Century 21 is a highly reputable and trusted real estate company, but occasionally, even in great companies like this, there are some individuals who may not meet expectations. One such person is Gregorio Henriques. I had the experience of renting an apartment in Metrowest with Gregorio Henriques, and I lived there for two years. Unfortunately, the apartment was not in the best shape, and it had several issues during my stay. It took him four months to finally replace the dishwasher, and throughout that time, he provided me with various excuses, such as the item being out of stock or the handyman being busy. Additionally, the lights in the bathroom and kitchen were not working properly, the windows were leaking when it rained, and the ceiling leaked after a hurricane, causing the carpet to become wet and potentially moldy. The washing machine also did not function properly. Despite repeatedly submitting service requests, all of them were ignored over the two-year period. I always paid my rent and bills on time, yet he never responded to my calls, text messages, or online requests. When I moved out, he met me at the apartment to take the keys and conduct an inspection. He walked around, checked all the closets and cabinets, ensuring everything was in good condition. He then had me sign a document and informed me that I would receive my deposit back by mail within 7-10 days. I did receive the check in eight days, but to my surprise, he had deducted a portion of my deposit for "cleaning," despite the apartment being in a clean state, which he himself had acknowledged. Of course, he is now not responding to my attempts to contact him, providing no explanation. This lack of professionalism and irresponsibility is not surprising, as he consistently ignored me throughout the two years. If you are looking for an agent for any real estate transaction at Century 21 Carioti, I highly recommend staying away from Gregorio Henriques. He is an unprofessional and irresponsible agent who will neglect your requests.
