Fast , great customer service and friendly employees! Service technicians, Kayden and Justin work right when they put my new windshield in my 2013 Hyundai ELANTRA. They got me in and then booked me for the next day and we're there by 5 PM and done in 45 minutes! Fast quick, and well, experienced ! These 2 technicians, they need recognized for their work, and dedication to customers!

Very disappointed in the quality of work done. Instead of fixing the work themselves they choose to have my painter do it and paid him a fourth of the price they charged me. Didn’t even clean up the glazing they removed from the windows and put the storm windows back on.

A year or so ago I needed my windshield replaced and Glass Doctor of Lincoln got me in and out in a timely manner. They worked with me and my schedule and were very friendly, helpful and professional. It was an excellent experience. So, when the rearview mirror fell off of my wife's windshield recently, the day before she had to leave town on business, my first thought was to to reach out to Glass Doctor of Lincoln. They were happy to help and got her in and out right away and once again everyone was very pleasant and professional. We'll be happy to let them "fix all our panes" in the future!

I was driving on the Interstate on Sunday and had a rock hit my windshield of my 2016 Ford Explorer. I called glass doctor and talked to Ron. Even though they were extremely busy on President's Day, they figured a way to fit me in. The customer service was friendly and the immediate service was affordable.
