The UPS Store

It is easy to overlook people and places like this. I went in today with three different, but similar Amazon returns. Three versions, three return situations, three packaging requirements. The staff was super patient, professional and helpful. People in their position can make or break your day. These guys made mine.

My representative (Dylan) sp? was extremely helpful and kind. I had many double-sided pages to fax. He did it all for me with a smile on his face and while also waiting on other customers at the same time.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I just went there today with a dropoff return that actually pertained to the post office, regardless the young man at the counter was very helpful, he offered to print out the return label, even sealed the bag and put the label himself and didn't charge a cent for his time and service. Needless to say I will come back to this location when I need to.

I was lied to about sending packages you get 15 percent off, well the assistant manager lied and told me it was only 5 percent off and I have sent packages from there before. I have even meet the owner of the store.Yes I was up set and I just left the store and mailed my package from the post office instead.They wanted $11.00 and I mailed it from the post office and it only cost me $9.89. I will be filling a complaint against the man that lied to me and about the cost 😡😡😡.

The store closed early during the biggest major shipping and shopping holiday. If you can’t be open when you’re reporting to be open, change your hours.
