Mobility Plus Omaha

Was looking at lift chairs. Checked in Omaha as to who carried Pride chairs. Checked out 3 businesses that carried them. Got pricing and went with Mobility Plus. Besides price they were very accommodating. Treated the customer as he was important to them. Delivery went smooth. Answered questions etc.. Anyone looking for medical equipment I would definitely check this business out.

Due to an unexpected back injury prior to a trip, I had to rent a power wheelchair on short notice. I rented the Jazzy Carbon, and it was a work horse! Mobility Plus Omaha was fantastic to work with, they recommended a great wheelchair, and they basically saved my trip. We were grateful for their help.

Easy to schedule and pick up. Travel chair worked well for my grandma. She said it was comfortable and it was easy to break down and get in the car. Major issue is I scheduled to return on a Saturday and she told me multiple times I had to have it there by 12 noon. But when I got there they had failed to tell me they were closed that specific Saturday otherwise I would have returned Friday. Had to rush before my flight Monday, but the guy checked us in quickly and apologized for the issue and did not charge us for the additional days. Would use them again but ensure they are open the day of return.

Rented a mobility scooter for a conference I was attending in Omaha. It was delivered and picked up from the hotel for a very reasonable price. Great service and pleasant to deal with! Could not have been better!
