this good in years! As a bonus I later found out my Chase CC offers 10% cash back on Midas at the moment. My only complaint is that the Midas quote email got flagged as spam in Gmail.

I was getting ready to go to my appointment in Hutchinson. Got in my vehicle and it wouldn’t start. Called my Granddaughter to jump my vehicle. Drove to Hutchinson to my appointment and let my vehicle run. Went to Midas right afterwards to see if they could check out my vehicle. Cheyenne was totally awesome! She had the guy check it, sorry I didn’t catch he’s name! They checked my battery and it was battery! They didn’t waste anytime! Cheyenne even offered to take my daughter and I to get something to eat if we had to wait! They are totally awesome there! I think Cheyenne needs a raise! Thank you so much! Sincerely, Cindy.

They squeezed me in to fix my tire that had a slow leak when they seemed to already have a busy day lined up. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

Had know way to cost compared. But I could not ask for the time they took to insure all brake systems and other items that need attention were taken care of.  Were very happy to do the work as fast as was needed.

Cheyenne was our savior! She went above and beyond to give the best service. We came to get a realignment done and the staff here was kind, caring, and finished the work so quickly. We were lucky they had an opening that same day we called! Definitely go here for all your body work needs.

Bakers Candies

This store is huge and there are so many things to choose from- beef jerky, chips, barrels of saltwater taffy, soda pop, cotton candy buckets, trail mix and nuts, jarred veggies, pickles, and relishes and tons of candy from old fashioned items to current faves. It was fun just walking around looking at everything!

The place was HUGE! I got more than what's pictured, but my all-time favorite find was the raspberry filled candies! They remind me of my childhood when my mom used to buy them at Christmas time and have them in a candy dish in our family room.

Amazing how many products they have- I’ve only ever had their melting flavored chocolates and now I get to try more things! Big selection, old fashioned candy as well! Must see!

I had a pleasure delivering here. I was unsure where the dock was at, and the kind lady on the phone gave me adequate directions. Right when I walked in the receiving door in the back I was hit with smiling facing, which is a plus in my book. Us truck drivers deal with so many nasty and rude customer service at these shipping and receiving offices on a regular basis, it was really nice to see people actually like there job. I also bought some goodies for the road to share with my family. This was by far the best delivery I have in the 2 years i have been driving. I hope I am able to delivery to this place again.

Pssstttt: please please please order from the Chicago area or around the area so I can deliver here again. The only reason I was able to deliver this load was because I dropped off a load in NJ and the pick up for that load was near by in PA. Unfortunately I do not go north east the often.

It is a great place with lots and lots of sweet treats and other specialty things.

SKECHERS Factory Outlet

Skechers are my favorite brand of shoes because after trying several brands, I've found them to be the most comfortable for my feet. I was excited to visit their factory store but was disappointed by their limited selection and their high prices. I can easily find more variety and much better prices either online or at different department stores.

They needed more help in the store they were busy but friendly.  My husband ended up getting on the ladder to help himself to what he needed.  We both ended up finding shoes in our sizes that we liked.  It was a BOGO sale so we were pleased.  We might end up back here again it's not exactly convenient for us but if we were passing by sure.

Nike Factory Store - Omaha

Today I witnessed a check out employee, Emma, be energetic and courteous to white customers but when non-white customers checked out at her station she made no eye contact, spoke to her fellow employee adjacent to her register, short and rude, and literally dropped the shoe boxes into the sacks. I suggest better training for this location’s staff starting with their leadership.

I showed up today, and when the temperature wasn't even that hot, they closed the store, supposedly for cooling issues, when all they had to do was prop open the doors and let in some air. Apparently, they don't care about folks who drive long distances to show up. I told an employee, this is a sign that I need to stick with Under Armour.

There was a shoe sale going on today, so I got a pair of Nikes the line wanna kinda long but actually once I got un line it went so quick only waiter like 4 mins the cashier and staff were really helpful

Friendly service. Poorly designed pants for taller long-waisted women. They are too low-waisted.
Manufacturers, get a clue: there's a significant number of women with a bit of disposable income who don't want their backsides hanging out when they sit down in their hiking pants. And how do you make something look bigger? Cut it off at its widest point. And you want to do that to a woman's waist?! No thanks.

I really like this place.  The staff is always helpful, especially for someone who's not a fashion guru like me!  I always find something that fits me right and looks good too.  The balance between price and quality keep me coming back.  I would recommend.
