Made in the Shade Blinds and More Kansas City

We moved into a new build in June this year. Jeremy came promptly when we were ready to start making plans for our windows and provided a very comprehensive set of samples for us to choose from. Not only did he help us narrow down what we wanted but he was able to give us an idea of what worked well for each space keeping our budget in mind. After we chose our product measurements were made and orders were submitted. Their communication for estimated delivery was accurate and actually some products arrived earlier than planned which was a pleasant surprise! Their installer was knowledgeable and once everything was installed they let us know how to properly use each function. We get compliments from just about every new visitor who comes to our home! We are so happy with the product and our experience with Made in the shade KC! I would highly recommend!

Jeremy is great to work with. Friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and all around nice guy. We have a motorized outdoor patio shade he installed and when the squirrels chewed the wiring he came right out and rewired through a metal tube so we wouldn’t have that problem again. Great job!

Had Made in the Shade install blinds almost 3 years ago. A small part broke and they ordered the replacement part for me at NO COST!! I was not expecting that at all! Very helpful and accommodating - they even followed up to make sure the part delivered was correct. Top notch!
