Nordstrom

Nordstrom is a fantastic store. They have great clothes, accessories, and makeup. What makes them special is how helpful their staff is. They're really nice and make shopping easy. Whether you want fancy stuff or everyday things, Nordstrom is a top-notch store you can trust.

This location has a restaurant and coffee bar

Very spacious clean location with very helpful personnel.  Don't bypass the bargain racks...there are some great deals. Cosmetic counters offered a variety of options and staff eager to help you find what's best for you.  Definitely nust go back !

Nordstrom's is a great store and right now it's absolutely gorgeous at Christmas. The decorations are above and beyond. They have a great cafe and wonderful selections to choose from throughout the store.

This is a great store. They carry a wide range of mens shoes. I got great help from Edward finding dress shoes for work. He also took the time to help me pick socks and ties to go with the shoes.

Just visited this store to do an exchange for an online purchase. Ola was right there to help me with a smile. He made my exchange process seamless, friendly and fast. I had a lot going on that day and talking to Ola made my day so much better. Employees like Ola are exactly the reason I continue shopping with Nordstrom over the competitors. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Dillard's

I love the merchandise in the men's department.  I had a challenging time getting the store to send merchandise to me that I had purchased in the men's suit department.  I had to call to find our when I would receive the items.  When I would call, wrong tracking numbers were issued, and phone calls were not returned.

This is not a good look, when customers from out of town regularly shop and by big ticket items in the store.  There is not excuse for not returning a customer's call and following through to make sure that merchandise is received.

Great experience all round.

A bright and vibrantly lit store, this multilevel shopping experience boasts a wealth of home goods, clothing, beauty products and more.

Staff were great, and checked in on us a couple times as we walked the store.

Selections are plentiful and the quality seems good all round.

Great selection of bags which is where we spent most of our time.

It's worth visiting. They likely have what you need, and they have plentiful sale racks here and there too.

Bathrooms clean and wheelchair accessible.

Can often find good deals here on cool, stylish clothes. Better selection of unique, casual clothing than some of the other stores, including Macy's and Nordstrom's. My go-to place when looking for a nice dress - I've heard it is their flagship store for women's dresses in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful, will easily start a room for you to try things on. Usually not a long line to check out. Don't miss their shoe sales.

Three levels of outlets in this mall! There is something for everyone. As part of S.A.M. Investments itinerary the main purpose was the Selfie World, where I took plenty of selfies in a variety of settings. Loved it all! Also enjoyed having a meal at the food court.

We went on the 26th to check out the Christmas items in the Home Goods Dept. Their clerk was very friendly and helpful - not always the case with all clerks. We saved 50% on decorations for next Christmas.

Walmart Supercenter

Recently, I purchased the wrong glucose monitoring strips mistakenly for my diabetic meter. Remind you there are no policies listed by the diabetic meters and strips of no exchanges or refunds. Because Walmart were out of stock with my right strips. I thought to just buy the meter that goes with the strips so I wouldn’t waste money and I got the meter that was by the strips that I purchased. How about that meter didn’t go with the strips and they don’t sell the meter in stores at all that go with the strips I purchased (they both have the same colored meter and strips). Now if anyone knows a thing or two about diabetes you know that the disease causes vision difficulties. I don’t understand why these products were by each other in the first place. Now I’m stuck with a meter and strips that I can’t use because of poor stocking and management of policies.

I had ordered some items from Walmart to be delivered. Unfortunately some items were missing. I called and reported the missing items/item and they sent someone out to bring them but instead brought me another pack of toilet paper so I never had my diner!!  They need to do better even if they have to recheck 3 times

Our visit was a complete and total disaster. Saturday night we were out of town for my sister's wedding and we had a flat. We were going to get new tires anyway so we call Walmart and set up an appointment to get 4 new tires on Sunday. We are 300 miles from home.

We arrive a few minutes early, get signed in and go do some shopping while we wait. Then go sit in the waiting area. 2 hours past the time we are supposed to be done, our car is still just sitting there. So I asked the person at the desk what was happening, she went and asked the guy in charge. They told her that because we got there a few minutes early it had messed up their timing. Getting there a few minutes early. That was what caused us to be there  for 4 early.

So, why did I give it 5 stars. The employees and the waiting room. The staff, except for the technician who did the work, were courteous and trying to be helpful. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable (big easy chairs for 6 people).

In closing, the technician and the work flow was terrible. Waiting for 4 hours to get 4 tires done was ridiculous. But the rest of the staff and the waiting area kept it from being a disaster.

As usual for Walmart, very poor customer service, let's face it, y'all, if it wasn't for the prices, no one would go there. I have had 3 different interactions with the same manager by happenstance, and all 3 were not positive. Maybe he doesn't like me, and I always keep things professional. Also, really no change with the employees. They act as though they hate to interact with you, and believe me, it is a last resort when I do. I'm sure Sam Walton would not approve, but he's dead and gone. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Also we all know type of way of doing business propagates from the top down it is very apparent.

super busy as usual for this time of year. 8p.m.on a Sunday, and only self checkout was open that i could see. With that being said, the two employees that were working the self checkout lines were very busy, friendly, and yet still helpful.

Staff soooo awesome & helpful when my service dog needed service.
Meds, toys, nail clips, leftovers that instead of throwing it in the trash (I'm disabled & poor fur baby/Nero service dog needed special care 4 10days ) gave the chicken 2 him instead.
Ever1 saw how sick he was, how much pain I was in pushing my service dog in a Walmart shopping cart. I would always go 2 the Walmart in arizona on country club & baseline they went out of there way 2 help when they didn't have 2

Not enough staff. They had 2 registers open at 8:30pm on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. So lines were literally 7 or 8 deep. ... Friendly cashier and workers, though, which goes a long way.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Not long ago I made a complaint about the auto care department. We were mistreated really bad by employees, since  then, they can never provide us service, there's always something wrong, but we go to the other oneone further from us and the service is provided without anyissues.

Hard to find things in  this store and asking workers don’t help , but good store to stop at and shop real quick . It’s better than the really big Walmarts . Would rather go to this one than the big ones. Plus if you don’t mind things being in places where you wouldn’t think it would be it’s not that bad . Just my opinion good store to shop at overall just needs some improvement on location

I enjoy coming to this location because they're really nice and clean. Of course, it's close, but other locations aren't that far away. I'm really impressed with curbside pick-up.  I just tried it this month, and im in love. The few times I used you all, it was pleasant.

The cashier and team lead in the tire center were amazing! I accidentally left my debit card at home, they were so understanding. They figured out how I could pay for my oil change using WalmartPay. Without their help i would have been waiting 1.5 hours for someone to come help me. They were such a huge help today!!

Well stocked and almost always has what I'm looking for. I have found that this Walmart is definitely superior compared to some. It is spacious, less crowded, well maintained, and easy to navigate. There are a few things that I get almost every trip that have ran out, but when this happensvits often restocked in less than a week. The bathrooms are one thing that could definitely use some tending too, but that's my only complaint so far. Enjoy these pictures of things you might not know Walmart carries 😊

Asked 5 employees for help. Get told to 'ask someone else'...walk to customer service. I'll meet you there after I help another customer wait 5 minutes. No one shows up.

Update: Walked back to Customer Service they use the intercom this time. By the time I walk back. The person who responded to the intercom call was turning to walk away...

Here's the proof! They would not allow me to exchange a broken cast iron pot yesterday. I left the piece of junk at customer service.  I went back 24 hours later to see if they just restocked it. The damaged item is back on the shelf to sell to someone else. What a shady business practice. I told the manager this is mine and I would like to take it back. He told me I was correct and walked me to the front of the store.

Dede,  the customer rep over the return counter in this store has been horrible with her customer service experience.  This is the second time I am turned down by her. Last time, she threw away my return receipt and my bill instead of giving it to me. This time , she refused to accept the chocolate box unopened because I didn't have the receipt. It was within 90 day return policy and she refused to give me a walmart gift card. The chocolate box was unopened and just around 35 days of purchase.

Very sad to see walmart hiring such unprofessional people in the stores. I give a bad rating for Dede , which she said is her name a bad rating for her overall handling of things at this store over the return counter.

At Home

It's a mix between Walmart/Target, Hobby Lobby, and Lowes. Although most of what they have is more expensive. You could probably wander around in there all day. I didn't see a single person working there until we were headed out the door, despite the fact that the place is huge and we were there almost an hour.

Went in for Christmas decor, waited about 10-15 mins at register to be cashed out. Cashier was very friendly to customers in front of me. Even told them about discounts and waited for customer to go outside to retrieve her cell while others waited, just to receive 10% off. When it was my turn, no greeting and didn't advise of discounts. Luckily i am a frequent shopper and already knew how things worked. Spent a lot of money. Oh well, id rather drive to GA to get good customer service. Lets see how long this wack location stays open in this already half abandoned mall.

Loved working with my coworkers but the fact that they let me go and then tacked on the reason for firing was stealing was a low blow. Now I can only assume this is why I can't collect unemployment. Way to treat one of your loyal employees.

Great store with a lot of nice things to offer. Very clean and well organized. We love the unique items they carry for the home. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Wow I must say I was inpressed with this store!  So much to choose from and the prices are not bad at all!  I'll definitely be back!

Yoga Pura

Yoga Pura has been one of the best parts of moving to the Moon Valley neighborhood.  I had already heard about this studio but I lived pretty far so didn't get to try them until I bought a house in the area and realized they were 5 minutes away.  What an absolute GEM of a studio!  I've been going 3-4 times per week for about a month.  I've done yoga my whole life off and on, but the last few years I suffered through endless classes that were either blasting music, touting 'a hard workout' or blasting the heat (whyyyy???).  From the minute I walked into this studio I knew it was different.  Everyone is just so friendly and authentic and kind.  Every single teacher is just so knowledgeable, calming and real.  You leave here feeling regulated, mobile, calm and content.  I have stuck mainly with the essential basics, yin and restorative, as I'm in a cross fit gym 4 times a week and own a very stressful business. I don't need a stressful fast paced workout from yoga.  I need the mobility, the drop in cortisol levels, the regulation of my nervous system, and the meditation - all of which I get from this studio and more.  They do offer challenging classes as well for anyone looking to up their effort.  I have been just so satisfied and content with every single class I've taken.

Beautiful studio! The team at the front desk was so friendly and already expecting me based on my reservation. The restorative yoga class I took was so relaxing. The teaching was excellent (I'm a yoga teacher myself) and I really appreciated the availability of so many props (blocks, etc.). If I lived closer to this studio, I'd definitely become a member!

This is one of the best yoga studios that I have ever been to! I took the essential basics taught be Laura Goethe. She is a wonderful instructor. She is very kind and does a great job explaining and demonstrating. Highly recommend!

The tribe at Yoga Pura is one of a kind. I’ve been to many yoga studios in the Phoenix area and none of them stood out to me like this one. The teachers are so amazing at incorporating intentions of the class so we can not only better ourselves physically but mentally and spiritually as well. If you’re trying to find a studio I highly recommend this one. I love Yoga Pura and the community it brings.

Yoga Pura is blessed with having so many good instructors.

Target

From getting a suitable parking which was seamless by the way to embarking on my shopping I had a beautiful time. Most shops have very difficult parking provisions but driving into the target area is alway easy as well as the shopping experience. However it looks like the self checkout tills are fast taking over counters with cashiers. Traditional people like me want to be checked out by someone after spending my money.

This locations needs a complete overhaul on customer service, open registers and overall cleanliness. The restroom is beyond disgusting, aisles are never stocked, two registers open

The phone to customer service is literally disconnected, no other departments answer. I can't get a hold of anybody to even confirm if my daughter's formula is in stock. I've tried every extension and nobody answers except the pharmacy, which is a CVS, who put out an intercom page for customer service to please reconnect their phone (they didn't). It's very inconveniently located half an hour away on a traffic jam of a road.

They won't help you set up a registry at all and got rid of their in-store kiosk. They wanted me to download their store app, make a Target account, then make a baby registry account on the Target account on the app they expected me to download on my phone for them. Even visibly pregnant they will not give you a baby box or help with a baby registry.

I've never had problems with coupons or returns at Walmart like I have here. They've argued with me about every single coupon I've ever tried to use. For gift returns the Target policy is to give you a gift card for the lowest sales price the item was ever sold at. They have never offered a gift exchange here. I had unused Up&Up diapers gifted to me, very clearly Target brand, and they didn't want to issue an exchange for another size even because apparently they had changed their packaging between the time it was gifted and when I needed to exchange it a few months later. Once it was finally approved by a manager (whom you apparently cannot contact by phone), my daughter had a horrible bleeding rash and developed staph from their diapers.

They just make me angry any time I try to go here, and everything is overpriced anyway.

I am very unhappy with the service. I called the store to inform the employees the meat on the shelf being sold was not expired however upon opening the packages they had a foul odor. Especially the pork, I bought 4 packs and was told by the manager I would have to return it to the store for a credit. I informed him that was not an option considering the meat smelled horrible. It made me want to puke, the odor is unexplainable. I refuse to put it in my car especially in this scorching hot weather. But I offered to go up there and open a package on the shelf so that he could smell it. At that point he stated he would go to the back and get someone from the department to inspect the meat. This is not the first time but it surely is the last. I never received a follow up call. Do better Target! Ensure your product is safe before putting it on the sales floor for consumers.

It is a Super Target. It seems super clean, updated, and remodeled. I did not have any issues. I even bothered a few employees with questions I already knew the answers to and received a smile and help finding what I was looking for. I wish we had a Super Target in South Mississippi.

Jason and his team made my entire process for ordering business cards and pens so easy. The finished product was exactly what I wanted, they were done quickly, and personally delivered to me. Jason and Jim should get 10 stars!  5 stars does not do them justice for  how hard they worked for me for so little money.  Wow!  They have pulled me out of two jams and each time with a smile.  They are friendly and I felt they truly cared about my printing need and finding a resolution.  Let's just say $37.00 at IMP compared to a (close in proximity) competitor's overpriced $356.00 for the same thing.  Thank you guys.  I'll definitely be using IMP as much as possible.

I have a small business and have been working with a great printer. His name is Jason the owner of International Minute Press. His family owned business since 2001 and has recently expanded and moved to 460 East warner Rd Suite 1 Chandler 8522. He does come to you if you need him to. I love that he gets right back to you and always gets the works done on time. he has a full printing press on site and does not out source anything. He does complete business printing like Brochures, Newsletters, Graphic Design, Presentation Folders, Envelopes and Promotional item.
His prices are also so reasonable. I highly recommend and love to share if you are in need.

Went here to get an oil change.  They refused to do it bc of front-end damage. Claimed another customer had front end damage, and the hood popped up and smashed the windshield. THAT'S SOMEONE ELSE CAR!  It's not my vehicle. They were just lazy because they were about to go on lunch. I definitely do not recommend this place for auto care. If their lazy enough to refuse to change my oil then they might be lazy enough to not tighten an important bolt or screw on the oil filter all the way! Ridiculous. I'm going to a different Walmart.

I give 5 ⭐ for the curbside pickup because I didn't have to get out. On the other hand I assumed that I would have gotten a receipt in the bag but I didn't. Also after glancing at my order details the numbers and total on the app are off. Will double check and if need be I'll call customer service. Oh and since it was my first time, I think it went rather well. 😁

They only had a few homeless people asking for $ . I took a $1000 to hand out for Christmas to the hungry and others whom just needed the money. Unfortunately I was only able to give out less then half. I'm going to try a different one tomorrow.

This location is bigger than expected they have everything needed. It's clean and people are good and helpful who work there.

I came here after a horrible interaction from the 67th and McDowell auto center.

When I came to this location and explained my case. They took a look at my tire and deemed it eligible.

They knew about the limited warranty and were able to immediately identify the damage was not caused due to negligence (I bought the tire 6 moths ago at the time of writing).

I really appreciate the efforts Alyssa and the crew gave me. They were very customer centric and informative.

These days I find those qualities to be rare. when it happens, I encourage you to write a review.
