Walmart Supercenter

This was my first time in the Wetumpka Walmart. Stopped through while heading to the casino. I typically frequent the Neighborhood ones but this one was nice, clean, and well stocked.

Loved the convenience of the store and how neat and clean everything was. The employees were professional and helpful.

Hi! It's hard to get my milk out of your  refrigerator. There's NO HANDLE  to open the door. It's been this for a while. Can you fix it, please? Otherwise, I can find what I need no problem. Light on cash register  says we are open.  When I got there, there was no cashier.  I saw two workeres on the other side of the register. I was calling, who's ever line I was in,I figured  they couldn't  see me because I was short.
Then the guy told the girl I was in her line. She still took her time getting to her register.

Came in Sunday afternoon around 2 to buy a present before a birthday party. Waited in line for self checkout while about 15 employees just walked around doing absolutely nothing.

The short burnette white lady who was helping people by the entrance in front of the Mapco side brought another woman in front of us because I'm assuming their machine stopped working. It's fine, I didn't mind, she left and I went up and started scanning because the kiosk became open, the employee  yelled at me that this guy with a buggy full was next after I had waited in line. I said no, I was next in the line and I'm in a hurry. She started arguing then gave me the worst attitude when I was leaving and very snidely told me to have a "beautiful day". I was obviously the next in line and it was already taking way too long because people were having to check themselves out.

If you have this many people walking around maybe throw them on a register so we don't have to have interactions like this one. And maybe don't hire people like her if she hates her job so much. You shouldn't have to make people wait, let alone yell at them for literally no reason.

Went through self checkout. Only had a few items. Used register nearest door so I could be seen. Leaving, I had my receipt visible in hand. The man asked to see my receipt and took it out of my hand.  Didn't even look at it. Handed it back. IF YOU DON'T TRUST US TO SELF CHECK OUT. PLEASE REMOVE SELF SERVICE LINE. I AM FRUSTRATED.

Need to have many more cashiers open.  Nobody wants to wait to pay.  We are not your employees.  We will not use self checkout if we have many items.  There are always employees milling around doing nothing, but don’t open cash registers. Don’t be surprised if customers walk out with full buggies without paying, especially since your greeters do nothing but stand there.  Wise up!

I found the perfect revolver that surprised me when I finally held it. For the price I paid,q I got alot of BANG for my buck$. And it came with an alternate beefy grip. It shipped rather quickly after FFL verification and arrived in 2 days. If your not a wheel-gun guy but like concelaled carries, get a 2" snub from Dittrich Arms Company. I'm not an employee or paid advertiser. Just a satisfied customer.

The items I was looking for were in-stock at a great price.  Shipping was fast and reasonable. Great place to shop for your firearm needs

I spoke with Bryan bc I placed an order during a holiday weekend knowing that it would effect shipping hours and everything. He was very patient and professional with all my questions. He ordered my Rugger and had a transfer set up with him all within a week! I was so excited to receive my first gun for  my 21st birthday! Awesome job. Definitely will buy from him again.

Great selection, amazing prices, fast shipping and the communication from the owner Bryan is what customer service is all about!  He goes above and beyond providing timely updates and is very knowledgeable. If you're hesitant to purchase from here, bite the bullet because you will be pleased!

Great customer service.  Bryan who I think is one of the owners called me back to introduce himself and make sure I had a good web experience and to tell me the gun will be shipping soon.  Now that's what I call customer service at its best. All went well and smooth from beginning to end and my firearm arrived in mint condition.  I highly recommend Dittrich Arms.

Came to get new tires installed.  Took about three hours.  The person doing the work looked like he had not one care in the world, moving in slow motion .  Three hours.  That's 45 minutes per tire.  Never seen anything like it. Never coming back here for service.

I gave two stars because they were polite but my frustration was that they "can't" sell less than six wings when I only wanted four.. I would have been ok with it if I could have mixed n matched but then they said I couldn't do that either...  also on top of that they were moving really slow for having three people waiting to be asked/served, one lady was attending to the hot food while the other lady didn't look in our direction as she was busy do8ng something and not multitasking.. they need at least one younger person in that area in the daytime to move things along faster and again the lady seemed very polite so this isn't a personal grievance

Absolutely abhorrent the pharmacy will not fill your order unless you harass them. When you order something online for pick up expect  a long wait. I've spent twenty minutes looking for an item as workers are just walking bye. Never asked to help once. If you don't want to have one of the worst shopping experiences in your life don't shophere.

SCO Host was kind and relatable to issue I was having at the time, but other SCO Host just lost in her own little world without directing anyone to open registers - well, she was alright, too. LMAO I've done the job and know how it can be!

Well it's been a resource for merchandise that is convenient, dependable, and the doors are open in times of crisis, providing supplies as needed for our community

They have an insulting AI system as part of their self checkout that constantly wrongly accuses you of trying to steal items. It is an outrage and the height of disrespect for the morons back in Bentonville to subject honest customers to this idiocy.

I ring up the first item and try to bag it, but the bag won't open so I have to get some saliva on my fingers to open the damn bag. Then I put the item in the bag, but now it alerts the associate because it thinks I stole something. Now I have to waste more time waiting for the guy to come over, and when he gets there we both have to watch a playback of a closeup surveillance video of me doing exactly what I described above.

Stop treating honest people like criminals or you will start losing business.

Just ordered almost $200 worth of groceries, I am pregnant and need to use their grocery delivery service. Everything was going great, until my groceries were stolen by the delivery driver “ Gabriella “ all I was given was this photo, for confirmation of my food being “ delivered “  Walmart if refunding me back, but I am considering filing a police report, as this is bizarre behavior by the Walmart staff. Have never had this happened before, and am disgusted by this persons lack of conscience.

I shopped at the store last night for the first time. It was a typical shopping trip except for the fact that the milk section looked like a ghost town. I had to talk to 3 different associates (one of which was a front end manager) before I found someone to help me. A young man named Daniel was working hard quickly stocking the cheese section when I walked over to him. I asked him the same question that I had already asked 2 of his co-workers. "Is there more milk in the cooler that hasn't been put out yet? I know you might not know the answer because that's not your job, could you please tell me who CAN help me?" He didn't ignore me, he didn't walk away, he actually helped me! The best part of the interaction was that he did all of that without without treating me like I was a bother to him. He was very nice and polite. Thank you again Daniel for being the only person willing to help.

I wonder what the owners of great value and or Wallyworld pizza's look like...✌🏻

This Walmart is one of my go-to supermarkets for more than just food. Clean well stocked and carries an amazing array of products which makes shopping there very convenient

I bought this chick peas can on 6/18/2023 ,I opened it today and found two metals inside of the can. This is unacceptable, you have to improve your quality control procedures.
Selling contaminated food isn’t legal this is a public healthy thread.

Their best thing is lower prices. I am trying store brands and finding them generally to be the same quality as Major brands. I took a real chance and bought chicken breasts and various cuts of beef. The chicken was excellent. The ground sirloin was as good as any competitor for choice grade. Not been disappointed with any products. They have a problem keeping some grocery items in stock. They restock constantly so maybe I came on the wrong day for lime Gatorade. Lots of parking. Ground level. Handicapped friendly.

They had the good bottles of water I wanted they were friendly and I was in and out very fast

My roommate and I went there last night to pick up some essentials. Shout out to Jerry who was working in the home section. He saw our lost faces and asked us what we were looking for and knew exactly where to find it. I even went to look for him again after we couldn't find the next items on our list. He was super kind and helpful!

I would like to give a shout out to Charm at Walmart Customer Service on Pima road. She exemplifies what it truly means to provide excellent customer service. She greeted me with a big smile and a kind welcome. I just wanted to say thank you

Denise was the best! So friendly and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience. We received great customer service in every department we shopped in. I love the selection of Brahmin bags that they have. The size of the store is pretty good for the SanTan Village.

My grandma went in to look for shoes for my wedding on Wednesday august 30th and the staff blew her off and rolled their eyes after asking for sizes of three different shoes and made her wait 40 min. She ended up leaving because she felt the ladies were too busy to help her. Hopefully the service at other locations will be more reliable.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a very large men’s section of clothing available. Not only that, but the clothes were actually pretty fashionable. So I enjoyed my visit and plan on going back.

This store is small but has all the brands.  A short while ago I stopped in for a hot minute, and there was even a shelf of Louis Vuitton in the bag section! Way to go Dillard’s.  I just think there could be a bench outside for smokers so I could take the rest of my family with me shopping to this location.

I came in, super panicked about finding jewelry to complement a formal gown, for a wedding, AND accessories for a dress for the Bridal Shower...I showed pix of the dress and gown to CHUTIMA, and she started searching the whole department for the PERFECT additions to my wedding outfits!! To be honest, I was feeling like the gown was a bit matronly, but by the time CHUTIMA WORKED HER MAGIC...I felt like Cinderella!!
I even found that one of the necklace and earring sets will also work with an outfit for another of the wedding events, so I feel like I've solved three mysteries with one CHUTIMA!!
I have a new BFF in the jewelry department at Dillard's!! I'd forgotten what it was like to have such caring Customer Service...like the old days. Listen...CHUTIMA needs to be congratulated and cherished, for the wonderful Human Being she is. Kindness is contagious!

I really wish pick up was available years ago but I am so thankful it is available now. Having the ability to shop online without the stress of going into the store is game changing! Thank you Walmart associates for all your help. Honestly if this was not available I don't think I would be able to get my shopping done due to my disabilities. It does feel like maybe I spent a little more money doing it this way however, the few extra dollars that I feel like I spent was worth it.

Another well organized department store though I did have a hard time finding the clearance aisle.

I needed to replace a car battery but the automotive department was closed for the evening. Ann at the customer service desk was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was able to help me do a warranty swap on the battery and took care of everything I needed. Kudos to Ann! I'd give her a million stars if I could!

Feels bigger than most Walmart locations, self checkout on both sides.

Came here to spend my Butterball gift check I received from work(a check I can spend on any food items in the store......) and the employee checking me out took forever and couldn't figure out how to charge it. Brought a manager and he couldn't either. Get some smart employees Walmart. You need to step your game up at this store!

The staff at this location are a mixed bag in terms of knowledge and general outdoor product experience. REI has been our go-to source for most of our outdoor needs but they lost our business forever from the way we were treated. A simple item exchange was requested for a defective product.  Good bye REI!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this store but it’s exactly as I remember it. The selection is extraordinary and the service is equally impressive. I can be in the store for hours but unfortunately I was in a bit of a hurry. I was able to score a great deal on some hiking boots and wool socks. D’Andre in the shoe department went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with a smile, and we did. Thanks for the great service and taking the time to explain in detail all of our options. Even gave us a little lesson on how to tie a runners knot! Will definitely be back again.

Been a REI co-op member for a lot of years. I just wanted to say that today I was SO glad I went to the store! I got an exceptional deal on a hydroflask but didn't want to pay to have it shipped to my home. I went in here and Robert helped me and his service was great. He gave me recommendations on things, made me feel at home in the store, and just made my experience today. I'll be back soon!

Cashier gave me a hard time about returning a brand new unused item I picked up in store that day so I could then buy said item back using my 20% off one full price item member benefit. He felt the need to “educate” me by explaining this was like buying a meal at Burger King, eating it, and then going back up to the register to ask for a discount. Seems to me this employee needs to be “educated” on REI’s return policy.

The employees at REI are outstanding. I want to be clear....My frustrations with REI, is they are always out of stock of neon lanterns that i am interested in. #2 i bought 2 flashlights, both never even stood a charge. So i buy 2 phone banks..Both had to be returned. So i did some digging, and it seems that these products are from a country, that the USA has made sure they got as big as they are and World War 3 is close. China. CHEAP PRODUCTS. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP PRODUCTS. SUPPORT US MANUFACTURING.  I DONT KNOW ONE PRODUCT THEY EVER MADE THAT WAS ANY GOOD? SO I HAVE TO QUESTION THE WISDOM WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT..

Ross Dress for Less

Store was dirty and disorganized, there was a very long line and only two cashiers, one of whom was on his phone most of the time. Several employees throughout the store laughing and chatting very loudly. I give it two stars for the prices, but everything else about it sucks.

Ran in there after work for a gift card.  1 lane open. One worker standing at the front looking at the line slowly fill up. She calls for help, after about 5 min he come  and doesn't help, instead pushes rack of clothes to tha back. The one cashier that was working had to ask the manager,  is he coming back????? The one worker that was called to help, comes back up and angerly asks who's next. At least 3 people, workers just playing and talking in the front of store while the line is getting longer. SMDH.......this location is a NO for me.

This store is almost empty. There is not a big variety of clothing. I've been to many Ross locations & this store does not stand up to any of the other stores. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

So I left a outdoor table in the store by mistake because I was shopping on my lunch and rushing. I returned to get it and they said that they didn’t have anything left like that. I will no longer shop at this location due to the dishonesty and lack of professionalism. *Make sure you check your purchased items before leaving this store. *
