Nice shoes.. lots of different choices. Found a pair of the Sketchers slip ons and took them to the register. I knew I had a coupon and was searching through my email as the man rang us up while he spoke to my husband. My husband paid as soon as I found the coupon. As a person who has worked in the customer service industry for a very long time, I would have refunded and applied the coupon with no questions. He believed that because the transaction was completed, it could not be reversed. I was very unhappy with that. It's just great customer service, and that should be the aim. What do you all think? Am I expecting too much?

There are lots of options, and there is a huge clearance section. Staff was friendly and helpful to figure out different shoes by need. They do not take checks for those who still write checks, which is a drawback. They didn't have a lot of traffic at the time I was in there but the store is bigger so lots of people can shop at the same time.

Great selection, comfy shoes, and a variety of styles. I'll definitely come back. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Bought 5 pairs!

The store was clean and well organized. I wear a 12 wide, and was excited to see two aisles dedicated to wide shoes. I was disappointed that many styles were completely missing size 12, while having lots of those shoes in smaller sizes. I did find two pair that I liked, and the promotion got me both pair for well under $100 total.

“I’ve never seen so many shoes I like!” Said my picky daughter as soon as we entered. The staff here is great; super helpful and very available if you need anything. Lines moved quickly at the register, and there is a ton of selection. Sketchers warehouse is an easy recommendation!
