Littleton Ace Hardware

The woman at the USPS counter couldn't have been more rude. All I was trying to do was track down a missing package. I know this isn't ACE-related, since they're a great company, but it's too bad they have this weird partnership. Doesn't reflect well on the overall experience.

Went to buy some hardware to repair my dresser drawers.  Unfortunately they didn’t have the size i needed.   I was greeted and helped by a nice worker who helped me figure out quickly I would have to go elsewhere.  Bummed, but I was happy for the great customer service.
They have really excellent parking also so it’s very easy to get in and get out quickly
I also notice some really cute garden things for sale near the front

If I could leave less I would, I tried to use a coupon that I received online via signing up with the app., the cashier was totally thrown off, and angry I was like ok if it didn’t work and about to leave cause I paid and then the cashier was like “it’s not my fault” I was like ok… then she said “call corporate and complain my name is ….. I have been In customer service for 20 years you try to do what I do” and then visibly upset with arms swinging around I was like why are you yelling at me and yelled “I am tired of these customers treating me like this cause the coupons don’t work” and demanded I call corporate give them her name and tell them the coupons don’t work, I was like ok and after I did it I understand why she has absolutely no responsibility or accountability I will leave the response below.

Please for your own good use Amazon prime get your stuff next day and you don’t have to be yelled at by the cashier.

Mile High Ace Hardware & Garden

I could not remove a cap on a screw so I went to Ace to get a replacement for this part.  I spoke with Mike, he tried several different caps but none fit.  He then spent about 10 minutes working on removing the cap from the screw.  I was thrilled that he would take the time to help me out and did so at no charge for his service.  That's why I love Ace Hardware, you can always get personal help from their knowledgeable employees.

Came in to find some winter weatherproof gloves. Though I ended up finding them myself, the associate helping me was very nice and took her time to check the inventory and even offered to order some gloves if I didn't find what I needed in store. Helpful and friendly service is always appreciated.

In the past I would rated them five stars. Their associates on the sales floor are extremely helpful, and for the most part, very knowledgeable. Due to their Service Department, I now give them three stars at best. It took them six and a half weeks to sharpen and tune-up a chainsaw which I still haven't been able to get to start up.
I've been coming to this location 15+ years having a positive shopping experience. In all fairness, this is the first time I've used the Service Department, and most likely the last time.
UPDATE:
Dave, the tech who serviced my chainsaw, called me and educated me on how the chock worked. I followed his instructions and it started right up after using the chock properly.. thank you Dave. I'll rate them a 4 now for how he addressed my concerns. But still 6.5 weeks to sharpen and tune up a chainsaw isn't acceptable. If the store manager doesn't have the authority to hire another service technician to help out then this issue should be elevated to the 'Powers-To-Be'.
After all this, I'll still remain a loyal customer to this location.

As you can read below I did not have a good experience with this store that's why I gave it 1 start to begin with. I felt it necessary to give it five stars because the manager Justin felt so bad about my journey that he made everything right.  He personally took care of my key  He also gave me a wonderful gift certificate. This says a lot for that location not only the manager but the establishment. I would encourage anyone in the area to choose this Ace hardware over the others.. thank you Justin and Mile High Ace Hardware. By the way did I mention they have the most delicious popcorn.

I needed an extra ignition key for my 2015 Chevrolet City Express. It was $200 and I had to prepay. I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. At the end of two weeks I called the key department they told me the order just went out that day, he said to give it another one or two weeks. After five weeks I called because I didn't hear anything and the person at the key counter put me on hold for about 20 minutes. He came back and told me he called the company and told me he would call me the following week and keep me. He refunded me 20%. I did not hear from him for two weeks. I called again and asked for the name of the district manager and the phone number and was told that the manager happened to be in that day his name was Justin. He took my number and said he would call me right back. Apparently the key was hanging back there for a week and nobody bothered to call me. The moral of the story is it took almost 2 months. When the young man that I had an appointment with to program the key showed me the key it had all the bells and whistles on it and I told them when I went in and paid for the key that Mikey was playing it didn't do anyting. I'm sure I got charged a lot more and what he told me was well that's all they have yet nobody mentioned that when I ordered the key.  What a horrible experience. I could not make this stuff up so be your own judge if you go there.

Just wanted to commend Kevin for the excellent service I received, I told him I felt like it was Christmas morning with all the help he provided. Ace is the place to get knowledgable advice, and when you get the added courtesy it sure makes the shopping experience memorable. I would also like to thank Janie for her friendly help at the register. I am visiting from Texas and must admit our Ace stores back home could learn a lesson in customer service from the workers at Ace Hardware Mile High.

Ace Hardware Uintah Gardens

Travis went above and beyond his standard duties to make sure we were taken care of right before Christmas. He absolutely did not have to, but we're so thankful we found him at this Ace location. We need more people like this in the world.

I really like this hardware store! They have an amazing selection! Their customer service is fantastic! They make fresh popcorn for customers to eat, while they shop!

They made keys for my Subaru Outback! Their key making department is amazing! They have so many choices and can make keys for cars, houses, etc! They make the keys to the newer cars with the electronic buttons and the prices are much better than the dealership!

They didn’t carry the key to my car, so they special ordered it! Julie was so friendly and worked to ensure that the key worked perfectly, she checked it and then double checked it! Travis helped, when my car decided to be fussy! I left a very happy customer! Thank You, Julie and Travis! 😁

They have hard to find cleaning supplies! They carry all the nuts and bolts, nails, etc.  They have cabinet pulls. They carry plumbing and electrical supplies.  They carry stuff for the garden and everything to winterize your home! They carry Yankee Candle products. They have cooking supplies.

If you can’t find something, ask! If they don’t have it, they can probably order it!

You must really come in and look around! This is the hardware store of years ago, you will not go for minutes after minutes without seeing an employee. This is the friendly Ace Hardware Store that you went to years ago, with all the advantages of modern check outs and rapid special orders.

Helpful happy people work here. The staff radios ahead to assist with my purchase. Glass cutting is on the spot so super convenient. I replaced three broken windows in one day, diy! and get it done without weeks of lead time for a glass service company.  I quickly got help in hardware finding the right wood screws at the best price. Window glazing tube maybe a $1 more than big box, meh who cares. My time is worth more. I literally leave here happier than when I walked in.
O! And I love the kitchenware gadgets. I had been looking around for these two items I found here and I added to my purchases.

Yes!  Our neighborhood go-to Hardware Store, and not just the DIY locals like myself - but contractors who are working on projects on the West side as well and who, like me, hate driving across town to a big box store.  Always get Exceptional Customer Service, and the ACE Rewards are really nice perk too.  Great store, well stocked, with knowledgeable and friendly staff - just like the old days.   5 thumbs up for the Uintah Gardens Ace Hardware Store!

I've had a few great experiences at this Ace. Selection and prices are good but have always found employees to be very helpful with being available and finding items.

Ozark Exteriors, LLC

Colin and his team replaced our roof in October. Colin kept an eye on our roof for two plus years until he updated me on a damaging storm that came through. After showing me the damage he stated I needed to file a claim (many storms prior Colin came out and said there was nothing notable that an adjuster would deem as hail damage)

His professional relationships with contractors, insurance companies,  and product manufacturers made our experience smooth and stress free! I will continue to recommend Colin with Ozark Exteriors on anything Roof big or small! Great communication and Great work! Thank you so much Colin Black!

From initial call to the completion of my roof everything was handled in a professional manner. The crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up all their materials and was done on a special date I requested. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend them also. Thanks to Collin, Makenzie, Kyson, Reagan and all their crew and their office staff.

It’s nice to know that while so many people are complaining about roofers and the lousy job they do that here’s a company that you can count on.

From the first time they show up at your door explaining why you need a new roof till they leave after the job is done very professional and clean.

They explain everything to you and even take care of all the paperwork and the final outcome is a new roof on my house that meets all expectation and  it was done right the first time and quickly.

Ozark Exteriors replaced my roof in June.  Austen was very helpful in working with me and the insurance company.  Kyson and McKenzie were really professional and very responsive.  Our property was cleaned each day before the crew left; they were diligent in making sure personal property was protected as well as doing a very good job.  The team is busy which must speak for their  quality of work.

After tornado and hail damage to my roof, Colin Black was the first of many to assist in assessing the damage. I travel (a lot), and this representative went above and beyond not just with me, but my insurance company and mortgage company, as well.

I chose this company, Ozark Exteriors, initially because of their professionalism, empathetic assurances, and willingness to work with me; all without pressuring me, as other companies were doing.

This is, by far, one of the best contractors I have had the satisfaction of working with. Kudos, and thank you!

Cheyenne Mountain Ace Hardware

Glass cutting was cut okay. I’m pretty sure they use the scoring message to cut the glass. Ask for 5 pieces all cut to the right measurements except that each piece was chipped in the corners and one was not cut straight. I didn’t notice till I got home because they were wrap. Not too happy about that but only paid about $30. Not really sure but it was my first time coming to get glass cut anywhere. Employees were very nice and friendly I would go back just because of that put I would honestly go somewhere else for glass cutting.

Great local hardware store in the Cheyenne Mountain area. You will find friendly, helpful people who will go the extra distance to help you out here! Highly recommended! I'm new to the area and have one comment/suggestion. The store name is difficult to find on Google maps and is frequently either not listed in a search for "Ace Hardware" or appears well down the list even though it may be the closest location because it starts with "Cheyenne Mountain" instead of "Ace Hardware". I have had difficulty searching for it on Google Maps and have even been directed to the Garden of the Gods location as being the nearest one because of this. If the manager is reading this, I would highly recommend renaming it to "Ace Hardware, Cheyenne Mountain" on Google Maps. More people will end up at your store and experience the helpful staff and well stocked selection of hardware.

I was so excited to have an Ace nearby, and we have enjoyed being able to pick up odds and ends for projects. Sadly, today, when I attempted to buy an off-cut of acrylic plexiglass (left over and discarded from someone else’s cutting) Ace decided I needed to pay for the entire sheet even though I was only getting 1/3. I was dumbfounded. I guess I will just keep giving my dollars to the big blue and orange stores instead.

If I were to sum up my experience it would be 1/3 of the helpfulness for full price.

I live in a neighborhood with questionable sewer infrastructure, so when I started getting signs of a backup, on a cold and windy Christmas Eve of all times, it was super handy to have this Ace right around the corner, open, and having the enzymatic drain cleaner in stock that I was looking for. Staff was friendly and I got in and out of there quickly in time to avoid a Christmas catastrophe. Thanks!

I was thrilled when Ace opened in our neighborhood, saving me the drive to the Uintah location. However, my excitement turned into disappointment after my  two recent visits. The customer service was lacking, with rude staff and an unapologetic manager when items didn't ring up correctly as per the advertised signs. It's crucial that someone steps in to help this group understand the importance of welcoming customers and providing excellent service. Unless changes are made, I fear this location won't last long.

Everyone at Builders Outlet was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had sort of a tough task with finding a door that fit our old house, getting the handle and locks properly installed, and inserting a doggie door. However, this was easy work for the carpenters at builders outlet. Carlos and José were amazing and the door came out perfectly and timely! Mary at the front desk was beyond sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend Builders Outlet!

Hate to leave a review as they didn't sell me anything. Couldn't get them to give me a price. Sent e-mail with requested info and called many times. Was told that George would call me back. He never did. I called and he answered and told me to send Email with size of door and he would get to it in a week. he would be gone for a bit. Never got back to me.  I called and spoke to Mary and stated that I felt like I was begging and is there a chance that I could buy a door? Mary is nice. George is overwhelmed. Found another supplier and they had price to me in a day and I ordered from them instead. Three week process. I tried to be patient as I had the time, but time runs out. I will give a three on review because Mary is nice

Beautiful doors, we got our exact specifications at a big savings and in just one week. Everywhere else was more expensive and had long wait times. Very pleased that we found this place!

NWA Roofing should be the 1st choice for your home’s roof. Roof Inspection to completion of project was top notch. Larry was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them for any services you need done on your roof.

NWA Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof after the spring hail storm.  They came to the house quickly and returned a very competitive quote.  They explained the process and it went exactly as explained.

Their crew was very efficient and quick.  The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up and picking up excess nails and debris from around the yard.  I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good about NWA Roofing.  I had hail damage from the storm back in May 2019 and NWA Roofing responded quickly and took care of everything for me, not just the roof (siding, screens, guttering, etc.).  Larry provided continuous follow up throughout the process...he never left me hanging.  They do great quality work at a great value.  I am so pleased with their overall service and would recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company.

I had NWA Roofing replace the roof on my mothers home and they did a wonderful job. Larry and the crews are very knowledgeable and  kept us informed throughout the process. NWA Roofing was the company that put a new roof on our house following hail and storm damage!  The work they did was perfect!  Improved the looks of our house a lot.   And they did not leave any old roofing debris on the ground, did not find any roofing nails or tacks and it was just one of those good experiences. American Ace Handyman

I worked for the business, he did not pay until I arrived at the customers house and stopped paying as soon as the job was complete. I had to use my personal vehicle and paid for my own gas to haul equipment and was paid 12.50 an hr and was assaulted on a work site when I quit.(he yanked his company hat off my head torqing my neck combat injury). He kept tools that I bought. He also cut corners on work. If he under bid the time and it would require more time to do it right he would half ass the work. He offered discounts to veterans and seniors but would then over estimate the hrs it would take. I general disrespect the man and his work ethic.

Walmart Supercenter

I hate this Walmart! They don't know the policy on car batteries. It says lifetime warranty if the battery malfunctions. When you try to return it they want a receipt. The receipt we had, the print faded away. They treated us like we were thieves. We never got to return the battery.
They will NOT call a manager for the life of them. Also very unprofessional they way they talk to customers.

This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!

If i could give a Negative star review I WOULD.  Worst customer service ever! Manager wouldn't give me her name.The manager act like a child. They don't honor what price is posted.Carts all over. Many people just standing around.The manager lied about pulling the tag & I did show her it was there because I went back and YEP STILL THERE. She called security on me. I was leaving anyway but wow super rude. Worst Store ever.

I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

This particular location has been a challenge for organization and overall service based on previous visits.  I was there right after they opened.  Many of the refrigerated displays did not have the lights on yet i.e. meat, deli, dairy.  I was glad to see that the meat display was being actively worked by an associate.  Found what I needed in dairy and walked through men's apparel, and it looked clean and organized.

Great professional service, Jane and Ashley were very helpful and informative in leading the way to understanding the insurance claims, how to read them and suggest the right repairs.
