The personnel were very unwelcoming and did not provide helpful information. Very reluctant to help solve issues, only to constrain people to maintain their policies as much as possible, as expensive as possible. Out of all private health insurance companies here in Valencia, Sanitas is the most expensive and inflexible company. Also the personnel in this office could greatly benefit from a customer relationship  training course. I don't recommend at all Sanitas, much less using this particular office. Very disappointing really! ☹☹☹

Also the employee's name is Esther. If you see a high rating on this place its her own.

Too bad that the reputation of such well known company such as Sanitas , is being destroyed by people who are unfit to work with customers. Very disappointing.

Every time we go there are problems, solved by phone in 10 minutes. And the worst thing is that they try to sell me insurance, when we have gone to manage some flyers for an important intervention. I don't think we'll go back.

I would like to dedicate a few words in case I can help someone not waste time and have a bad time, the manager of this office I think is called Mari Carmen, she is the most arrogant and unprofessional person I have encountered in Sanitas in 12 years that I have been in the company. Evidently I will not return and I will do my procedures in another office so as not to cross paths with her again. This office does not solve anything and is obsessed with selling remains from Santa Lucía.

I, my husband and my son have been clients of Sanitas for 4 years, I am left with the close treatment, nowadays it is very difficult to find it, I have never had to call the phone number on the website, when I have had a question or problem They have solved it for me, just like that, they have cared about my concern, that for me makes me value the insurance, it gives me a lot of confidence.

After reading some recent comments, it didn't seem fair to me not to leave my opinion, especially when I have a totally different experience.

Some real scammers. They tell you that you retain the coverage of your previous policy and that you have no deficiencies coming from another company. The reality is that when faced with any operation, they grab at whatever they can to avoid covering it.
As soon as you insist, they cancel your policy, but after collecting the bill, they are rats like that.
The treatment in the office, disastrous. They're only nice if they're going to rip you off with a new hire.
When you have a problem, they treat you like trash and don't even look at your face.
It doesn't help them to send emails, certified letters... nor do they bother to look at them.

Don't even think about contracting with this company. It is a complete scam, 1000 and one excuses will be invented to not authorize an MRI. They lie to you saying that you have no shortage coming from another company. LIE GENTLEMEN, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

They almost never answer and when they make you wait again, they are friendly but not prompt, :-(

I went because I had a bicycle accident 3.5 years ago and my knee is in a deplorable state. I went because in this time, after visiting perhaps between 50 and 60 doctors, they have not given a solution.
But today I went there and the telephone and in-person attention in those offices is excellent, the lady at the reception is extremely polite, and the man who helped me is called Ángel. I have to congratulate him for his treatment, his kindness, his understanding and his interest and I want to solve my problem, honestly I have been very nervous because I have been suffering for a long time and they have treated me with polite respect and I am very happy with the time I have been there I have been very annoying I have emphasized the same thing several times being abundant and This man has been patient and understanding. At no time has he made any gesture to me that conveyed lack of interest or lack of interest on his part.
I congratulate you for the attention you give in that office, it gives me the feeling that you are an example for the rest of the offices, thank you for treating me so well

NOTHING RECOMMENDED. Since I contracted it, everything was a problem, they never sent me the policy (but they did collect all the bills monthly). Those of you who have the policy with them, read the fine print carefully because then the surprises arrive...

Showed no interest whatsoever. Adeslas website said the office was open, but when I arrived (on crutches) they did not want to open the door, because of 'summer schedule'. What service is this?!

They cancel our insurance contracted more than 20 years ago and they don't bother to notify us. 8 calls and some Kafkaesque emails to find out that they have canceled one of the policies contracted. Pay €143 per month and be treated like this. Health Insurance and medical leave. They haven't had to make any sick pay or anything for years. Never more. - And don't tell me to send the data, because it is a company and it is public data.

Do you think that I like having the kitchen burned? You have pushed me to the limit of having to make friends with the squatters above who destroyed my newly purchased house. nefarious. They kicked us out of insurance for, according to them, requesting too many tests (a TAC). If they are insurance, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, They don't care about health at all, only money.

TERRIBLE phone service, hours trying to talk to them, only one machine answers (as is normal all over the world, no matter where you call.) I want to talk to A HUMAN!!!! WHEN I FINALLY manage to talk to a human, strangely, the call always hangs up. The obsolete medical chart...there are doctors who have not visited the medical center in which they appear in the official medical chart for the current year for years!!!!

Today I received “home care” and the person who came didn't listen to a single word I said. He wrote down the medications on a sheet of paper (which I told him I took and vomited after 5 minutes)
He told me to take them and be grateful to have someone who loves me and cares about me, referring to the person who opened the door for him and didn't say a word.
I felt totally humiliated. And I still have vomiting and fever.
I hope to soon find serious health insurance because I will not tolerate being disrespected like that again.

I recommend many people to go to this office and I can say that they are very professional, clients are always delighted. They advise impeccably and are always available for any questions. 100% recommended
