Walmart Supercenter

Went here to get an oil change. They refused to do it bc of front-end damage. Claimed another customer had front end damage, and the hood popped up and smashed the windshield. THAT'S SOMEONE ELSE CAR! It's not my vehicle. They were just lazy because they were about to go on lunch. I definitely do not recommend this place for auto care. If their lazy enough to refuse to change my oil then they might be lazy enough to not tighten an important bolt or screw on the oil filter all the way! Ridiculous. I'm going to a different Walmart.

I give 5 ⭐ for the curbside pickup because I didn't have to get out. On the other hand I assumed that I would have gotten a receipt in the bag but I didn't. Also after glancing at my order details the numbers and total on the app are off. Will double check and if need be I'll call customer service. Oh and since it was my first time, I think it went rather well. 😁

They only had a few homeless people asking for $ . I took a $1000 to hand out for Christmas to the hungry and others whom just needed the money. Unfortunately I was only able to give out less then half. I'm going to try a different one tomorrow.

This location is bigger than expected they have everything needed. It's clean and people are good and helpful who work there.

I came here after a horrible interaction from the 67th and McDowell auto center. When I came to this location and explained my case. They took a look at my tire and deemed it eligible. They knew about the limited warranty and were able to immediately identify the damage was not caused due to negligence (I bought the tire 6 moths ago at the time of writing). I really appreciate the efforts Alyssa and the crew gave me. They were very customer centric and informative. These days I find those qualities to be rare. when it happens, I encourage you to write a review.
