Chad was very informative and helpful. Very detailed as well in what he was saying. Chad was also very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix my problem quickly. He deserves a raise! Stacey was also there and very helpful . I was beyond impressed with the customer service provided.

If you are looking for a phone provider, look no further.  Emily and Stacey are the ones to see. Absolutely first class customer service.  Their knowledge of the products, phones, accessories, best plans,  is outstanding.   They will make sure that you get whats best for you and your needs.

very good customer service !! Went in there to get a new iPhone and chad was very helpful and cared enough to sit there for a couple hours !! Stacey was also very helpful had an issue getting in my account at first but she was right on it!!!

Terrible customer service.  The employees refused to help me or answer my questions.  They literally told me to go to Verizon and walked away to go smoke instead of helping me.  I think they just didn't know the answer because I was able to Google it later, and all I needed to to was go to a website and enter my information.  I went into their store to buy a  new phone and upgrade our plans, instead I'm transferring to a new carrier and will never give this company another dime

At Home

Wow, this is a fantastic shop for buying household items. I am coming to this shop for the first time.  I was very surprised to see the products here and the prices are good. Lots of clearance items are also available. This is the best shop to buy gift items for housewarming. We bought rug from clearance with good deal. I love flower vases here those are very beautiful 😍. We can get variety of house decoration items. I like visit at home again another one fine day.

Super cute store! Definitely worth checking out for decor needs. I gave it 4 stars because some things are pricey and I found a sticker under another sticker....and the bottom sticker was a lower price. Wish I had taken a pic of that.

The ride on carts are always dead. Being disabled makes it impossible to walk around the store. Out of the ten times I have been there in the last year nine of those trips left me stranded in the store. Had to have stranger get me a new cart. That cart did not even make it to the check out. I left everything I was going to buy and left the store. Employees saw me struggle and did nothing.

Love the huge product selection & most prices are good. Wish they could staff a 2nd cashier to reduce long waits.

Trader Joe's uses a bell any cashier can ring so customers can tell someone cares and is calling help.  Best to come up with a way for everyone to know you are responding to the queue.  Just having a PA like Hy Vee puts everyone on notice help is coming, makes sense to wait instead of going home to order on Amazon instead.

Since almost everything in this store is made of plastic or some other cheap synthetic, the smell is overwhelming. After 10 minutes, you'll have a headache from all the off-gasing.

Shell

I have used their car wash for 2 years and it does a great job as it is touchless so no worries about scratches. So now I got their new EverWash app and purchased the top monthly package so I can keep my Jeep Cherokee looking new all month long :)

Tried to get air for tire… put 4 Quarters in…. Machine didn’t work… gas station owner told me it works fine and I shoulda put the quarters in properly! Well they are the only ones in Iowa who Charge for air!! Meanest Clerk or owner whatever she is Ever!

The car wash is severely bad. The building looks like it was abandoned. I used the car wash today and it did not live up to today's car wash standards in fact if I could get my money back I would.

Can't read screans at pumps to pay. Air pump machine has been broken for months. Staff acts miserable. Worst gas station in West DesMonies.

This store is supposed to be open until seven yet it’s closed at 4:30.

Love this store! The gentleman there has always been so nice and helpful with all my questions. There are so many options and he takes the time to get to know what your health goals are and help to pick out products you might be interested in.

Great place!   Hard to find minerals and vitamin packs and muscle building supplements can be.gotten here.   Clean, easy to maneuver store.

The Legacy Golf Club

Awesome, well maintained greens and fairways.  Electric GPS carts, Bluetooth for music, touchscreen yardage.  Good pace, 4 hour round.  No waiting on groups to tee off.  Nice and smooth.  What more could you ask for?

I live above the 10 green and look out over the beautiful course everyday.  I watch how they mow the fairways, the rough and the greens. They roll the greens and mow the greens everyday.  I also play the course alot. It's like playing on a country club. The manning take much pride on how the course plays and how it looks. It's one of the best privately owned but public courses around.

First time playing this course.  Very enjoyable layout and the houses are not right on top of the course.  Greens were very slow and some construction on 15 was the only reason I'd give it 4 stars.

The Legacy has been my home course since its opening. The course is challenging and exceptionally maintained. The course and Matt, Trevis, Angie and all the staff at The Legacy are what make it the best around.

Hands down the best public course in the area. Course is always in great shape and you get down in under 4 and a half hours. If you're slow or not willing to pick up your ball on a bad hole then maybe not come. They have a strict 4 hour 15 min play time and plenty of Marshall's to enforce. I personally love this aspect and appreciate not having to dedicate 6 hours for a round of golf.

DoorDash got my address incorrect and these amazing workers came and brought me a new order!!!

I genuinely enjoy shopping at this location.

The c/s skills are on point (i.e., smiling faces, greetings, and always asking whether assistance is needed in finding anything).

Pricing is more than fair for quality of the products offered!

I grew up in Norwalk...this place has the service of the good old days.

Went to this store today and it was my first time there. I needed some washers and pipe tape. The two gentlemen who helped me were very nice and helpful.I will be a return customer!

Numotion

Parts were ordered over 6 months ago and they called me day and time of the appointment to Tell me that they were canceling the appointment. When they told me 3 weeks ago, that parts were in and Sue addressing It was very rude on her customer service skills. Still waiting on call back from manager

I recently got a new motorized wheel chair . The first thing I noticed was the buttons you push on it wouldn't work with my spine and arm problems. One of the buttons did come off.
I have been working on getting the right part.
When I tried to get a technician out to temporarily fix the problem.
I noticed the woman who answered the phone wasn't paying attention.
The temporary fix would take switching the panel from my previous chair to the new one until the new part got in, as both here. One tech said it would work and my new chair would be functioning.
Instead of her setting up for a tech to come by she offered to send a loner chair. Where would I put it  ?
When I told her I have to go to St Mary's hospital ( Mayo ) in Rochester on Wednesday . I may have said I was going on vacation. She was either distracted or not paying attention. I have to call back Monday I guess.

Having been a long-standing customer of the companies NuMotion acquired I can honestly say that the timeliness of repairs, workmanship, and customer service as has been completely eroded. Impossible to get calls back. Local manager will not assist. Was finally able to get the correct parts for a chair after waiting 8 months only after contacting NuMotion’s corporate customer care email cited by NuMotion in the many negative reviews. Appreciate NuMotion corp for putting and end to the issues and waiting but I will be seeking another vendor for a new chair.

This company cares only about making the biggest profit possible and has no care for it's customers.  They commit theft in many ways, example: Charging over $14,000 for a manual Wheelchair that only cost $4,500. Causing my 20% I have to pay for insurance being $3,200 plus in addition tried to charge me $2,000 more afterwards.  Which is already more than $4,500 if I had bought my Wheelchair directly from manufacturer.  When my frame was bent and I asked them to ship it back to manufacturer to have it fixed, they proceeded to hold it for a week and demanded manufacturer send them shipping label instead of just owning the issue and shipping it immediately.  They have bought out almost all the small companies here and so forcing your hand at them being only one you can purchase Wheelchair through in my area now. When they know they make money like the $10,000 they made off my chair through Medicare Insurance yet when it needed fixed they threatened I have to pay out of pocket to ship the broken frame to manufacturer or manufacturer had to pay shipping label since they are criminals in there own regards and theives to thw disabled Community.  Making millions on us already struggling to make ends meet just because we require Wheelchair to live independently and they think they can get away with it. Don't use Numotion for anything, they will screw you eventually and leave you with the bill at the end of the day.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, efficient. If you are looking for mobility help, look no further!!

The UPS Store

The guys who tried to 'help me' turned around and 'hijacked' my package delivery. Have your package delivered elsewhere! Total fail squad can't do they one job they are paid to do, and just whine to the customers all day.

Guy working on 9/10 long hair was extremely unhelpful and rude.  I was trying to return my DIRECTV equipment and he wouldn’t pack it.  When I told him Directv said all I had to do was bring in the equipment and UPs would pack and send it he declined.  I told him he was rude and I would go to a different ups store.  He was happy I made that decision then yelled at me as I was leaving aww I’m rude for not packing your equipment.  I went to the UPS Store on Westown and received a great experience and very helpful.  Avoid this UPS store iin ClockTower Square.

I didn't  like the new lady, either.  No one helped me with my box, and everyone just stared.  She complained about her lymph node swelling, and then said she was good at her job.  Really??  Definitely no customer service here.  See other reviews.  Frankly I wanna work for them, cause then I don't have to

Mike, the guy that was working their was the worst! So rude. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location.

This is use to be my fave store to go to but these two new people are Nimrods. Tall hefty Guy with curly black hair was condescending and rude. I told him I’d never go back in there again and he shouted through the store “Well, we Won’t Miss you!” Sad.

The UPS worker (Shannon) was so kind and patient. Her excellent customer service was a positive reflection of the store and company.

Charges $3 for Amazon returns to "tape to box shut" or... for the low, low price of $4.99, you can buy our roll of tape and do it yourself! Such a sleezy way to make a couple extra bucks.

I will be submitting a complaint to Amazon on this as this practice is against their policy of free returns.

Shannon was friendly and efficient and kept things moving smoothly even though several people came in all at once.

Great service, always helpful and have never lost one of my packages.

Every time I have been in there they have been quick, helpful and very friendly.

Walmart Supercenter

Most of the staff are very pleasant. Some are too talkative and spend too much time looking at products while they are scanning them, because they find them interesting. I often get double charged for an item so I always check my receipt now. And at this time stock is very low or out on a lot of items.

Just really going down hill in customer service all around. The employees are too busy chit-chatting to do their jobs correctly. the photo department can't keep orders straight and then still can't walk the photos to the front desk after "they couldn't find them". Super disappointed

The most truck-friendly Wal-Mart I've ever visited - there's even designated parking on the north side for maybe 15 trucks. I went inside to shop, and thanked several employees for giving drivers a place to park, and was told "We appreciate truck drivers", and that trucks are welcome to park overnight. I almost shed a tear. A stark contrast to many Wal-Marts across the country that are taking the opposite position, probably due to the small percentage of slob drivers that ruin it for the rest of us. This location is taking care of drivers - let's return the favor!

What I like is that it has parking for a big truck. If you park your big truck please be respectful. I don't want them to take this away from us. Great people inside. Nice selection of cheese. The baguettes are awesome. Angus beef, filet mignon, all kinds of fish. Thanks.

It's a great stop for truckers. Right next to a truck stop and they allow truck parking. They don't have Walmart's new microwave ready meals yet but the deli always has some great options
