We moved into a new build in June this year. Jeremy came promptly when we were ready to start making plans for our windows and provided a very comprehensive set of samples for us to choose from. Not only did he help us narrow down what we wanted but he was able to give us an idea of what worked well for each space keeping our budget in mind.

After we chose our product measurements were made and orders were submitted. Their communication for estimated delivery was accurate and actually some products arrived earlier than planned which was a pleasant surprise!

Their installer was knowledgeable and once everything was installed they let us know how to properly use each function.

We get compliments from just about every new visitor who comes to our home! We are so happy with the product and our experience with Made in the shade KC! I would highly recommend!

Jeremy is great to work with. Friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and all around nice guy. We have a motorized outdoor patio shade he installed and when the squirrels chewed the wiring he came right out and rewired through a metal tube so we wouldn’t have that problem again. Great job!

Had Made in the Shade install blinds almost 3 years ago.  A small part broke and they ordered the replacement part for me at NO COST!!  I was not expecting that at all!  Very helpful and accommodating - they even followed up to make sure the part delivered was correct. Top notch!

We are very happy that we chose our blinds from Made in the Shade!  Jeremy makes the experience fun and Aubri was very helpful with any questions we had.  We also felt very comfortable with the person that installed them for us.  They have lots of products to choose from and fabrics. Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Went to pick up pizza after work a few weeks ago now, and had my 4 month old with me in his carrier. It was raining pretty hard and the nicest employee offered to carry my pizza to my car for me through the rain. I really appreciated that kindness!! Their pizza is always yummy too and ready quickly.

Very disappointed. Third time and last time I will order from this location. The last three times I ordered the crust was not correct and the toppings were wrong. I called the store to let them know the problem and the person I talked with was very negative and somewhat rude. Will take business elsewhere.

Always had great pizza here. But two pizzas tonight were on the level of cardboard pizzas that dominos sells. Absolutely no sauce on either one. Probably won’t be doing Murphy’s anytime in future.

Omg I cannot say enough good things about the two beautiful young women that were working there tonight. I came in probably 10 minutes to close. They had already started cleaning everything up. At first I was going to tell them nevermind but they both reassured me that they could make my pizza's. My memory hasn't been the greatest since I was diagnosed with cancer but I do remember one of their names Emma! Both of their customer service skills were top notch. I have to be honest something you don't see very often anymore. Thank you ladies you definitely saved me staying up until probably midnight cooking than cleaning.

I ordered two pizzas. Customized them to have no cheese on half of each pizza. They put cheese on everything. When I called them to explain the issue, they said they’d make a replacement pizza with no cheese. Then, when I returned to the store to correct the issue, they insisted that I did the order incorrectly (despite the fact that I had the order on my phone and could show exactly how I customized it to not have cheese). Because I didn’t bring back the original pizza (my husband had already baked it) they would not give me a replacement. Instead I bought another pizza at 50% off. I guess the discount was nice, but why am I paying for your mistake???

This is the worst store in the area.  Their prices are way too high and the management doesn't care if they cheat you or not.  Gas pumps never work.  They steal your money without telling you and the gas pumps also lock your credit card in them so who knows what info they are getting.  They are a bunch of crooks.

Pumps 1 & 2 weren’t working, workers were aware but there weren’t any signs. They were at least nice when I told them about it. But driving in circles around the pumps to try 4 of them to get gas kinda defeats the convenience in convenience store

They charge $100 to your card for a day when you buy gas. Bought $20 in gas but was charged $100. Can't pay my other bills now until tomorrow hopefully (according to worker there I should be reimbursed tomorrow). Is this illegal?? Saw no posted signs about this.

It's a gas station and a convenience store. So, set your expectations accordingly. Pumps were all working. Convenience store had a decent selection. Restroom was clean. Employee was friendly.

The old school design of this building is amusing. They've bulldozed most of these, so it's funny to see they've started building them again. You know the type, where the convenience store is centered between the pumps and the roof of the pumps is also running over the convenience store building. Old school design.

This place is a rip off. It says $0.30 off a gallon of gas with the purchase of a Big Top car wash. The sticker on the gas pump says $10. So I bought it. After I looked at my receipt, it showed $12 for the car wash and only took off .20 per gallon. I went and spoke with the owner and he said that to get .30, you have to pay cash.

I then proceeded with the car wash. At the end of the cycle, the carwash dryer wasn't working. It's 35 degrees outside so this is important. I went and talked to the owner about the dryer not working and he said oh, I'll get that fixed and let me try the way again. Again, the dryer didn't work. He said "oh well, I'll order parts". So, I paid $6 more than the cheaper car wash, that didn't include the dryer.

They just sold our house and took great care of us. Our agent Richard Clark was amazing. He handled everything from start to finish very professionally. I never felt like I was getting in over my head even on a house or 2 I had to back out of she told me what made sense and why either decision would be good or bad. And when I finally found a home. I can turn to her and she knew people that could help me get the house the way I wanted. I don't think I could ask for a better agent. Her only downfall for her maybe is maybe she's too good at her job and I don't know I will need to look for a home for quite a while because she found a perfect one for me.

Got here at 08.35 for a 09.00 delivery. Security guard was friendly. I parked in the staging area, tons of room, took paperwork to office between door 7 n 8.
Got a door within 10 minutes and got off loaded soon after docking. Lots of room to back into a door..

These folks have their stuff together! Follow signs for receiving even if you need shipping. Check in at guard shack. Plenty of room to turn around & long back for higher dock door #'s but very accessible. Watch for forklifts and pedestrians! Go to office between docks 7 & 8. Go to window for OTR Receiving even if you need shipping. My appt was 0900. Arrived 0645. In dock immediately. Loaded and rolling at 0830

RECEIVING STOPS AT 11, they won’t take you past 11 even if they’re still unloading trucks that got there before that time..

Never again will I deliver anything to this place TRUCKERS BEWARE I got here at 5:30am and they didn't finish unloading me until 5:30pm because they refuse the load saying that a few pallets were leaning to the side and I have to hire someone to unload the truck for them like a Temp services 😒👎👎👎👎

Delivered a full load of Diet Coke here on 11-26-18. Arrived at front gate at 0430, was in a door at 0508, and I was leaving back out the gate at 0610. By far the quickest in and out I’ve had at a Coca Cola in a long time. Guard was super friendly, we chatted it up while his computer booted, only bad thing about him is he’s a Chiefs fan *bleh* lol! Receiver was professional and polite. Only bad thing I have to say about the whole experience is, the parking lot was a solid plate of ice, couldn’t slide my tandems or get flush with the dock door, also, due to having to drop while they unload, getting back under my trailer was damn near impossible! Their drivers were also having hell getting hooked and rolling out, poor lot maintenance for sure!

The Honey Baked Ham Company

The Honey Baked Ham company is a restaurant/deli as well as sales of bone-in and boneless smoked hams.  They are very good, in that the flavor is very pronounced, but they are also very expensive (~$16/pound).  They are still very popular as shown by the constant crowd that is in the store.  If you can afford them, the hams are great.  They sell a lot of different stuff besides hams, but that is all I have had.

Stopped by for  quick lunch.  Sandwich was delicious , meat was very tender and the croissant was flakey and had a nice texture.  Service is exceptional, professional and friendly.

I went in to get a ham and spme side dishes for Easter. I wanted to look at the menu and see what else they offer. The lady that works there told me to get in line and I explained I wanted to look at the menu. She again told me to get in line. There was nobody in line, so I wasn't  making other people wait. She was rude about it. When I pickup what I wanted, I proceeded to the checkout and asked for a 5 lbs bone out ham. That and 2 boxes of mac n cheese was $99. Are you kidding me? What a ripoff. The ham was $14.51 a pound. I will not be treated that way by their employee and pay ridiculous prices.

Very easy to order online and pick up in store.
