RNR Tire Express

Had a great experience with RNR Tire today! They gave me the best quote AND best customer service in Hutchinson after calling several tire shops. Dealing with a flat tire is never fun. Thanks for making today so much easier!

Everyone that I met was very nice. Kyle was extremely helpful and very respectful. I appreciated the way Kyle talked to myself and the rest of the customers. He made me feel welcome and explained how the process works. The guys there were funny and making joke!! I HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!! THANK YOU RnR!!

Read other reviews wuth my same experience. Paid $700 for 2 tires and didnt even last me 2 months. They couldnt offer warranty as I paid cash and was not on a payment plan. The manager is a prick as well was very hostile the first 2 times I spoke to him in regards to my issue.

While driving through Kansas on a road trip from Texas to Utah, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation where we needed new tires for our minivan. Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip. Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way. They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money. In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do. PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop. As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR. In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers. I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff. In particular, I'd like to call out Lexi, who handled my purchase, she went above and beyond to make my experience with RNR-Hutchison great. Thank you.

The guy's up front were very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful in selecting my wheels and tires. By the time we get the paperwork done and signed I was just about ready to roll out. And my wheels look awesome.
