My husband and I love Timberland, so we have been to several Timberland stores, and this one is hands down the best store we've been to. Everyone is always nice and very helpful. We never leave empty-handed because they always have great sales. We will always go back to that particular store and definitely recommend shopping there.

This incident happened on Friday, Oct 27 at 2:55pm. I bought a pair of boots with the same cashier. I was about to leave and than my husband thought of buying sweatshirts for my relatives as he is meeting them next week…By the way he is in navy and it was his first vacation before his first station. And he liked sweatshirts and hoodies for his 5 brothers here…it’s for 5 people so we were discussing the size among my mum on phone. And at that moment the same cashier came and asked me if I was leaving and I answered no I am not done yet. And he asked if I was leaving the items on the rack without folding them. And I answered I am not leaving right now sir. He gave me a weird look and my husband heard the conversation. Then my husband arranged the hoodies and we left the store without purchasing anything beside my boots. It was the worst experience ever in my life. I will not recommend going to this place.

Even sale or clearance prices are to high. Need to lower prices merchandise will sell so much quicker. Sales staff are always willing to help.

I was going to buy 2 pairs of boots since they had the 2nd pair discount promotion. On trying out the 3rd pair the salesman asked me to put the shoes away. I didn’t know I am not allowed to try on before I buy.
