Don't normally use this Ace due to history of rude staff but my pickup order was sent there yesterday. I recieved no notice that the order had been received or filled. Called store today to confirm order. I was once again insulted by staff.

I love this hardware store...over the years I have never had a negative interaction with employees. They are all friendly, and ready to help in any way. The store carries a large variety of merchandise with reasonable prices. I highly recommend going to Indian Hills Ace Hardware!

The best Ace in the area since Derby Ace Hardware is gone. Rest in peace Gordon Siewert, owner of Derby Ace, my father. It’s not the biggest or flashiest hardware store but when you legitimately need help with something they will help you to the best of their ability/knowledge. It’s a life long experience to know a bit about everything that’s sold in a hardware store (building, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, plumbing and painting etc etc) so having employees with those skills is a valuable resource and I appreciate them.

03/01/21 After the pandemic, complete staff change and unfortunately lower satisfactory. Many of the new workers are rude and lazy I hope that they quickly find motivated workers. Been coming to the store for years. My hobby is DIY at home and I love the prices here and am said to know the old crew is gone. The last individual that was so helpful these last couple of weeks ended up quitting for a better position. ☹️
