The guys who tried to 'help me' turned around and 'hijacked' my package delivery. Have your package delivered elsewhere! Total fail squad can't do they one job they are paid to do, and just whine to the customers all day.

Guy working on 9/10 long hair was extremely unhelpful and rude. I was trying to return my DIRECTV equipment and he wouldn’t pack it. When I told him Directv said all I had to do was bring in the equipment and UPs would pack and send it he declined. I told him he was rude and I would go to a different ups store. He was happy I made that decision then yelled at me as I was leaving aww I’m rude for not packing your equipment. I went to the UPS Store on Westown and received a great experience and very helpful. Avoid this UPS store iin ClockTower Square.

I didn't like the new lady, either. No one helped me with my box, and everyone just stared. She complained about her lymph node swelling, and then said she was good at her job. Really?? Definitely no customer service here. See other reviews. Frankly I wanna work for them, cause then I don't have to work

Mike, the guy that was working their was the worst! So rude. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location.

This is use to be my fave store to go to but these two new people are Nimrods. Tall hefty Guy with curly black hair was condescending and rude. I told him I’d never go back in there again and he shouted through the store “Well, we Won’t Miss you!” Sad.
