Parts were ordered over 6 months ago and they called me day and time of the appointment to Tell me that they were canceling the appointment. When they told me 3 weeks ago, that parts were in and Sue addressing It was very rude on her customer service skills. Still waiting on call back from manager

I recently got a new motorized wheel chair . The first thing I noticed was the buttons you push on it wouldn't work with my spine and arm problems. One of the buttons did come off. I have been working on getting the right part. When I tried to get a technician out to temporarily fix the problem. I noticed the woman who answered the phone wasn't paying attention. The temporary fix would take switching the panel from my previous chair to the new one until the new part got in, as both here. One tech said it would work and my new chair would be functioning. Instead of her setting up for a tech to come by she offered to send a loner chair. Where would I put it ? When I told her I have to go to St Mary's hospital ( Mayo ) in Rochester on Wednesday . I may have said I was going on vacation. She was either distracted or not paying attention. I have to call back Monday I guess.

Having been a long-standing customer of the companies NuMotion acquired I can honestly say that the timeliness of repairs, workmanship, and customer service as has been completely eroded. Impossible to get calls back. Local manager will not assist. Was finally able to get the correct parts for a chair after waiting 8 months only after contacting NuMotion’s corporate customer care email cited by NuMotion in the many negative reviews. Appreciate NuMotion corp for putting and end to the issues and waiting but I will be seeking another vendor for a new chair.

This company cares only about making the biggest profit possible and has no care for it's customers. They commit theft in many ways, example: Charging over $14,000 for a manual Wheelchair that only cost $4,500. Causing my 20% I have to pay for insurance being $3,200 plus in addition tried to charge me $2,000 more afterwards. Which is already more than $4,500 if I had bought my Wheelchair directly from manufacturer. When my frame was bent and I asked them to ship it back to manufacturer to have it fixed, they proceeded to hold it for a week and demanded manufacturer send them shipping label instead of just owning the issue and shipping it immediately. They have bought out almost all the small companies here and so forcing your hand at them being only one you can purchase Wheelchair through in my area now. When they know they make money like the $10,000 they made off my chair through Medicare Insurance yet when it needed fixed they threatened I have to pay out of pocket to ship the broken frame to manufacturer or manufacturer had to pay shipping label since they are criminals in there own regards and theives to thw disabled Community. Making millions on us already struggling to make ends meet just because we require Wheelchair to live independently and they think they can get away with it. Don't use Numotion for anything, they will screw you eventually and leave you with the bill at the end of the day.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, efficient. If you are looking for mobility help, look no further!!
