FROM MY EXPERIENCE TODAY 9/7/2018, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH HELP TO ANSWER  A SIMPLE BILLING QUESTION.

We recently had a stair lift installed. The two gentlemen that installed the unit were on time and very polite. They were knowledgeable installing the unit and before leaving they went through all the operating procedures. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Without my dependable chair lift, I would have had to move years ago. I'm safe and very pleased with my stairlift and the excellent, professional, and prompt service by Adam Pender. Great product and great service.

Have tried calling many times. Apparently they don't Never answer their phone. Have left messages. No response back from anyone. What's the point saying if you leave a message before 4PM that you will get a returned phone call back the same day. Today I tried right at 8AM calling and many times after 8AM .And got a recording that you was closed and will be opening at 8AM.  Finally, twenty five minutes later your recording went to leave a message. All I wanted to do was to ask a few questions before doing my business with them. Now I have seriously have second thoughts. Because if they can't return a simple phone call. Then what kind of service will you get???

We want to tell everyone Adam and Ben, did an outstanding and a very professional installation of the Garage Lift. We were about ready to give up with another company that was dragging along for almost 3 months. Finally, the VA sent a request to Adams Company, National Seating and Mobility. Adam called to make an appointment and came out and made the necessary measurements and told us what was going to happen. Very professional. Even made a drawing so we could visualize what it would look like. We were very impressed. The other company didn't say much at all and had no idea what it would look like. We thank the VA for their help in sending a very competent installer and we will say this: We were Blessed with the BEST! Thanks Adam and Ben!

I have ditched this company a long time ago.
However , I get calls from people who still use national seating. There's usually a serious problem.
What they sell the disabled is junk . Why does Amerigroup and Medicare still do business with them ?

I don't get return calls after leaving a message. I get different answers from different people when calling on hold ups on repairs. I have to keep on them to get paperwork handled to get the repairs done. I don't need the fight it takes to get them to do their job. It shouldn't take three weeks to get repairs done. I shouldn't have to keep telling them to keep faxing papers to my doctor's and insurance when things aren't getting done fast enough. I had a business and if I treated my customers the way National seating does , I wouldn't have had my business very long!

Big O Tires

I've been here four times. A testament to a great tire shop! And I'll keep coming back. The staff are knowledgeable and great to talk to. Prices are good. I brought my tires here, including balancing and mounting plus removing the old ones it came to $140. Asked for a two-wheel alignment and they came back saying I didn't need one.

I have been an on and off again customer for years. But a number of disappointing experiences with mechanics at other establishments has led me back to this particular Big O. I was unaware that they were full service until today. Brian and Tevin were super friendly and attentive and the work done and price surpassed my expectations. You have earned a loyal customer. Great job to the whole crew!

I feel as though they attempted to upcharge me due to not having a ton of car knowledge. They wanted to charge me 3x as much as another shop to change my break pads ($550-$680 for only front pads, got them done for $200) and “forgot” to give me the deal discussed on the phone for the tires. Tires are fine and the man was polite, but won’t be returning.

Nicest people I met. Never tried to take advantage of being out of town with a flat tire. Went out of their way to help and not charge me anything!! You don’t run into a customer service like that very often. This is my granddaughter’s account but I wanted to tell everyone that they are the best

I had a great experience today with Tevin and Brian - they were professional and friendly (one might even say chipper), and made sure I understood what was inspected and my options to move forward.  Car service can frankly be a hassle, and today's experience was definitely not - thank you for making it quick and easy, and giving me confidence that my car is well cared for!

Great Service would Highly recommend them to anyone.  Billy and Mike did a great job on the install of my mother in laws stair lift and Chair lift to assist her to getting dad in out of his chair.

The receptionest was great.  She gave me a lot of information and answered a lot of questions.  I talked to her twice.  The gentleman in the repair shop.  Not so much he did not bother to call me twice.  I have had to make other arrangements.

Wendy has gone the extra mile for my family more than once.

Friendly customer service and get repairs done quickly. I get my oil changes and car maintenance done. Had my ball joint and sway bar replaced, she rides much smoother, thanks

They took care of my brake job at $700 less than the dealership. The job took as long as they said it would and they were very clear about what the job entails.

I had the pleasure of working with Misty and Chad today. They were patient with me and took the time to explain my questions. They made sure to listen to my concerns and went through each report with me.

Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable people. The manager Marcus offered top notch service and the tech Ramon did a great job with my brake replacement. I will definitely continue coming here!

Professional Music Center

Great store, very helpful staff. I've been buying strings and getting minor service here for a while, and finally decided to buy a higher end acoustic.  Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, letting me play any/every guitar they had, with no pressure whatsoever to buy.  As often happens, I had a couple guitars in mind but ended up falling for a different guitar once I tried them all in person.  I now have a Larrivee that I will play for years to come.  I highly recommend this shop.

I truly love this place. Trent Litten and his staff are very helpful. If they don't have it on hand they are more than happy to order it for you.

Whether you play Acoustic guitar, Electric, Bass? They have it. A wide selection and upstairs an Acoustic Guitar room for players with more experience and expensive taste.

Great guitar shop! Stopped in on my way through town needed a power supply and an adapter. Super friendly environment with a nice selection of gear to suit just about any needs.The dude even pointed out I had a mono adapter when checking out. This was helpful since I needed stereo saving me later frustration as I was able to grab the right one from them. Not only do they have the goods they were looking out for folks as well!

This is the best staff at a music store in my experience. They answered all of my newbie questions with zero judgment and bent over backwards to give me a good deal on the guitar I got. I could go on and on, but this should be your music gear go-to if you live close enough to the Des Moines Metro.

MobilityWorks

Lisbaldo was friendly, efficient, and had a repair done in a few minutes. This is five star customer service. We  appreciated his expertise.He did not want us to leave without understanding all of the repair that was done and made sure that it was working well. All of the staff were friendly and a great help.

Mobility Works/Grimes Iowa determined there was a safety concern regarding my hand controls; Lisbaldo explained the options and went to work. All the staff there are helpful and enjoyable to talk with. Sounds as if they are expanding the services they offer and look forward to our future together. Thank you Mobility Works!!

Visited with my boss to pick up the van that MobilityWorks has repaired a few times. It's unfortunate that CareInitiatives has to take their only transportation for their elderly residents 2 hours away to be repaired. MobilityWorks has the knowledge necessary to make sure that the repair are timely, so that this vehicle is not out of service for any longer than necessary.

Thanks for all you do!  It is so easy and convenient to work with you.  Simplest buying process I have ever been through!  MobilityWorks is absolutely great to work with!

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Nice selection of all things chocolate! Can't wait to try some of what I bought! They do have samples to try! And about 8 or more different kinds of caramel and chocolate covered apples! They also have a nice selection of sugar free chocolates in milk and dark!! OH!! And they have puppy dog treats as well!!

What a great addition to West Des Moines! Absolutely fantastic chocolate and all kinds of covered apples.  So much fun! Friendly service at a great location.  Worth a stop!

It saddens me to say don't even bother going in here, I was at the farmers market ready to make a hefty purchase. I was waiting patiently for the women behind the counter to finish with someone else, I was the only other person there, another person walks in and without even looking at me she starts to help someone else after I had been waiting to be helped. It's a shame because I was buying sweets for staff and family. I just walked out,  I didn't realize anyone was doing so well they could just let a sale walk out the door. I hope that 2.00  dog bone sale was worth loosing the 80.00 sale I made at the chocolate place down the street. Horrible service experience and will not be back.

Went to the location, purchased fudge & hot cocoa.  The fudge I purchased wasn't what I was expecting.  Called them tonight & the guy said he was going to make it right & ship me some.

Stopped in tonight for some sweet treats. Absolutely AMAZING customer service and treats! We will be back! Merry Christmas!

Wild Birds Unlimited

Great service and friendly staff. I bought some bird feeding items for my parents. Lots of cool gift ideas for bird watchers and animal feeders. I thought the things I bought were reasonably priced as well. I would shop here again.

Love this store. The owner and his staff are so friendly and so knowledgeable. They are always ready to share some helpful hints. They have you covered from food, feeders, decorative items, gifts and more. It is the perfect place to handle all your birding needs or to find a special gift. Plus, there’s Dude!

New to this hobby but quickly becoming an obsession. Most informative and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and the selection is great. But if you want advice this is by far the place to go. Amazing selection of anything bird related. Best poles for your yard that you will ever find.

Everyone that works here is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't happen to have what I'm looking for, they immediately order it for me.
