Excellent store and service, staff was amazing 🤩🤩🤩 excellent customer service highly recommended if needing anything from garden to bbq grills to paint for the porch and wood sealer on the deck . Family owned. Great scenery. Reasonable 🚦 traffic for Friday

Prices are higher than Walmart or big box stores but family owned business that has awesome customer service, they will help you find a single bolt or screw if you need it let alone anything else. There's a few things that are too much higher priced, but I gladly pay 10-12% more to help a local business who has unbelievably great customer service

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I thought I was going to have to replace a mortise lock (a very expensive proposition), but I brought in all the components and confirmed it was still functional and in need of threadlock to keep the set screw from turning. A pleasant 30 minutes of trouble shooting saved upwards of $400. I keep coming back because of this kind of service.

I seldom post good, bad, or indifferent reviews online. But everyone at this Ace Hardware has been so nice and helpful that I feel I need to sing their praises. I’ve learned how to fix so many things from just asking for a part or asking how to do something. If I get the wrong part or something I don’t need they let me return it (unused, of course). They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they are the first place I go to look. Such great friendly customer service that’s hard to find these days.

Only 1 star today...this is what I heard, "I'm the only one here who changes batteries in car remote fobs, and I can't do it today. But here's the battery you need, and here's how you open it and it's right there when it's open. But," (hands me keys back,) "yep, there's a Bulbs and Batteries just across the parking lot, they'll do it for you." So much for 'Ace is the place of the helpful hardware folks'. Today it wasn't. ☹️
