I arrived on time for my 6:30 p.m. appointment. At 7:00 p.m. I asked how much time I needed to get in. He told me that he had not received my arrival, but ah! Now it will enter. That "now" has been 25 more minutes.
The hygienist, very kind, told me that she had been there for half an hour,
of my shift, doing nothing and I sat waiting in the room.
They made me lose an entire hour due to the negligence of the receptionist.

Alejandro Fernández gave me a check-up, he told me that I needed curettage and I had a cavity. I doubted it because I have always had good teeth and they wanted to charge me about 500 euros. I had a check-up at another clinic to get a second professional opinion. I was surprised by the difference in opinions, I had everything perfect and I didn't need anything. I also asked them if I could just have the filling done and they said no. Very dissatisfied, possible scam????
I went from son Ferrer to attend to me. In total 3 times. Of which 2 were wrong with the turn. And not to mention the first dentist who attended me who gave me a budget of 1,200 euros just for cavities and aesthetic things that I did not ask for. A total lack of respect. Bad organization.
