The Home Depot

Great Home Depot location. Decided to go to this one since we need to buy a few things from here. Nice, clean, organized, and big. Staff there was friendly, other people that don’t work there also friendly, well stocked, clean, and most important, easy to get in and out (since it can be really crowded sometimes) ! Self checkout was easy to use, and so is also cashier checkout. There is also a bunch of entrances/exits at the front of the store like every other Home Depot so that’s a plus. So, all in all, great Home Depot. Wild recommend this location and will be back!

I don't know about you but for me I absolutely love going here on a Saturday or Sunday morning at about 9-10ish, ohh the joy... Anybody picking up on the sarcasm??

Always busy with a very poorly laid out parking lot that is congested. It is in the same parking lot as Whole Foods (sort of).

If you are coming for lumber you are much better going to a yard the specializes in it as the wood here is usually warped and of poor quality.

I recommend Austin Hardwoods of Denver.

For power tools Ryobi is my recommendation because of the universal battery. But make sure you check the bundles as sometimes it's cheaper to get a couple tools or a tool plus a battery than it is just the single tool. Also check the price on the website which is sometimes cheaper.

It's fine. All HD are the same. Big. Has everything. Okay priced. The problem is, it's too big. Had to find aisle 43. Imagine a store having 43 large aisles and you have crutches. It's just too much. I miss Ace Hardware.

It's Home Depot, what do you expect?   You want customer service,  go to ACE!   Inattentive staff,  unless you're Latino.   I've walked passed several employees on multiple occasions and have never been spoken to.   Yet the Latino customers around me are always being greeted or asked if they need help.   It was hard to get used to in the beginning but the more stores I visit it seems to be the norm.  As a handyman   I'm all over the Denver metro area.  In most of the stores from Castle Rock to Thornton I see the same results.
For the stores themselves, from cluttered aisles (whether it's bulky displays blocking half an aisle or contractor orders blocking the shelves) to the main front aisle being 2 individual 1 way paths.   The flow of the store is very restricted on busy days.   And forget trying to purchase a locked up tool in a timely fashion!
The last special order I placed I was told "oh yeah,  it's on aisle 34.  Down on the end.   It will have a sticker with your name on it."  Get to the aisle and finally find my item.   It's buried behind several other special order items.  2 employees standing close by (within 4ft) didn't even notice me struggling to move the other heavier items.   After a set of heavy, steel bifold doors fell and smashed my arm they asked if I needed help.  I said not now.... grabbed my door and left.   Customer service is nothing more than a word to these folks

Ace Hardware Circle

I came here this morning to pick up a few things, and I was greeted by an employee named Allen. This guy has no business telling me to take off my mask in the most rude way, I immediately decided not to ever come here again. This place is trashy, everything is super marked up on price, the employees are not knowledgeable about anything home improvement. Allen is a horrible employee and not be anywhere near customers. Unfortunately I have to give this place a star but it doesn't even deserve that, I will be going to Home Depot from now on. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S TRASH!!!!

Bob in hardware helped me find just what I needed.  Patient, kind, and efficient.  A great place to shop.  Good old-fashioned customer service.  Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man!  🙂

Well, I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I went to this location today as I was looking a particular type of stain that was listed on the minwax website. I went with my boyfriend who is Pilipino and I am Hispanic but white passing with lots of tattoos. We were greeted at the door by a woman who told me I had to leave my small backpack in the car or behind the counter because they have had a lot of theft lately. Fine, no big deal. I find the items I want and go to the paint counter to have the bases tinted and wait for 10mins with another woman who looks like she's been waiting a while she finds someone to help her and the lady who helped her took 15min just to make a paint sample. The woman who helped her proceeded to walk away even though I was still waiting at the counter, I waited another 15min and she never came back. I saw her sweeping by the front door instead. I was on my lunch break for work and got tired of waiting so my boyfriend and I returned the paint cans, went to the front desk and got my bag and left. As I was driving away I was flagged down by who I can only assume from these reviews is Keith the manager and he accused me of not paying for the paint. I explained to him that we put the paint back because we were waiting for a long time with no help yet he still questioned me and asked me to come back inside and he would "help us get the paint". He's lucky I even stopped the car when he waived me down, most people would have just drove away. Anyway, good luck running a business like that. I won't be back.

When you arrive at the store, you're greeted with signs saying that there have been too many recent thefts to allow backpacks in the store.  Now, every item on the shelves is security keyed and requires a staff person to unlock the item and walk it to the front of the store.  That adds staff costs, and their prices seem much more expensive recently.

They are free to run their store however they please, but I will shop at places that treat people as customers, not criminals.

The staff are very up in your face and you don't enjoy your experience bc they r profiling u the whole time and follow you bc they assume the worst of you and make u feel digested I will never ever ever I mean ever go in that establishment again I was looking for a torque wrench socket and unfortunately they d9n carry them. So if u want harassment come to this ace hardware for your session in self control

Ace Handyman Services Cherry Creek/Park Hill

Best ever !   Thank you for excellent detailed service hanging my exterior patio shades.  I’m very happy with the service and Oscars professionalism.  My tight space in this old house is much improved for shade !

Although the handyman was nice and professional he wasn’t able to accomplish the task set forth. We did need 2 people to remove the door and clean out the bottom and then replace. Instead I paid $190 for the guy to clean the track out which will continue to him up until the whole door is removed. Very disappointed in the outcome.

The Ace handyman was prompt (actually early), friendly, and he did a nice job.  I didn't mark "good value," only because I needed a small, ten minute, job done on the garage roof, so the visit was expensive for what I required.  Normally, I would complete the job easily, but I currently have a health issue that stops me from climbing a ladder onto the roof.  So, the expense of the visit gave me peace of mind and safety.  Thank you for the service.

The job was sloppy and looks like it was pasted together. Customer service was awesome. constant contact and follow through. Disappointed.

After 4 hours I still had to finish some of the work and newly almost cost me 2 additional hours. Not really happy with the work.  For $115 per hour plus a service charge for something simple.  $550 for two closet shelves and hanger bars plus materials is excessive and an expensive mistake I made my using ace handyman services.  This is the worst handyman experience I have had in 20 years.

South Academy Ace Hardware

I don't think these people care to have the USPS here. Always attitudes about serving me here. Cashier called them for me and they didn't come for a few min I went back and she's like I already called them give them a minute. I don't have all day for these people that don't want to serve me. They shouldn't even have USPS here. Always an attitude if they have to help there.

Store is clean and customer service is amazing. They seem pushy but it’s only because the homeless in the area. They always have what I need and it’s always in & out! Shout out to the guy in the back that helped me with screws today. You saved my shelf lol! Thanks again.

Excellence in Customer Service!!! A greeting when I walked in made me feel welcome, associates asked if I needed help finding something and stopped what they were doing & walked me to the aisle. This place is awesome, Everyone who works there is great but Timber especially went like three extra miles to help me out When I would have been dead in the water on a project. Couldn’t be more thankful, this is a great  small town feel store.

Ace Hardware South Colorado Blvd.  Denver Colorado. Excellent store and service, staff was amazing 🤩🤩🤩 excellent customer service highly recommended if needing anything from garden to bbq grills to paint for the porch and wood sealer on the deck . Family owned. Great scenery. Reasonable 🚦 traffic for Friday

Prices are higher than Walmart or big box stores but family owned business that has awesome customer service, they will help you find a single bolt or screw if you need it let alone anything else. There's a few things that are too much higher priced, but I gladly pay 10-12% more to help a local business who has unbelievably great customer service

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I thought I was going to have to replace a mortise lock (a very expensive proposition), but I brought in all the components and confirmed it was still functional and in need of threadlock to keep the set screw from turning. A pleasant 30 minutes of trouble shooting saved upwards of $400. I keep coming back because of this kind of service.

I seldom post good, bad, or indifferent reviews online. But everyone at this Ace Hardware has been so nice and helpful that I feel I need to sing their praises. I’ve learned how to fix so many things from just asking for a part or asking how to do something. If I get the wrong part or something I don’t need they let me return it (unused, of course). They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they are the first place I go to look. Such great friendly customer service that’s hard to find these days.

Only 1 star today...this is what I heard, "I'm the only one here who changes batteries in car remote fobs, and I can't do it today. But here's the battery you need, and here's how you open it and it's right there when it's open. But," (hands me keys back,) "yep, there's a Bulbs and Batteries just across the parking lot, they'll do it for you."
So much for 'Ace is the place of the helpful hardware folks'. Today it wasn't. ☹️

Ace Handyman Services South & West Denver Suburbs

Dan and Steve were beyond fabulous!! Arrived on time and ready to go to work; we’re able to use some existing materials to make repairs and installation of a door. I will be requesting them again for the next round of “to-do” items. Ace Handyman services is a fantastic option for those nagging repairs you never seem to get done on your own. Reasonable pricing and outstanding service and craftsmanship!

Ace Handyman Services repaired the vinyl flooring where the vinyl meets the front door. Although I had vinyl scraps from the initial installation to use, I didn't want to cut out the vinyl and add a piece in. I didn't want more seams to separate. So Bruce added a metal piece that is usually used where vinyl meets carpet to repair the tearing vinyl. He did a great job, was meticulous to details and it looks like new. I am very pleased with the outcome.  He also did some caulking around the base of my tubs where the vinyl meets the tub as well as caulking by sliding glass door where the vinyl was just starting to come up. I'm very please with all the fixes Bruce did in my place. I'll definitely use Ace Handyman again. Thank you. Cindy

Sedhe King came and hung three pates in a hard spot over our kitchen cabinets. He hung them perfectly. On time (even early!), courteous, and efficient. Will use Ace again.

The price quoted was not the price we had to pay. There was also an hourly charge just talking about what work we needed done which we were not aware of. The technician also did not know how to install the railing we needed. It was an awful experience and was more than the $75 service fee. I will not recommend this service to anyone. This was a rip off.

I hired Ace to hang wallpaper in our bathroom 2 months ago. They sent someone that was on-time and polite, but not the best handyman. The job looked okay but unfortunately, a week later the wallpaper was all on the floor. Cole, the manager, was extremely understanding and sent someone to fix the job. Brandon painted the entire bathroom and made sure to have me look over his work to ensure I was happy. Another craftsman, Dionte, did additional drywall work in our basement. He was also extremely detailed in his work and very kind. What could have been a very frustrating situation, was not, due to the true integrity of this Colorado Springs team. It's such a breath of fresh air when you find people that care about their work and how the customer feels. I appreciate them all and their hard work.

Air Services Heating

Air services was able to come over the weekend When our heat went out. Our technician Jeremiah was super helpful. Our system is old and needed to be replaced, Dalton came Monday to give us a quote. He was on time, very professional and helpful. He’s was quick to respond and answer questions. Would definitely recommend!

We are very fortunate to have called this company and got in touch with Layton, he informed us that we had a carbon monoxide leak in our home due to our unit at the time, not being properly vented nor was it hooked up incorrectly. He remained calm, was very professional the entire time, he was very knowledgeable in his field, and was able to walk us through everything and describe in detail what steps were needed, and what was going on with our current unit.

He was able to get us on the schedule and came back to completely fix everything that was wrong in a timely manner, and again was able to walk me through the process so that I could understand what was going on. My children were home both times, and he was very courteous and friendly to us as a whole.

When he returned to complete the job, he had to help her with him, Lane. Lane was also absolutely amazing. I absolutely recommend this company and their services. We ended up signing up for their membership which intern, saved us money on our repairs, and allows us to get our home maintenance done  3 times a year along with with filter replacements.  We are very thankful for their services and will not change companies.

Had a heating system “check-up” as part of the service contract we purchased previously. Technician was polite, thorough, and made suggestions without trying to “sell” us on things we really didn’t need. I never expected to have someone service our older system without finding something wrong that needed fixed immediately, but that’s how it went. Very pleased with professionalism.

My experience with Air Services has been stellar. Furnace was 27 years old and was needing to be replaced. Got a few quotes and Air Services was somewhere in the middle, which I usually take as a good sign in finding the middle ground between price and quality. We ended up deciding to replaced both the AC and the furnace at the same time and Air Services came out within 5 days and replaced both in less than a day. They were fast, friendly and efficient and left the place spotless and I got a system I feel I can rely on. Due to the great service, I plan to continue to use Air Services for various projects around the house. Their customer service is amazing and I know I'll be able to call and reach someone for help when needed. Definitely recommend.

Jeff Romans was our tech and he was so kind, helpful, and friendly! He explained everything in an easy to understand manner too. We love the ease of getting our AC and furnace taken care of every year and will always use Air Services

Can’t shop in peace. They follow you around the store like you are going to steal something. It is Christmas time and I just wanted to look around to get ideas of what to buy for someone. Had 3 people following me around.  You must think a female can’t shop for tools without a males help. You lost my business

Helpful, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.  For the most part.  But hey, that’s anywhere!

If they don’t know an answer, they’ll find someone who does, or hop online and get it for you.

Clean and well-stocked with good prices and seasonal stuff that I never knew I needed.

Solid neighborhood store.

Staff is incompetent and will waste as much of your time as possible. After asking a direct question and being lied to within one second of entering the store. I made the mistake of attempting to buy something. Attempt failed due to being lied to several minutes before. Trust me save your time and drive literally anywhere else.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and clean store. They knew exactly how to help me, even when I wasn't sure what I needed.

This Ace Hardware is the best! They are always friendly, helpful, and effective in solving my home repair issues. Well done, always!

Liberty Home Solutions LLC

From start to finish this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are honest, accommodating and efficient. I had been wanting a screened in porch for years, got many (outrageous) quotes, then I met Bob. He spent an hour+ with me showing me the product and helping to decide the options I wanted as I am very cost conscious. Especially compared to previous salesman, he gave me a very reasonable price for a great quality product. He also was NOT pushy, and that's when I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. He let the product speak for itself. A few weeks went by and I drew out exactly the design I wanted with a list of further questions. He was immediately responsive and happy to answer my questions. I even went to their show room and was very impressed. Some scheduling conflicts happened on my end, with having to get a tree removed. Brenda was accommodating at postponing the build start date. Once construction started the builders were pleasant to work with. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to make the customer happy. Again, I had a lot of questions along the way and they made sure to answer all of them. One even took photos of the base of my home to show me what they were building on was still in good shape. They took down my old deck, built a new deck and screen room in 4 days! I am THRILLED with the outcome. It turned out absolutely beautiful and it is where I will be spending majority of my evenings and weekends. Thank you Liberty Home Solutions for making my dream a reality! Your honesty, reasonable pricing and trustworthiness is refreshing, you have earned a forever customer.

We hired LHS to remodel our bathroom (remove a wall, new shower/vanity/flooring). I would not say that things went smoothly.
After demo-day, the installation person came to put shower and vanity in. They installed lights above the vanity (pictured), and the lights were not centered. They did come back and center them when I pointed it out the following day.

The next day, the flooring and base boards were installed. This was before the drywall had been put up and before the walls had been mudded and sanded. Nothing was covered, the product or the doorway to the house, so dust covered everything.
The contract indicated walls would be mudded and paint ready, however, I included pictures of what that looked like. Big gashes and missed areas, and the picture with the wallpaper showing is still present under the vanity by the vent.
The cabinets had large gaps where the panels connected. It was very noticeable with all the sawdust in them. When I asked, it was explained that it was for expanding. I think it was a bigger gap than the one on their showroom floor. This was a disagreement. Thankfully, they did take them in and put a sealant of sorts to close it up.
It looks much better now!

I was supposed to send pics of a barn door. I picked out a white one. The day it was to be installed, they were just going to give me a raw wooden one that I could paint. I had to resend the messages that indicated it was to be white. They did take it and paint it, and it’s beautiful.

The last day was supposed to be door handles and cabinet adjustment. When the person left, they said it was all done. There were differing gaps between doors/cabinets, so I got my level. None were level. (Pictured). I texted the guy, and he asked if I could meet at noon the next day. He said that Eric, the cabinet guy, was going to come. He did come and adjusted the cabinets, and showed the guy that was there the day before how to do it. I was just confused as to where the cabinet guy had been this whole time. He would not have come had I not sent pictures and asked about it.

The bathroom does look beautiful. But it was a rough road, and I would advise anyone to watch closely. I feel like much could’ve been avoided if a different order would have been followed. Like I think if the walls had been done before floors and vanity and toilet put back, then I wouldn’t have exposed areas or nicks in the paint of the vanity.
The workers (Bob, George, Jodi, Brett, Brenda) at LHS are all very nice, and did what they could to remedy things. I don’t know if what happened with me was a fluke, but this was my experience.

The picture of underneathe my vanity with the exposed wall is current. The picture of the crooked cabinets was the final product until I requested that someone come back. The pictures of the walls that were “paint ready” was after I was told to paint and I had to ask for someone to come back to mud/sand again so I could re-paint.

Great company!  Have used Liberty Home Solutions for several projects at two houses.  We had all windows, sliding patio door and front door replaced at our previous house, then later on the garage entry door.  At our current house we decided we wanted a screen porch and Liberty was who we called and who we used.   They did a fantastic job.  Bob and George are great and easy to work with.  The jobs have been completed professionally and as promised and they stand behind their work.  We will always call Liberty to give them the opportunity to work on our house project needs.

We love our sunroom from Liberty Home Solutions. It’s been a great addition to our home & we spend a great deal of time during all seasons of the year due to the mini-split ac/heat unit. They did an excellent job with the install & we are extremely happy with their work & warranty.

The before and after pictures tell it all!  I am completely amazed at the difference the siding has made on our home.  Our Thanks go out to Bob, the owner, and to the installers, Gary and Darryl.  You are all amazing at what you do. And we appreciate everything you did.  We know that we received peace of mind when we chose Liberty Home Solutions to do our siding.

Relationships in your community matter.  Our ACE team went so far and above helping us out when our beloved Pizza oven was damaged from a freak tornado.  I already loved shopping there for the service and knowledge.  As a loyal customer they went above and beyond in taking care of me.  I will always shop there first for anything home related!!

You're going to pay a little more at ACE than the bigger guys, but they're incredibly convenient and have a way better selection of hardware (nuts and bolts) than anyone else. They always have a great selection of nuts and bolts in metric and imperial across all the ratings you'd need.

My wife also loves their mum selection and prices in the fall, which are very competitive and seem to live a good while

I wish I lived closer to the this store. I hate Home Depot 😖 Ace is always a great place to buy and shop. I got a lot of stocking stuffers items today. The staff is very helpful and friendly 👏

This Ace, as all, is packed with needed items for home and garden maintenance or improvements.  I also count on Ace for canning goods such as my electric canner/ water bath, jars and lids,  and turkeybrine for the holidays. What sets Ace apart is the amazingly courteous and knowledgeable staff,  as well as the specialty section. This Ace has beautiful home decorations and gift items.

I live close and so, frequent this Ace Hardware location. I prefer Ace to other hardware and "home improvement" places because of the personal attention and emplyees. Today's visit upheld this veiw as Justin from the paint section was super quick to help and very knowledgeable especially considering the rather unique nature of my sons needs on this visit.
I am really grateful for this kind of customer service!
