Omarail just installed railing on our front porch and we love the look! I shopped around and their quote was the best. Customer service and professional installers were awesome!

Initially our fence was turned down for a permit because of our house location on a circle. Not one company in Omaha said they could get our permit approved but Adam said that he would get it approved and he did. We needed a 6 foot tall fence for a future pool this had to do with being within 3 miles of  the city limits of Omaha and still had to go bye their rules. This was an easement issue and utilities. Adam went in front of the planning board and was approved with four other contracts as well. you read this right not company said they could get my permit approved. We are very thankful to Adam and Omarail. Our dogs love the yard as do our kids.

I highly recommend using Omarail for your porch railings and gate. We recently hire Omarail for our new house project.  Tony the installer was awesome. He did a fantastic job with the installation!  In addition, the owner, Adam was courteous and friendly. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful with all my questions. We absolutely love our new porch. My dog is super happy and enjoy spending time with my family at our front porch. Thank you so much Omarail!!!

We had an A+ experience from start to finish! Everyone was very friendly and professional,  resulting in an outstanding customer experience.  We have had many compliments on our new railing.

Had a railing put in over 3 years ago by Oma Rail.  They did a wonderful job.  We really liked their showroom, so we could pick out the color that was best for our front steps and porch.  Have recomended them to all of our neighbors.

Walmart Supercenter

My only issue with this Walmart is the lack of anyone at the jewelry counter. - Why I removed a star -  Unless you go there when they first open for the day, the odds of getting anyone in that department are low. Thankfully the automotive manager Nathan was more than willing to help when I needed a new watch battery not too long ago.
To all of you people who complained about the customer service; YOUR ATTITUDE has a lot to do with how they respond to you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The little girl at the check out wanted to throw attitude at me because I asked her to get a manager for me. Better hope I don’t catch her outside

Very friendly and helpful employees. Always has checkout employees ready. Way better walmart then the others !!

This location is very clean, the isles are not crowded and there were employees available for all of my questions.  All of the employees I encountered were helpful, polite and had smiles on their faces. I was also impressed there were several registers manned by cashiers.  It's the first time in a while that I have been in a Walmart that the manned registers outnumbered the self checkouts.  The employees took pride in that fact and it was refreshing to see that.  I also liked that there were benches to sit, I brought my 87 year old Uncle who uses a walker and it was nice he could sit and rest while I did some shopping.

Miserable place. The lunch from the deli gets worse and worse every time and they never have anything cold to drink. Have to carry my own condiments in my car because they never have any available. Come in after a hot day at work to get a cold drink and their refrigerated drinks are room temp. Frustrating as ever. Do not recommend.

Auto Works Collision Center

Looking for a repair shop that's fast, fair, and honest? How about one with integrity and friendliness? Dawn and the rest of the team at Auto Works Collision Center are wonderful and highly professional. They could not have been better or easier to work with both times I've used them. I could not recommend them higher.

I was in a hit and run. That's a mess in itself! Chris and Dawn are amazing communicating and navigating through the process. They know their business, dealing with insurance and are very professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. An advocate for the customer 100 percent!!! Hoping I don't need their help again, I would return and recommend to anyone needing their business! And...my baby is back and looks amazing!

Chris was great to work with!  Very helpful and had the customers back.  Lonnie is also a great painter and does amazing work.  Thank you for taking care of me.  I highly recommend Auto Works for any auto damage.

Chris and his team were very kind and professional with me when I had to have my car repaired after an accident. They brought me in once they had it taken apart and explained what the damage was and how they were going to fix it. The repairs were done very well, and in the time frame he told me. I would highly recommend them to friends.

I gave them one star because that was the lowest possible.  I went to them Friday evening for an estimate for a couple of scratches on the right front bumper and wheel well.  Thy took pictures and told me they would give me and estimate on Monday.  I still have not heard a word from them.  Maude they need to change their sign from we make friends by accident to we make friends by major high dollar accident.

Indian Hills Ace Hardware

Save time this holiday and go to Ace for one stop shopping. Awesome store and customer service. In down time the cashiers were sweeping the floors. Thanks Ace.see you soon!

Don't normally use this Ace due to history of rude staff but my pickup order was sent there yesterday. I recieved no notice that the order had been received or filled.  Called store today to confirm order. I was once again insulted by staff.

I love this hardware store...over the years I have never had a negative interaction with employees. They are all friendly, and ready to help in any way. The store carries a large variety of merchandise with reasonable prices. I highly recommend going to Indian Hills Ace Hardware!

The best Ace in the area since Derby Ace Hardware is gone. Rest in peace Gordon Siewert, owner of Derby Ace, my father.

It’s not the biggest or flashiest hardware store but when you legitimately need help with something they will help you to the best of their ability/knowledge. It’s a life long experience to know a bit about everything that’s sold in a hardware store (building, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, plumbing and painting etc etc) so having employees with those skills is a valuable resource and I appreciate them.

After the pandemic, complete staff change and unfortunately lower satisfactory. Many of the new workers are rude and lazy I hope that they quickly find motivated workers.
Been coming to the store for years.
My hobby is DIY at home and I love the prices here and am said to know the old crew is gone. The last individual that was so helpful these last couple of weeks ended up quitting for a better position. ☹️

Midas

Midas in Topeka is my favorite mechanic shop.  From day 1, they have always told me the truth about my car.  And they kept it a 100% with you.  I will always take my car there.  An the workers are all excellent guys who care about the clients and our safety.  If it wasn't for them, after buying my car.  I would've died with my kids on the highway.  After getting a car from Car Hop in Topeka .  This piece on my car was rusted through and the wires behind where bad.  So I thank God for the Midas guys in Topeka, Kansas.

I had a great experience at my local Midas shop today.  Kregg at the front desk was very helpful. He did a great job explaining what was needed for my vehicle and also letting me know what was critical and what could wait which not only saved me money but also left me feeling informed and respected as a customer.

This is a week late but I have to say I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Jesse was super charismatic and friendly and really made me feel good about everything and showing me that they even offered financing. The mechanic John and Rich I believe his name was either way super friendly guys and explained everything recommend five out of 5 never going anywhere else.

It’s very rare that I write a review for anywhere. But my experience at this store this past week was the best service I’ve ever received from a shop. Kregg at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with me and able to describe in detail what was wrong with my car after I assumed it was a brake issue. He got my car back on the road very quickly and she drives great! Wound up saving me a lot of time. I will be getting all my work done here! Thank you Kregg and your team!!

I’ve been in Topeka for about 4 years now, in Kansas 5. By far this is the best place I’ve have taken my car to, to get services on. The way I was treated was not only professional but with sincere respect. Like I was family. I will never take my car anywhere else!! Jessie L is absolutely amazing and I can only hope to repay his kindness back.

Mobility Plus Omaha

Was looking at lift chairs. Checked in Omaha as to who carried Pride chairs. Checked out 3 businesses that carried them. Got pricing and went with Mobility Plus. Besides price they were very accommodating.  Treated the customer as he was important to them. Delivery went smooth. Answered questions etc..  Anyone  looking for medical equipment I would definitely check this business out.

Due to an unexpected back injury prior to a trip, I had to rent a power wheelchair on short notice. I rented the Jazzy Carbon, and it was a work horse! Mobility Plus Omaha was fantastic to work with, they recommended a great wheelchair, and they basically saved my trip. We were grateful for their help.

An excellent experience working with Ian and his team at Mobility Plus Omaha NE!  Kind, courteous, efficient and prompt with ordering and getting our lift installed. Highly recommend 👍👍

Easy to schedule and pick up. Travel chair worked well for my grandma. She said it was comfortable and it was easy to break down and get in the car.  Major issue is I scheduled to return on a Saturday and she told me multiple times I had to have it there by 12 noon. But when I got there they had failed to tell me they were closed that specific Saturday otherwise I would have returned Friday. Had to rush before my flight Monday, but the guy checked us in quickly and apologized for the issue and did not charge us for the additional days. Would use them again but ensure they are open the day of return.

Rented a mobility scooter for a conference I was attending in Omaha. It was delivered and picked up from the hotel for a very reasonable price. Great service and pleasant to deal with! Could not have been better!

Bernies Pizza Parlor

This is my go to place for pizza. Better than most pizza places like Pizza Hut or papa John’s in my opinion. Great service and excellent pizza!! Would recommend everyone try this place out. The small business feels cozy and welcoming. The staff are friendly and overall enthusiastic. In short, a must try for all the pizza fans out there.

This place is the best pizza place in Omaha! Found this golden nugget and are so happy we did. We won't be going anywhere else. The pizzas are high quality and perfectly proportioned. The service is unmatched. Highly recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would. Trying the apple pie next time, they have slice the apples there! Brownies are delicious!

Bernies is the current incarnation of the old restaurant that was there for 40 plus years. Landlord ended the old place. Bernies nephew picked up the torch and now they are a takeout only storefront. Great pizza very good people. The Supreme is my go to, the meatball is good, cheeseburger is an original, dessert pizza has real apples, not canned apple goo. Sadly OG Bernie just passed away. They don't advertise, or have much social media presence. Go once to support very good people and their family business and I guarantee you will return for the excellent food. Also any young social media types check them out and if you feel like I do about Bernies help them with their media presence game. We would all be better for it.

After reading some online reviews,  I knew I had to try Bernie's on a recent visit to Omaha.  As other reviewers have said, it is carry out only.  The online menu has some specialties listed, so I decided to try the meatball pizza.  DELISH!!  Highly recommend.  Also got the apple dessert pizza and it was SO good, but so thick and rich I barely had any appetite left to eat it.  Maybe a great breakfast tomorrow!  If you're in Omaha and want to try a local pizza, don't miss Bernie's!

Just like the old Bernie's we all knew and loved. Ordered the supreme and was supremely happy. Came out piping hot. Great fresh topping and a crisp delicious crust. The sauce is good and flavorful. This place  is a hidden Millard staple that needs to be spread around for all to enjoy.  So delicious!!! Thank you for keeping up the tradition of good Bernie's pizza in millard.

Harbor Freight Tools

This place is AMAZING!  I walked in not knowing what I was looking for and only had a picture from my son.  I asked the gentleman at the cash register and he took me right too the item.  He then also offered to give me the discount price that my son had posted in the picture even though it was no longer on sale.  Customer service in this place is wonderful the prices are good (compatible to what is on line or cheaper) and their return policy is excellent!  They even print gift receipts!

Store is clean and bright. Well organized. Good place for inexpensive tools.

Real neat and clean store, great values on varying quality of tools.  Once you learn the brands they carry then you can make quick informed decisons on your purchases.

Beware of their coupons, there are exclusions even when the coupon says "Any Item" or "No Exclusions."

The sidewalk sales are pretty nice. The local staff are fantastic and do what they can to make your shopping experience pleasant and rewarding.

Good workers.  Lots of choices for tools. If you’re not a pro what they have is good enough to get the job done probably… we all know that drill is gonna burn out pretty soon

The Big Biscuit

All big biscuit locations and the BEST for breakfast and lunch. I could go on for hours about this place. Iv been to all of them across the Midwest and never an issue! Food 100% all the time. Coffee better than any other breakfast place, prices really good. Portion sizes great!!! And the management is really on top of it. There’s a manager there that at a glance looks like P. Diddy lol
definitely recommend this place anywhere you see one.

Maybe the worst service I’ve ever had! Walking in at 1:30 felt very uninviting as if my group of 4 were bugging the 3 hosts at the front. We did get seated immediately even though they were busy. Our waitress took a long time to take our orders - we ended up ordering our drinks and food at the same time. No one at my table was able to get a refill. We didn’t actually see the waitress until we flagged someone down so we can get the check after waiting for it for 20 minutes. We got up to leave and there were 10+ staff members behind the bar hanging out?? The food was good, and came quickly, I will just order it to go next time.

First time here, it was a 15min wait, not to bad. The food was great, had the "Titanic", way to much for 1 person, really good. Also had the "Bonuts" they were good to. It took a little bit before we got our water. It also took a while to get the attention of our server, but after all nice kid. I will come here again.

Love this place! Recently, I took my teenage boys there & we had a great time. The staff was super nice & accommodating. The place was very clean. The portions were huge. The food was very good. My boys & I left there feeling full & happy.
Several visits ago, I lost my wedding ring... hours later, I realized I must've lost it there while washing my hands. I was sick with worry. I explained this to the Mgr & the restroom trash had been emptied. She was willing to look through it out back when the bartender said she had my ring back behind the bar. This easily could've been stolen & I'd be none the wiser. Honestly means so much to me & I was thrilled about the outcome that day. I'll definitely continue to support this business as every visit has been great!

Fantastic first experience. Got seated quick, service from Lauren was great, food came out quick, and my spinach omelet was amazing. Grits were like homemade!Best toast ever. My wife loved her oatmeal. Great place for breakfast.
