HOURS NOT UPDATED!!
We checked the website and even called to make sure that the office would be open today. We walked 30 minutes in this awful heat and got to the office to find out that summer hours are different. I am very upset that the information was not updated.
The staff does not seem to be very competent either in this office or at headquarters. First, they don't answer the phone and it is very difficult to call customer service; You can try 5 times or more until they answer you. Second, the staff is not competent and has to search for information to respond to you, there is no confidence in their professionalism. I do not recommend this insurance from a customer service point of view.
I'm paying my insurance and in full for nothing because I have an illness I go to the two clinics here in Lleida and after 10 months I'm still the same and I'm already fed up with so many tests since I've gone from going to social security. Let's see if I burst and when it's late they'll still say it's my fault for bad follow-ups.
