These guys are always so nice! This is the only spot I will go for keys as well, Rose helps us a LOT with keys and she is very sweet as well.

Horrible customer service! Waited fifteen minutes after telling an associate I needed help with a propane refill. After going back in to check on the progress. I was told by a certified refill employee that she would not be going outside to help and I needed to wait another fifteen minutes until her younger male associate got back from lunch. I will be exchanging at Kings from now on.
