Nice shoes.. lots of different  choices. Found a pair of the Sketchers slip ons and took them to the register. I knew I had a coupon and was searching through my email as the man rang us up while he spoke to my husband. My husband paid as soon as I found the coupon. As a person  who has worked in the customer service industry for a very long time, I would have refunded and applied the coupon with no questions. He believed that because the transaction was completed, it could not be reversed. I was very unhappy with that. It's just great customer service, and that should be the aim. What do you all think? Am I expecting too much?

There are lots of options, and there is a huge clearance section. Staff was friendly and helpful to figure out different shoes by need. They do not take checks for those who still write checks, which is a drawback. They didn't have a lot of traffic at the time I was in there but the store is bigger so lots of people can shop at the same time.

Great selection, comfy shoes, and a variety of styles. I'll definitely come back. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Bought 5 pairs!

The store was clean and well organized. I wear a 12 wide, and was excited to see two aisles dedicated to wide shoes. I was  disappointed that many styles were completely missing size 12, while having lots of those shoes in smaller sizes. I did find two pair that I liked, and the promotion got me both pair for well under $100 total.

“I’ve never seen so many shoes I like!” Said my picky daughter as soon as we entered. The staff here is great; super helpful and very available if you need anything. Lines moved quickly at the register, and there is a ton of selection. Sketchers warehouse is an easy recommendation!

Wild Birds Unlimited

Most lovely little bird shop in Olathe. They have such a wide selection of bird feeders, bird food and gifts. I was also impressed with their items for kids including little birds that make noises and books. A must stop in KC for any bird lover.

The store is beautiful with many bird supplies and gifts.  The staff was super helpful and very friendly.  They helped me with Christmas gifting ideas and to purchase the right bird feeders and food for my wild life friends in my neighborhood.
Bonus: they had a Birds of Prey exhibit going on when I visited the store and it was most exciting! The owls were amazing!

I am going to be honest, I thought this store sold birds so I never went in!  As I was closer to the store today I realized it’s quite the opposite and went in!  Boy am I glad!  They have a HUGE variety of feeders, bird feed, & outdoor decor.  Bat nurseries. They sell beautiful made in USA wind chimes, bird plushies for the kids, jewelry, books …really great stuff!  It is locally owned!!  The staff here is incredible—so kind and helpful!  This is a treasure for bird lovers.

Kylie and Carol were so helpful today! They helped us pick out the right feeders and bird food we were looking for. The staff are super knowledgeable about the products and can help find a solution to your squirrel problems! The store has tons of great decorations and gifts for the bird lovers in your life. The rewards program costs money to join but is ABSOLUTELY worth it!! It instantly pays for itself, you get a welcome gift and a 15% discount off of all bird food.

Love this store! Great customer service and the people working there enjoy what they do! Refreshing!

Aramark Refreshments

Aramark has been the best office refreshment provider we have had. They are always on time and friendly. They seem to always have what we need when we need it. This allows us to do our work and not worry about going to the store to get coffee or creamer. Keep it up Aramark we are so glad we partnered with you guys.

The store is very small and lacking in their diversity in terms of products available. The workers were also very slow during the busy time. Other than that, the store was clean and fine.

Went here to just get preworkout but this kind employee named Jordan helped me and my friends to get the right stuff and convinced me to get Pro. Very glad to have his assistance, definitely deserves to be employee of the month!

Always filled will friendly knowledgeable staff who are willing to answer questions and offer suggestions based on what you are looking for. Very rarely have I gone into GNC and knew exactly what I needed, but every time I've walked out satisfied.

Interesting promotions.

Went to the store, only to find note on door. Went to lunch be back in 30 min. Ok fine. I waited an hour and ten minutes outside, still no one.  This was from 3:30 to 4:40 . Called the store hour later to see if it was open. A girl answered got a total different story than note on door from her. Said I will be leaving a bad review, she said that's fine Go for it. GNC you need to tighten it up.

Closed during business hours, not even an “out to lunch” sign on the door.

Have went 2 days in a row around 2 pm and have been closed. Getting tired of the poor management from GNC. When the store is open the Staff is always friendly and helpful so nothing against them. But the corporate side needs to get it together!

Sitting out front 130 PM on a Monday and it's locked up.  No sign saying they'll be back or anything. The only sign says they're open.  I called and no one answered.

AT&T Store

Collin was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me add 2 lines to my account as well as doing an insurance claim. He was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had.

Attentive staff,  very polite and professional.  The manager is very knowledgeable about not only plans but also all the different devices they have to offer and goes the extra mile to be sure your phone is set up right and ready to go before you walk out the door.  Overall, great service !

So why do all the local stores not have,or carry prepaid?Think it's a move to get everyone to do post paid contract.All these hip,cool millennials.

Cid was awesome.  We got there at 5 minutes til close to get a new phone and he was great to work with.  The guy didn’t hesitate at all to stay late and help us get everything done.  Great guy to work with, customer service like his is hard to find these days!

These guys are awesome.  Aaron and Team helped me with all the issues Best Buy caused me with a new line activation.  They went out of their way to earn my business going forward and they have it.  6/5 stars!

Shell

This place smells like there's dead animals in the walls or like they have a severe sewage/plumbing issue. The smell so was putrid I had to immediately leave.

Typical Kansas City Shell gas station. Horrible

Clue number one... when I pulled into the parking lot and there were two to three inches of ice and snow three days after the snowstorm I should've known things weren't going to go well.

Clue number two should have been the stream of each or so receipts hanging out of the pump from previous failed transactions.

After inserting my card and starting to put it in my wallet the pump told me to reinsert it. My second attempt greeted me with a message to see the attendant.

Working my way across the parking lot. I finally reached the safety of the sidewalk only to be greeted by an attendant who didn't understand anything I was saying.

He DID understand when I asked him if they forgot to call a snow plow, but his answer was just a smile and he shrugged his shoulders.

I'll give another Shell station a chance since I've got a $0.30 off per gallon promo from T-Mobile Tuesdays to redeem.

Imagine being 40 cents over any other gas station for premium. I got premium at qt for 4.99 when this place was 5.30. Just shows how much this company is gouging people for money. 1/10 don't recommend going here for gas.

The UPS Store

Great experience. I walked in, dropped my package off, got a receipt, and left within a matter of seconds. The only suggestions I'd provide are to get an actual UPS sign on the building exterior and someday add a self-checkout bin. Staff were great!

In response to a review about dropping off usps. The store is ups and the shipping costs is a little higher sometimes because of tracking/insurance. Sometimes the post office loses packages hence why ppl ship thru ups. They take packages for the post office as a courtesy not a requirement and everyone knows that the mail can be really slow.
I also don’t understand why Amazon customers hold up the line with their returns. I understand it’s a service offered but not having the items in order or the wrong codes makes it take longer for paying customers to get their shipments in.
I don’t have any complaints about paying for a shipping label since nothing is free including amazon returns so I’m thankful to the store for making the process easier.

A Regrettable Experience at the Store: I stand against racism and discrimination in all forms:
On October 18th, at approximately 10 am, I visited the UPS Store #2546, located at 11937 W 119th St, Overland Park, KS 66213. It was a visit that left me deeply disappointed and quite upset.
I had come to the store with the intention of sending a phone to my niece in Italy, and upon entering, I noticed that the store was in the process of relocating to a new location. While it's understandable that such transitions can be challenging, it should not excuse the treatment I received during my visit.
Politeness and courtesy are values we expect when interacting with service personnel. Therefore, I greeted the individual at the counter—a middle-aged, short gentleman with glasses and black hair—with a friendly "good morning." However, to my surprise, my greeting was met with silence, as he failed to acknowledge my presence.
I proceeded to inquire about sending the phone to Italy and asked about the available options. Without offering a greeting or even basic acknowledgment, the employee proceeded to request my personal information, including my name, address, email, and method of payment, which I provided promptly.
However, what followed was a most unpleasant experience. When he asked about the package's destination, I naturally stated, "Italy." His response was far from professional. He replied with an unnecessary and condescending tone, saying, "Duh, the person's name." This unexpected comment was not only uncalled for but also deeply offensive.
I responded that he should have simply asked for the receiver's name, a reasonable and courteous approach. Unfortunately, this led to a further escalation of the situation, where he made an offensive remark, suggesting that he couldn't have "our kind" telling him how to do his job.
The overtly racist comment left me speechless and deeply troubled. It's disheartening to encounter such prejudiced behavior in this day and age. It reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the UPS Store itself. I am left questioning whether this individual represents the store as its owner, which would be even more concerning.
As a result of this experience, I feel compelled to share my disappointment and dissatisfaction. I will be advising my family, friends, co-workers, and business clients to reconsider using UPS services or visiting this particular store. It is disheartening to have such a negative encounter in a place that should prioritize respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
This incident serves as a reminder that we must continue to stand against racism and discrimination in all forms, wherever it may manifest itself.

I've had a great experience at this location. When selling equipment, I must ensure it gets to my customers safely and quickly. Adam has gone above and beyond to help make sure that happens, along with all that work at this location. My customers have comments on their professional packing and timely delivery. This location is solid and highly recommended.

I don't get a lot of the bad reviews, I've only had good customer service here. I believe a lot of the reviews are classic JOCO entitlement. The staff is friendly and helpful. This type of business the customer has to come prepared. If you put the wrong label on your package chances are it's going to the wrong place. All shipping services have long waits, as they have a lot of information to enter so this isn't a place to go if you're in a hurry. Sometimes packages get lost or damaged in the shipping process, the staff at the UPS store has nothing to do with that. Lastly, don't call ANY store with specific, time consuming questions.Most stores do not have the staff to spend 10 min with you on the phone answering a question that you could have googled if you weren't lazy. While they're listening to you ramble they have a customer in their face who will leave a 1 star review because it took so long. If you're realistic in your expectations then you will be pleased with the service they provide.

AutoZone Auto Parts

Our daughter lives in Kansas and we live in Oklahoma. She had an issue with her car and had to get a part she was scared to change. They explained it to her while we were on the phone with her. This was the 18th of November. We can’t thank these guys enough for taking care of our girl. Y'all are awesome!!

Great place to buy anything I need for my car. These guys are always very helpful. They don't try to sell me anything unnecessarily, they answer all my questions and are very patient!

Originally, I called and spoke to Dustin. He was patient and helped me come up with a game plan. He also took time to check the back and found a battery I thought I really needed at a reasonable price. After bringing old battery in for test he confirmed it was not that. With only a moments description he suggested a starter. Sure enough he was right. Absolutely positive experience. The man knows his stuff! 6 outta 5 ⭐. Car is running!!!

They changed my wiper blades for me and did an excellent job. Thank you.

California Style Body Shop LLC

The absolute worst service I’ve had done on my vehicle broke my Lugnuts didn’t tell me didn’t tell me that the transmission needed to be re-programmed once installed. Also took the car back to Chevy to get it reprogrammed after installation and found out three of my motor mounts were broke. Very horrible service. Very horrible on time. Very horrible on communication. Very horrible experience overall. If I Could give zero stars I would.

This is the worst body shop in Kansas. They had my truck for months (almost a year) before they started to fix it. I had to come in to remind the owner every few weeks to fix my truck.  I took my truck in because I got T-boned and needed body work and a paint job. They let my truck get broken into and they stole my tv’s.  They did a terrible paint job. And messed up a back passenger door; a door they weren’t even working on. They took my step off to paint the truck and never put it back on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!

I love this shop, the owner is a great guy who shows he cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to get your vehicle looking new again. The fact that he allowed someone I new to store their car there until they came up with the money was superb! I recommend them to anyone looking to get service from a shop that cares and the workers are really cool :)...

Worst bodyshop they take parts from my truck they had nothing  to do with the job and they pop my tired and install a used one and never told me about it,just a bad mess ,don't  recommended.

William is a good guy. Straight fwd. Very satisfied with the price and bodywork done on my tacoma. I'd recommend this place.
