I went to my appointment to have some tooth extractions and to begin with they made me wait more than 30 minutes, and then it turns out that they only gave me a check-up which they had already done before and the doctor tells me that he cannot give me one extraction because it needs 40 minutes. Time and money wasted.

The time they give you is purely indicative. Maybe you wait 20 minutes, and it's still 40. While you're in the waiting room, they ignore you. Sanitas should put more staff at peak times.

I am dissatisfied and what is unacceptable is the difficulty in communicating directly with the central office for free unless you call 902... (which I cannot do with my telephone rate) When I fill out a box to request a telephone or email to unsubscribe... "no one knows any other way to communicate" than by calling that number. I have sent a letter requesting my leave, but they ignore it... Which forces me to go to the office personally, because when I call their phone, an answering machine also invites me to call "902"... What business! What I recommend to anyone who wants to register is to first request contact numbers and emails from their salesperson... since then they all disappear.

I'm very unhappy with Sanitas as an insurance company. I've purchased an insurance policy for my wife and myself with overall cost of 1300 Euro and what do we get for that price? NOTHING! It is impossible to get a treatment, very slow, hard to communicate without Spanish, moreofthat for some reason I can't register neither in the website nor in the app and they can't help me. The only real value of this Sanitas insurance is a possibility to visit Urgencia. I will definitely try another one for the next year

When I had a toothache, because of the wisdom tooth, they refused to pull it out because a doctor was concerned it might be hard to do and prescribed antibioticos pain relievers instead. When my wife had a stomachache, she had to wait for 2 weeks just for doctor seeing her, than another week to complete simple blood tests and another 2 weeks to see the doctor again. When I had a knee pain and doctor prescribed to do an MRI test they didn't approve it. The free teeth cleaning service was done for 15 minutes and was only half of the normal procedure I used to in my country.

This pharmacy is run by excellent ladies who take care of all grievances and I am always well received and I very often leave satisfied I thank them very much for the welcome and resolution of the problems encountered bravo and thank you and good luck

I don't give zero stars because I can't, the worst insurance company there is, don't hire this service, they charge you more, they are not decisive in anything, and they say they cover things that they then charge you directly from the card, I want to unsubscribe 2 months ago and they ask me for personal information to unsubscribe, they play with your money and your personal information. I have had a jaw fracture and they have not given me coverage, they made me call 5 different clinics telling me that they would give me coverage for the operation and all of them referred me to the public hospital where I had the operation. Now I'm looking for a place to do physical therapy and all the options they give me are not covered by sanitas (when they DO appear in the app).

I went to have my teeth cleaned and I was very satisfied with the care provided. The people at the reception are very friendly and the hygienist Aura is wonderful.

After waiting 10 minutes in line because they were serving a family, they told me they were changing my appointment for another day because I was late.
This time there was another new girl at reception, but other times I came, a girl with short hair treated me terribly and with very bad manners. It is a shame to have this reception service, because the Dr who treated me is a good professional... I will definitely change dentists.

The information they provide is telegraphic and incomplete, it seems that they have a hard time writing. They don't pick up the phone, it is much better to do all the procedures through the central office so as not to waste time and patience with the Ibiza office.
