Grabbed a couple dirt bike stands 25% off for labor day weekend. Love shopping here. It pays to be patient, its harbor freight, your gonna stand in line. Everyone's shorthanded anyway since nobody wants to work or are lazy and wants to work from home. Thank the employees who DID show up. Know what your coming for and expect things to be out of stock often but don't treat the employees like garbage when your wrenches aren't in stock or get upset because a cashier didn't make eye contact with you or was 'short' with you. Grow up people

Went there looking for a nail gun that was on sale. One, there was no one in the store to help me, only cashiers. And when I asked for help, some wannabe model with a man bun employee was basically strutting around and told me that the only one they had was a floor model... and they don't sell those. What a waste of my time. Should have known not to go into the 'hood' to find decent tools. Short staffed and arrogant employees spells ROTTEN experience

This location is pitiful!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any retail environment. They must hate working there because they treat their customers like idiots. One person running register while second person picks and chooses when to run the 2nd register. I was the only one inline and they chose to ignore me! I needed to make an exchange and they wanted me to get the replacement. I come back they both ignore me and told me to wait inline. The one person continue to ignore several customers and then finally helps the one in front of me!!!! The worst service ever!!!!

I picked up a small Apache 1800 Rugged Mobility hard case for my handgun. Great price $15-$25 depending upon the size. This place is dependable and very reliable. I have been shopping here for many years. They always have what you need and are very helpful when you’re not sure how to do something. Come in and walk around. There is something for everyone. You’ll thank me later!

I had very bad experience with the staff they were rude.. and not want it to help me I want to buy a icon ratchet and when I asked the cashier to have the manager to unlocked for me there answer was that they don’t have a key to open it.. I just don’t know why I get email for those tools if when I go to the store they can sell it!!!
