I waited years (from February 2020 to February 2022) waiting for an appointment with my dermatologist (the only option they offered me was to go to another but I was in the middle of my treatment. Currently I have been waiting for about five months for them to continue reviewing me , included according to Chirón on the waiting list on three occasions, without news. They don't have any psychiatrist in the city. The closest, Elche, Alicante or Valencia. The same thing happened to me with a test that the traumatologist proposed to me. They told me yes, then they said no and finally after calling me Quirón, they did not do it, proving that my company did not pay for these tests as it should. As a user, I don't know the reason, I just needed to have it. I had to go to the IMED in Elche for this. I am happy with some services and doctors, but the field is becoming increasingly smaller and I am forced to drive and incur travel expenses, just because in my province, they do not have enough medical staff, even though we pay the fee like other inhabitants of Nearby cities that have more options. Please, the situation is complicated for the patient. I hope you can find a solution.
