I went to my appointment to have some tooth extractions and to begin with they made me wait more than 30 minutes, and then it turns out that they only gave me a check-up which they had already done before and the doctor tells me that he cannot give me one extraction because it needs 40 minutes. Time and money wasted.

The time they give you is purely indicative. Maybe you wait 20 minutes, and it's still 40. While you're in the waiting room, they ignore you. Sanitas should put more staff at peak times.
I am dissatisfied and what is unacceptable is the difficulty in communicating directly with the central office for free unless you call 902... (which I cannot do with my telephone rate) When I fill out a box to request a telephone or email to unsubscribe... "no one knows any other way to communicate" than by calling that number. I have sent a letter requesting my leave, but they ignore it... Which forces me to go to the office personally, because when I call their phone, an answering machine also invites me to call "902"... What business! What I recommend to anyone who wants to register is to first request contact numbers and emails from their salesperson... since then they all disappear.
