The woman at the USPS counter couldn't have been more rude. All I was trying to do was track down a missing package. I know this isn't ACE-related, since they're a great company, but it's too bad they have this weird partnership. Doesn't reflect well on the overall experience.
Went to buy some hardware to repair my dresser drawers. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size i needed. I was greeted and helped by a nice worker who helped me figure out quickly I would have to go elsewhere. Bummed, but I was happy for the great customer service.
They have really excellent parking also so it’s very easy to get in and get out quickly
I also notice some really cute garden things for sale near the front
If I could leave less I would, I tried to use a coupon that I received online via signing up with the app., the cashier was totally thrown off, and angry I was like ok if it didn’t work and about to leave cause I paid and then the cashier was like “it’s not my fault” I was like ok… then she said “call corporate and complain my name is ….. I have been In customer service for 20 years you try to do what I do” and then visibly upset with arms swinging around I was like why are you yelling at me and yelled “I am tired of these customers treating me like this cause the coupons don’t work” and demanded I call corporate give them her name and tell them the coupons don’t work, I was like ok and after I did it I understand why she has absolutely no responsibility or accountability I will leave the response below.
Please for your own good use Amazon prime get your stuff next day and you don’t have to be yelled at by the cashier.
