What scoundrels. Everything is very cordial and quick to make you a client, but once you are signing, they omit to tell you or notify you ""Unintentionally"" the detail that you sign for a year... You cannot unsubscribe for an entire year... What a fool's errand . At least the phone companies have the courtesy to tell you before you sign. I had been at Sanitas for a year, without problems, they offered me an improvement in some conditions and I decided to change to Adeslas, and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG.

They have continually given me problems, even for a simple endoscopy, I had no history of Sanitas (zero parts in a year), and they ask me for the clinical history of the SS, a report from the digestive doctor who already treated me, etc.

I am 33 years old (at the time of writing this), I have barely set foot in a hospital, I pay a fairly high policy, so I have no co-payment and good coverage. They don't answer the phone, you have to go in person to fix everything, they are terrible. I ask them to leave and they also object to me.

I attach a photo, so that you can see that what they ask for is true, I only cover my personal data.

I have requested authorization for knee surgery and a colonoscopy. They make me dizzy with documentation that is under review, I have lost both of them because the date expired. I pay almost 195E a month. Everyone ignores me. Balaguer's office is a disaster. It just gives me pause. There are people who are only there to fill a chair. What a disappointment of a company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Do not hire ADESLAS.

We checked the website and even called to make sure that the office would be open today.  We walked 30 minutes in this awful heat and got to the office to find out that summer hours are different.  I am very upset that the information was not updated.

The staff does not seem to be very competent either in this office or at headquarters. First, they don't answer the phone and it is very difficult to call customer service; You can try 5 times or more until they answer you. Second, the staff is not competent and has to search for information to respond to you, there is no confidence in their professionalism. I do not recommend this insurance from a customer service point of view.

I'm paying my insurance and in full for nothing because I have an illness I go to the two clinics here in Lleida and after 10 months I'm still the same and I'm already fed up with so many tests since I've gone from going to social security. Let's see if I burst and when it's late they'll still say it's my fault for bad follow-ups.

I waited years (from February 2020 to February 2022) waiting for an appointment with my dermatologist (the only option they offered me was to go to another but I was in the middle of my treatment. Currently I have been waiting for about five months for them to continue reviewing me , included according to Chirón on the waiting list on three occasions, without news.
They don't have any psychiatrist in the city. The closest, Elche, Alicante or Valencia.
The same thing happened to me with a test that the traumatologist proposed to me. They told me yes, then they said no and finally after calling me Quirón, they did not do it, proving that my company did not pay for these tests as it should. As a user, I don't know the reason, I just needed to have it. I had to go to the IMED in Elche for this.

I am happy with some services and doctors, but the field is becoming increasingly smaller and I am forced to drive and incur travel expenses, just because in my province, they do not have enough medical staff, even though we pay the fee like other inhabitants of Nearby cities that have more options.

In three years I have reported two emergencies and in both cases they have left me "stranded", in the second case they made a mistake in the assistance, recognized by their own workers and yet they have defended each other leaving the client without any type of help and calling us liars, even creating very unpleasant situations and forcing us to confront the workers who provided the assistance on the phone.
