This is a disgrace
I called to have them look at some appliances because I have the extension and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes, hanging up on the phone 3 times, so it was 1 hour waiting. The attention has been disastrous and the employee has no desire to work. I don't recommend it to anyone. I will change company.
Thieves!!!! They cancel your insurance on day 1 and on day 4 they charge you for the month!!!! And their answer is: it is the company's protocol and they do not give you any other solution. 0 recommendable you have to sue them for stealing money from people😡
The worst of the worse. I advise against getting this company. Everything is fine until you need them. I have cancer and after radiation therapy, it seems to continue to grow. The Oncologist sent me a PET-CT and they neither authorize it nor authorize it, they simply don't respond and since they don't let you talk directly on the phone, this is difficult to handle. I can't go to the Palma delegation, because for that I have to take the plane or the boat. And when you call customer service, and after 20 answering machines they tell you "they will call you" and of course no one calls you. I think what the "MR. DELEGATE" of ADESLAS in the BALEARIC ISLANDS wants is for me to leave the company or wait for me to die. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM!!
