Called regarding a rental and the agent was very short and rude. Ask if they had anything else at a reasonable price for my mom and he was like No. Not happy with the attitude and response I got from him. Not helpful at all.

The first 2 years was a disaster with Joanne as the property manager took her 5 months to get us a new dishwasher. After that we got Donna Williams (assuming Joanne got canned) and she was better and prompt with responding to us. Proceed with caution when renting from this company.

David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!! He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area. He is a native to Central Florida and has a lot of positive professional relationships established which proved very helpful to us during this purchase. We are seasoned home and property owners and it was important to us to find a seasoned professional knowledgeable on the area for our real estate ventures when moving to Florida and David definitely delivered!! He was not pushy or focused on the commission but provides honest guidance and feedback looking out for the long term investment and interest of his clients. This is important considering the recent influx of new get rich quick stand up agents in the industry, especially here in Florida with the big housing boom and influx of people. David has represented us as our buying agent with professional integrity, he also has a passion for supporting Veterans! Remax, you have an amazing asset on your team! David has been a wealth of knowledge and navigated us to a sound investment with an amazing turn around of 20% standing equity, based upon recent appraisal of our purchase. JOANN LESNETT was the landlord that we were dealing with. There were lot of concerning fixtures around the house that needed to be maintained for the safety of my daughter that she was 100% aware of. For example: In my daughter's bedroom she had the french closet doors that opened outwards. One of the doors had a loose hinge & was about to fall at any moment. I needed them to get that fixed before someone could seriously get hurt. I proceeded to text & call JOANN LESNETT about it. No answer. No response. After I had turned around from snapping pictures of the broken hinge on the door to send to her. It snapped off & the closet door fell & landed on my head. I'm thankful that it landed on me & not my 2 year old daughter. I would call & text this lady JOANN LESNETT MULTIPLE times regarding things that have needed to be fixed or replaced. JOANN LESNETT would avoid responding back to me with updates. Not to mention when she did a walk thru in the house JOANN LESNETT was making up random stuff for us to get as little as possible back from our security deposit. We have presented our proof to them they still didn't honor it. I have plenty of documentation from text messages, voicemails, videos, & pictures. This is a low grade no good company that is only worried about money. They could careless about what you may need fixed or any concerning problems you may have. We were out of AC for 3 days because JOANN LESNETT failed to respond back about getting it fixed. JOANN LESNETT received ALL of my messages & would simply leave me on "read" JOANN LESNETT would only respond when it was convenient for her. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Save yourself the HASSLE & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
