Air Services Heating

Air services was able to come over the weekend When our heat went out. Our technician Jeremiah was super helpful. Our system is old and needed to be replaced, Dalton came Monday to give us a quote. He was on time, very professional and helpful. He’s was quick to respond and answer questions. Would definitely recommend!

We are very fortunate to have called this company and got in touch with Layton, he informed us that we had a carbon monoxide leak in our home due to our unit at the time, not being properly vented nor was it hooked up incorrectly. He remained calm, was very professional the entire time, he was very knowledgeable in his field, and was able to walk us through everything and describe in detail what steps were needed, and what was going on with our current unit. He was able to get us on the schedule and came back to completely fix everything that was wrong in a timely manner, and again was able to walk me through the process so that I could understand what was going on. My children were home both times, and he was very courteous and friendly to us as a whole. When he returned to complete the job, he had to help her with him, Lane. Lane was also absolutely amazing. I absolutely recommend this company and their services. We ended up signing up for their membership which intern, saved us money on our repairs, and allows us to get our home maintenance done 3 times a year along with with filter replacements. We are very thankful for their services and will not change companies.

Had a heating system “check-up” as part of the service contract we purchased previously. Technician was polite, thorough, and made suggestions without trying to “sell” us on things we really didn’t need. I never expected to have someone service our older system without finding something wrong that needed fixed immediately, but that’s how it went. Very pleased with professionalism.

My experience with Air Services has been stellar. Furnace was 27 years old and was needing to be replaced. Got a few quotes and Air Services was somewhere in the middle, which I usually take as a good sign in finding the middle ground between price and quality. We ended up deciding to replaced both the AC and the furnace at the same time and Air Services came out within 5 days and replaced both in less than a day. They were fast, friendly and efficient and left the place spotless and I got a system I feel I can rely on. Due to the great service, I plan to continue to use Air Services for various projects around the house. Their customer service is amazing and I know I'll be able to call and reach someone for help when needed. Definitely recommend.
