Keren Reyes is the best realtor ever! I purchased a new built home and I highly recommend using her because the onsite sales people represent the builder. It is very important to have someone represent you and have your best interests in mind. Keren was very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. She recommended an inspection even though it was a new built and it was the best decision we made. There was a lot of deficiencies that showed up on the report that we did not see. She asked them to fix all the deficiencies and I couldn’t be happier! With her great negotiation skills, I received paid HOA for a year, a brand new refrigerator, and my garage was finished with epoxy. Hire her today!! You’ll be happy you did!
