My husband and I purchased a condo in Naples last year. We hired Dirt Doctor to clean the tile floors which were filthy. I couldn't believe how well the grout cleaned up and the tile looks so much lighter! They did an awesome job and were super accomodating and reasonably priced!

Attention and kindness of the staff of 10, without any complaint. The truth is that, with the few people they have and with all the cuts they are suffering, the enthusiasm and effort they put into trying to solve their clients' efforts in the best possible way is incredible.

I would highlight the professionalism of the staff that is currently in the office, there are very few of them and although they are overwhelmed, they also always attend you with a smile, trying to manage matters as quickly as possible.

I had a problem while traveling and they solved it perfectly with an unbeatable treatment. 100% recommendable. Good professionals and very attentive.

Bad manners from an employee via telephone, I had to call another office in a different Autonomous Community, because she didn't feel like doing what she had to do to me, and in the middle of the covid crisis, shameful.

A disaster of a branch, they never pick up the phone, they don't provide you with any of the documentation you ask for and on top of that they block you on WhatsApp, yes, surreal...

Very bad attention to the office on the part of the girl who is now on the phone and I won't even tell you, she doesn't know how to explain to people either on the phone or in front of the public, I saw her personally how she was shouting at a senior who didn't understand something about the cards. When she answers the phone it seems like you're bothering her, I had an appointment for 10 and it was 1:50 p.m. and she didn't call me, I called and she told me that the day wasn't over, she was 10 minutes away and she was showing up, she thought she didn't feel like it He works, he doesn't deserve that job!!!

Now I have changed to the Narcea cangas office and they are charming

I don't know what the service is like in the office because I haven't been in person, but the office's telephone service in combination with the app is perfect. It solves a large number of needs and many of them are not so trivial (e.g. requesting foreign currency through the app).

Beware of this bank, they offer a safer card to the elderly, without explaining that if they have 2 cards, one of them has a cost, then they charge you for the new one even if you have not activated it, that is cheating, because if they act in good faith, and it really is for security they should cancel the previous card.
