First and only agent I will ever use. My wife and I first met Darryl at an open house that we stopped at, months before making the decision to purchase a home. Once we made the decision, there was no question that we would be calling on Darryl to be our agent. He is such a nice guy and he held our hands through the entire process of purchasing our first home. He had our best interest in mind at all times, and was not trying to sell us just any house. He wanted to make sure the house was right for us and that it was a good investment. He answers his phone and text messages whenever you call him. Darryl truly loves his job, and it shows. I would would highly recommend him to anyone. Although I have never used anyone else, I am convinced that Darryl is the best agent in Orlando.

Hands down the best agent in Florida is Dan Samatulski. Not only is he absolutely amazing at his job he is an amazing person. Every single person we worked with from Dan to the loan department Chris and Justin, were absolutely fabulous. I can’t even put in to words how much I appreciate all of them. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and fought for us every step of the way. With his hard work we were able to find a insane deal on a brand new home in a beautiful neighborhood. Dan found the listing the night before and emailed us right away and we were waiting outside the office to see the home the next morning when they opened and it was everything we wanted and more. We are starting a brand new family and with me being 4 months pregnant I was so worried and stressed out but with Dan’s help all my worries were gone. Dan took care of me and my new family just like he would his own and I can’t thank him enough for it. I will be referring all my family and friends to Dan and going forward he is the only agent we want to work with. When my wife and I decided to buy an investment house in Orlando, going with Darryl was the obvious answer since he helped us find and negotiate our current home. Darryl showed us numerous investment properties and helped to target the best option for resale. Darryl - like the times we had worked with him in the past - made us feel like his only client.
