Century 21 is a highly reputable and trusted real estate company, but occasionally, even in great companies like this, there are some individuals who may not meet expectations. One such person is Gregorio Henriques.

I had the experience of renting an apartment in Metrowest with Gregorio Henriques, and I lived there for two years. Unfortunately, the apartment was not in the best shape, and it had several issues during my stay. It took him four months to finally replace the dishwasher, and throughout that time, he provided me with various excuses, such as the item being out of stock or the handyman being busy. Additionally, the lights in the bathroom and kitchen were not working properly, the windows were leaking when it rained, and the ceiling leaked after a hurricane, causing the carpet to become wet and potentially moldy. The washing machine also did not function properly. Despite repeatedly submitting service requests, all of them were ignored over the two-year period. I always paid my rent and bills on time, yet he never responded to my calls, text messages, or online requests.

When I moved out, he met me at the apartment to take the keys and conduct an inspection. He walked around, checked all the closets and cabinets, ensuring everything was in good condition. He then had me sign a document and informed me that I would receive my deposit back by mail within 7-10 days. I did receive the check in eight days, but to my surprise, he had deducted a portion of my deposit for "cleaning," despite the apartment being in a clean state, which he himself had acknowledged. Of course, he is now not responding to my attempts to contact him, providing no explanation. This lack of professionalism and irresponsibility is not surprising, as he consistently ignored me throughout the two years.

If you are looking for an agent for any real estate transaction at Century 21 Carioti, I highly recommend staying away from Gregorio Henriques. He is an unprofessional and irresponsible agent who will neglect your requests.

Mystique is one of the best agents and persons I have ever met. She brings to the table something that other agents just don't have. Called regarding a rental and the agent was very short and rude. Ask if they had anything else at a reasonable price for my mom and he was like No. Not happy with the attitude and response I got from him. Not helpful at all.

The first 2 years was a disaster with Joanne as the property manager took her  5 months to get us a new dishwasher. After that we got Donna Williams (assuming Joanne got canned)  and she was better and prompt with responding to us. Proceed with caution when renting from this company.

David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!!  He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area.  He is a native to Central Florida and has a lot of positive professional relationships established which proved very helpful to us during this purchase.  We are seasoned home and property owners and it was important to us to find a seasoned professional knowledgeable on the area for our real estate ventures when moving to Florida and David definitely delivered!!  He was not pushy or focused on the commission but provides honest guidance and feedback looking out for the long term investment and interest of his clients.  This is important considering the recent influx of new get rich quick stand up agents in the industry, especially here in Florida with the big housing boom and influx of people.  David has represented us as our buying agent with professional integrity, he also has a passion for supporting Veterans!  Remax, you have an amazing asset on your team! JOANN LESNETT was the landlord that we were dealing with. There were lot of concerning fixtures around the house that needed to be maintained for the safety of my daughter that she was 100% aware of. For example: In my daughter's bedroom she had the french closet doors that opened outwards. One of the doors had a loose hinge & was about to fall at any moment. I needed them to get that fixed before someone could seriously get hurt. I proceeded to text & call JOANN  LESNETT about it. No answer. No response. After I had turned around from snapping pictures of the broken hinge on the door to send to her. It snapped off & the closet door fell & landed on my head. I'm thankful that it landed on me & not my 2 year old daughter. I would call & text this lady JOANN LESNETT MULTIPLE times regarding things that have needed to be fixed or replaced. JOANN LESNETT would avoid responding back to me with updates. Not to mention when she did a walk thru in the house JOANN LESNETT was making up random stuff for us to get as little as possible back from our security deposit. We have presented our proof to them they still didn't honor it. I have plenty of documentation from text messages, voicemails, videos, & pictures. This is a low grade no good company that is only worried about money. They could careless about what you may need fixed or any concerning problems you may have. We were out of AC for 3 days because JOANN LESNETT failed to respond back about getting it fixed. JOANN LESNETT received ALL of my messages & would simply leave me on "read" JOANN LESNETT would only respond when it was convenient for her. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Save yourself the HASSLE & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

My realtor, Kathy Agner is the best!!!  She went above and beyond to help me purchase my home in Bartow.   Stuck by me for months, looked at numerous houses, some twice and three times and never complained about my constant emails and tests.  If you need a fantastic realtor, Kathy's the one. First and only agent I will ever use. My wife and I first met Darryl at an open house that we stopped at, months before making the decision to purchase a home. Once we made the decision, there was no question that we would be calling on Darryl to be our agent. Hands down the best agent in Florida is Dan Samatulski. Not only is he absolutely amazing at his job he is an amazing person. Keren Reyes is the best realtor ever! I purchased a new built home and I highly recommend using her because the onsite sales people represent the builder. It is very important to have someone represent you and have your best interests in mind. Keren was very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. She recommended an inspection even though it was a new built and it was the best decision we made. There was a lot of deficiencies that showed up on the report that we did not see. She asked them to fix all the deficiencies and I couldn’t be happier!  With her great negotiation skills, I received paid HOA for a year, a brand new refrigerator, and my garage was finished with epoxy. Hire her today!!  You’ll be happy you did!
