Spent Over $1,300 just to have my washer and dryer delivered to my new house, and have my walls damaged. And then of course "we didn't do that" it's a brand new fkn build! We just walked it 4 times and had every little detail fixed before we signed for the house!

I had to return some paint from a different location to this store. I was nervous after reading the recent reviews,
but I couldn’t be more happier with my experience here.  The lady helping at returns was super fast and helpful. Then we were immediately helped in the paint department and when we were ready to checkout we were helped right away. The workers were all actively working and helping customers and things were running quick and smoothly all around.

We have taken our son to their kids workshop a couple of times now and we always have a good experience. The girls running the workshop are helpful. They could use a bigger space because it does get crowded but we love it here. We also done multiple purchases here and always find what we are looking for very easily

If I could give them a zero rating, I undoubtedly would. I recently placed an order for a stackable washer and dryer, as well as a microwave. On the day of delivery, two individuals arrived. While I watched, one of them removed my old washer and dryer. However, he pulled a wire so forcefully that it caused water to leak. They installed the new washer and dryer, but then informed me that I might need to hire a plumber to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to fix the water leak when they were the ones who caused it? They created a problem that never existed before. Not to mention, they failed to use the new stainless steel washer hose, dryer duct, and steam dryer hose that the lady had instructed me to purchase when I placed the order. To my disbelief, they simply used the old ones and left the new ones sitting on my kitchen counter.

When I inquired about the whereabouts of my microwave after they had installed the washer and dryer, they stared at each other blankly. They had no knowledge that the microwave was supposed to be included in the same order. Five minutes after they left, I received an email confirming the completion of the delivery, absurdly listing the microwave as a delivered item. I immediately contacted Home Depot and informed them about the missing microwave (without mentioning the water leak, as I wanted to address one problem at a time). A lady placed me on hold to check with their warehouse, and upon returning, she assured me that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours to either cancel the order (if the product was unavailable) or schedule a new delivery date.

I patiently waited for the entire 48-hour period, but no one reached out to me. I called them again, and the same scenario repeated itself. The representative placed me on hold and, upon returning, provided the same response. They stated that someone would contact me within the next 24 to 48 hours to either cancel the order or arrange a new delivery date. This time, I waited for 72 hours, but once again, there was no communication from their end. Frustrated, I contacted them once more, this time to request a complete cancellation of the order. That was the final straw for me. I will never return to this place.

Their installation technician not only created a new problem that did not exist before—a water leak in my laundry room—but they also failed to provide any explanation regarding the missing microwave order. They never could get to the bottom of what happened to the microwave. I decided to overlook the water leak issue and completely avoid any further dealings with these people. It was a truly terrible experience, akin to a nightmare. You guys do not deserve a single star.

I’m a contractor and I’m always going to Home Depot, if I have a big order I’ll typically order online for pickup. Lately they’ve really dropped the ball. I ordered 3 sheets of 4x8 plywood and immediately got a notification saying one of the three sheets was cancelled and refunded. Cancellation is understandable, sometimes the item is not in  stock.

But when I went to the HD to pick up my order today, I made my way over the the plywood section and sure enough, more than 25 sheets of what they cancelled was on the rack, so the people who were supposed to pick my order just said, nah, not my job, cancel that sheet. IT WAS LITERALLY ON THE BOTTOM RACK!!!!

now here I am, as salty as the Pacific Ocean waiting 5-7 business days for a refund because the employees at this particular Home Depot are completely incompetent and lazy.

Good job Home Depot, you’re definitely a something.

Ace Hardware Buckley Square

This has to be one of the best Ace Hardware stores I've been in.  I have found everything  I went in looking for. I've been referred to them 4 or 5 times now. Definitely know why.

I love this neighborhood Ace store. I come here because I am always well taking care. Mike is super friendly and professional. He is always going the extra mile for his customers.

More helpful than big box stores. Not to busy. Usually have items I'm looking for and I shop here more for the convenience. They offer services like screen repair, cutting late model car chip keys and more.

I love this hardware shop. Everyone is always very helpful and they have a great selection of various products. They have everything from paint, bbq tools, traegers, yard tools and a large amount of nuts bolts and screws that will fit any of your  project needs.

ACE Hardware at Reunion

I recently visited this Ace Hardware store next to King Soopers and was very impressed with the service I received from both Josh and Jeff. When I entered the store, Josh welcomed me with a warm smile and was very friendly throughout the transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the store's products and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. (The buttons and band tee combo is excellent, might I add.)

As I was checking out, Jeff noticed that I had some heavy merchandise and offered to help me take it out to my car. He was very friendly and even carried the merchandise to my car for me, making sure it was safely loaded into my vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable and provided me with some helpful tips on how to use the products.

Both Josh and Jeff were extremely nice and helpful, and their excellent customer service made my visit to the store very enjoyable. I truly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience.

I will definitely be shopping at this Ace Hardware store again in the future, and I believe that both Josh and Jeff deserve a raise in pay for their exceptional service. They are great assets to the store and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Overall, I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. The staff, including the cashier Josh and the sales associate Jeff, are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.

Great store. The new manager is decent, and the store associates were friendly and knew what they were doing. Josh was a great cashier. Ethin knew what he was doingz and helped me fill my gas tank. Great to see inclusivity with this store, which is rare in this business.

Ok neighbors, Ace has a new knife sharpening machine, a dedicated kiosk in the middle of the store. Kitchen knives, hunting knives, etc. Check it out. My chef's knife came out sharp, very sharp. Around $7.

Chamber's Place Ace Hardware

This Hardware store is Great! They greet you and show you where the things you need are. I had went to Walmart, Home Depot AND Lowe’s, didn’t have the service or things I even needed. One stop here and I got everything I needed.
HIGHLY recommend!

The prices listed on the shelf are not always the same at the checkout so beware and when you call them out on it and are proven right be prepared to be challenged and disrespected to your face ( Eye Rolls and All) There are many other locations to visit

As good as it gets for a chain hardware store. Two employees had no idea what an AM/ FM radio was. I felt old.

Everyone is so helpful, friendly, professional, support to. If you need anything in small portions, or big amount you can get it or that will order it for you thank you 👍

This is one of the best Ace Hardware stores I've ever been to. It's a large, well lit, very clean, well stocked and organized place. The staff is always helpful. I had a couple of window screens repaired there and they did it perfectly.

Great store with a thousand little things...

These guys are always so nice! This is the only spot I will go for keys as well, Rose helps us a LOT with keys and she is very sweet as well.

Horrible customer service! Waited fifteen minutes after telling an associate I needed help with a propane refill. After going back in to check on the progress. I was told by a certified refill employee that she would not be going outside to help and I needed to wait another fifteen minutes until her younger male associate got back from lunch. I will be exchanging at Kings from now on.

I like the agfinity chicken feed. 20% protein. They always have what I want in stock.

Walmart Supercenter

I had a great experience at Walmart at Chambers and Parker. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to shop.

Horrible! D.J. the "manager" looked high on drugs today, the woman working had to keep asking him to come for this and that. He sent her on lunch and then he put another car in when I had been waiting for an oil change for an hour before the guy he put Infront of my car even arrived. As a result I will never use Walmart to get any car service, thanks to your manager DJ. If I we're you I would make the woman the manager, she is the only one in that department who does not look like they are on drugs!!!!!!!!!!

The tire and line sender is AMAZING fast, friendly and compassionate. I drive all the way over here just to get my oil changed. And the drive is worth it! Thanks Kaleb and the rest of the staff in TLE for the great customer service 💕

The older German (?) woman who works in the automotive department is probably one of the rudest people on the face of the earth. Zero people skills, even less customer service abilities. She’s a nightmare to deal with, and I know I can’t be the only one in Aurora who’s been treated poorly by her. Hey manager, maybe consider getting rid of her or send her through some serious training programs so she’s not so miserable to interact with.

Called at 830AM and spoke with Robin. Asked her if she had my tire in stock and she checked and said she did. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she told me that they dont do that and to come in to the shop and wait. I drove all the way to aurora and then DJ (who was extremely rude) told me that they weren’t taking any walk ins today because they had two cars getting worked in right now. I said I didn’t mind waiting for a few hours if they could squeeze me in. He said again no new customers today and wouldn’t allow me to get service today. Well then why did robin tell me to come in? Drove all the way across town for no reason. Got new tires at discount tire and I will never be going to Walmart auto centers again. Good job Robin and DJ!

I placed 5 online orders here and went in numerous times to pick them up days. Sometimes weeks after the order supposedly arrived.  Mixed Match goods. N out of the 4/5 orders only one was ready to go. Watching the workers while I waited in line literally hours. You can tell that certain shifts have no leadership and they have a high turn over rate with almost no one knowing what they are doing. Really sad. Take your buisness else where.

It is just a few minutes walk away. There are a variety of products at Home Depot ranging from furniture, construction, and a lot more. They're quite accessible and affordable. It's one of the stores in that category to visit.

Donovan!! Great guy! I called in regards to the Halloween boogeyman since it said online it was in stock but I knew their Halloween display was still not put up and this guy saved my day! Been trying to get the boogeyman online but every time it restocks it sells asap! Can't thank you enough for your help! From allowing me to make the purchase even though its still not in display to bringing down the item from the shelves!

Today my son and I made purchases at two Home Depot stores, this one on Mississippi and the Pioneer Hills one on S. Chambers. The staff at this store are helpful, friendly and the store provides military veterans with a 10% discount on their purchases. We bought 4 items today. Then, because this store didn't have the toilet seats we wanted, we followed an employees suggestion that we drive to the Pioneer Hills store for them (he had checked stock online). The Pioneer Hills store charged several dollars more for the items we purchased and the MANAGER told us she was issuing the military discount. When we arrived home, we saw they had given my son a discount for one of the 2 identical items. So half a discount, or 5% instead of 10%. We will be staying with the Mississippi store in the future. Better customer service and staff we can trust.

Great store to come in to shop or pickup items from online purchases. They're well stocked and you can look for folks with orange aprons if you have questions.  I'm very happy with each of the appliances I've bought there over the years like air conditioners and especially a portable washing machine and a compact dryer. I've had to repair the washing machine once and would you know it I went back to home depot to get the parts for that. I'm not particularly partial and look for the best deals on item's and in my experience 9/10 I searched home depot had the best quality items at the best price. That's not a scientific number but it's rare for a competitor to do better than them. The one on Mississippi and abilene has a great flow to it with lumber near the checkouts and exit. I'm just an apartment dweller that dies projects and repairs but the contractors and homeowners are treated well just as everyone is I see. I'll definitely be back for their myriad of item's. Large size cleaning supplies in a good variety is worth looking at while your there.

Harbor Freight Tools

Grabbed a couple dirt bike stands 25% off for labor day weekend. Love shopping here. It pays to be patient, its harbor freight, your gonna stand in line. Everyone's shorthanded anyway since nobody wants to work or are lazy and wants to work from home. Thank the employees who DID show up. Know what your coming for and expect things to be out of stock often but don't treat the employees like garbage when your wrenches aren't in stock or get upset because a cashier didn't make eye contact with you or was 'short' with you. Grow up people

Went there looking for a nail gun that was on sale.  One, there was no one in the store to help me, only cashiers. And when I asked for help, some wannabe model with a man bun employee was basically strutting around and told me that the only one they had was a floor model... and they don't sell those.  What a waste of my time.  Should have known not to go into the 'hood' to find decent tools.  Short staffed and arrogant employees spells ROTTEN experience

This location is pitiful!!!!  Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any retail environment.  They must hate working there because they treat their customers like idiots.  One person running register while second person picks and chooses when to run the 2nd register.  I was the only one inline and they chose to ignore me!  I needed to make an exchange and they wanted me to get the replacement.  I come back they both ignore me and told me to wait inline.  The one person continue to ignore several customers and then finally helps the one in front of me!!!!  The worst service ever!!!!

I picked up a small Apache 1800 Rugged Mobility hard case for my handgun. Great price $15-$25 depending upon the size.  This place is dependable and very reliable. I have been shopping here for many years.
They always have what you need and are very helpful when you’re not sure how to do something. Come in and walk around. There is something for everyone. You’ll thank me later!

I had very bad experience with the staff they were rude.. and not want it to help me
I want to buy a icon ratchet and when I asked the cashier to have the manager to unlocked for me there answer was that they don’t have a key to open it.. I just don’t know why I get email for those tools if when I go to the store they can sell it!!!

Gentry Ace

This store is actually a short drive out of my hometown (meaning,nothing to speak of) but I go there, instead of here in Siloam Springs, because of their stock AND FOR THEIR SERVICE... They have awesome attitudes every time!!

Very helpful and friendly! I couldn't remember the name of the gadget I was needing to purchase, and by very briefly describing it,Kyle I believe his name was, knew exactly what I was looking for.. and helped me find it.. They made me want to come back again. Oh, and they had free popcorn;)

Issues with an order and didn’t receive everything at pick up. I had to return to the store 3 times before I had everything I bought and needed for the weed eater that run. The manager was helpful the 3rd time around and got me Everything I was suppose to have in the first place and apologized for their mistake.

I love going to this place. Everyone of the employees knows what's in the store and they know the details of the product. If they don't they get help. They all want to help you from the time you enter the store. Ace had become my go to store for many of my needs.

Like most Walmarts, customer interaction leaves a lot to be desired. Usually they only get one star for to rude or non-existent (or so it seems) employees. Today I actually had someone ask if they could help me find something. What a refreshing change!

It’s a Walmart, so you kind of know what to expect based on the fact that it is a Walmart.  Didn’t interact with any staff, so I can’t say anything positive or negative about that.  It’s not a dirty rundown Walmart, but it’s also not a clean and fancy suburban Walmart either.

Can't wait till someone finally realizes that having regular check outs is the best thing for the customers.  Plus it makes it tougher to steal I would think.

All the guys in grocery pickup were working hard today in the heat. They helped us out when we couldn't check in on the app then helped each other load groceries. Would have been 5 stars but the app wasn't working great today.

It's refreshing to see so many familiar faces out, probably getting a timely grip on their Christmas shopping.
