Liked the presentation of the food, with the amazing options of customizing the milk tea. Loved the starters, for what surprised me the most was how fast the food was made(i was the only person in store, so maybe that played a key role). Will come back again to try a lunch box. Owners are friendly

We placed an order through Uber Eats because they have a decent rating. I was looking for some ramen because I have a cold, and well, ramen is great for such things. The Curry Seafood Ramen was tasteless and just plain bad. The mussels were questionable. I realized while I was eating one. Now my stomach feels funny and I have a cold. I did not finish my meal.

My wife ordered the Shrimp Teriyaki Udon. It was just okay. Not great, not horrible, mediocre at best.

I also ordered the Taro smoothie as well. Again, just okay.

It is doubtful that we will order from Hitea again. I was really hoping for some good comfort food to help soothe a cold. Not questionable seafood that might have me running to the bathroom.

Upon entering to pick up an online order no one greeted me as I stood at the counter even though someone was literally 6ft away. I waited as the lady made some teas for about 3 minutes without being greeted before I tried to get her attention and she ignored me. Not a hello, how may I help you or one moment please.
There is a bell on the counter but I thought it would be ridiculous to have to ring it when someone was right in front of me. Nonetheless I had to ring the bell to get my order that was also 6ft way.

OH MY GOD!! , their milk tea is seriously irresistible! I'm super happy you folks set up shop right next to the hospital. Lunch is definitely calling me back for another visit!

HiTea offers Japanese comfort food with a wide variety of options. From udon noodles to ramen bowls and bento, there’s something for everyone. We had an assortment of dishes and milk teas, and everything was delicious. Ordering is easy using the kiosk by the front register. Our food was served promptly and piping hot. This place is worth a stop!

McDonald's

They don't tell here which McDonald's I'm supposed to review. One place can be good, another totally incompetent (like the one in Hardy). McDonald's is a coin toss. The only way any McD is affordable these days is if you can make their flaky app work.

We had an experience that was typical of our experiences at McDonald’s. The food was as expected. The atmosphere was clean and efficient. It’s a good restaurant.

Nice and cool inside Walmart. Food was okay and atmosphere was people shopping what was the nice cool rest stop

Super amazing but the stalls where a Lil messy and the indoor playground was closed for no apperant reason

Used door dash to order lunch. Took well over an hour to get here and they gave me the wrong order. Doordash refunded my money, but this is ridiculous. It's not hard to put a burger in a box. Paid too much to get the wrong food.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Hands down absolutely the best place for your sweet tooth! Ashley is absolutely the best! Always an excellent charming personality with a grade atmosphere! We absolutely love Ashley Ashley is the best!! Not to mention they're avalanche Park and tiger butter is top notch!

Great ice cream; not a big fan of their chocolates. Good thing is that they are the only quick dessert options open till 10 PM.

I tried their huckleberry and strawberry cheesecake flavors and loved both of them.

Good shop, except overpriced and is a chain with over 320 other stores so don’t think your getting something homemade. The ice cream is good but is blue bunny and dreyers brand and the truffles are super expensive. They are pretty good but not for the price.

It was my 15th wedding anniversary and I love surprises. My husband and I treated ourselves to $200 worth of Bears and Truffles. A Bear has your choice of nuts (Peanut, Almond, Cashew, or Pecans), caramel, and then covered in dark, white, or milk chocolate.  Yes, I am blessed I tried each and every choice! Thank You!!

The staff was friendly, but the milk chocolate Carmel candy seemed old.  We typically love Rocky Mountain Chocolate, but today in Crested Butte, the milk chocolate carmel was hard and not the smooth creamy texture we love.

There was 2 people working this McDonald's by themselves service took forever when we went threw, it was sad to see how bad things have gotten under
B i d e n. People were friendly tho. Businesses are Not what they used to be. There has to be something better than this. Is this what the world is coming to? People just don't give a crud anymore? Come on guys! The doors were locked when we put in order for register so we had to go threw drive threw off our stuff. They had a sign on the door said we r out of happy meal toys! How does that happen?

Very nasty and fly infested with dead’s ones everywhere. Out of everything and the drink machine down. I was told by a employee that the owners could care less about this restaurant and it pretty much stays this way. Very much grossed out and will never be back. Keep in mind they were not busy at this time and could have cleaned this up but I guess they are not too concerned about it.

This used to be a great McDonald's. But it's gone badly downhill.

Interior is consistently messy. You can't find a clean table, trash cans are full, floor is dirty.

Last few sandwiches I've had were poorly made and barely wrapped.

What can I say about McDonald's that hasn't already been said? You know what you are going to get when you go there, usually the only variable is the employees. This particular McDonald's had great service and super friendly employees. I will be stopping by again soon.

It took 23min to get my food and finally the lady next to me had ordered to same thing and got her food so I ask how that happened they told me they needed to drop some more quarter pounder

I received my order and after looking at my cup, I noticed there was a dead fly in it.  Absolutely disgusting!

The power had went out in mountain home and we were just getting ready to cook. We loaded up 3 car loads of family and drove to the next town over. They looked busy but took all 18 of us in and found us a table om the spot. Gave us quick and pleasant service. The food came out very quickly and tasted great. We were also blown away by how cheap they were.

Do drive thru The food is smaller. I get happy meals.  You get little hamburger,fry, and a small drink , so I get apple  juice and 4 pieces of apple in a bag.
It used to fill  me up, but not now .

I must say that it would be great to get a proper sandwich, but it appears that nobody working at this McDonald's cares about the quality of the food they produce! They just throw your food together any way they feel like it and toss it in a bag hoping you don't open until you get home. Hire people who care and are qualified! For everybodys' benefit! The mayo was stopped on in one spot, There's hardly any lettuce, and tomatoes were outside the bun in the container. What a freaking joke! I'll never waste my money at this restaurant again!

No qe have been to many mcdonalds and for this one to have had the worst breakfast we have ever had was sad ,expensive, and upsetting. I had 4 teenagers with me we were on our way to jonesboro for a choir field trip. We stopped at this McDonald's to get breakfast on the way and the service was amazing and the resturant was neat an tidy but... the food was terrible the pancakes were rubbery, the biscuits were as hard as rocks and tore up thr roofs our mouths,idk how long the hash browns had been under the lamp but it was only 6am so I'm assuming they were way overcooked or microwaved to perfection like in the tictok videos. Eggs were gross with my unflavored cold cheese and sausage party and to wash it down with the thickest orange juice I have ever drank in my life maybe next time add water to the concentrate before serving. We didn't have time to turn around and complain or even get a refund and the kids lost the receipt so that 46 bucks for 4 sandwiches 5 drinks 5 hasbrowns 1 order of pancakes and a coffee.... thanks mcdonalds because half of that ebed up in my carpet on the floor. ...

Really disappointed the last visit like staff seemed to be trying but was just a horrible! Our burgers were all burnt and the fish filet was the size of 2 chicken nuggets just pitiful over 50$ an was just awful!

Was quick getting my order out and it tasted like McDonald's food

This was the first time I tried the automated order machine and a human is much easier to use. I think it took me longer to place my order (with no waiting) on the kiosk machine than if I had waited in line and just spoke to someone. I have a very specific order that is short and sweet that takes maybe 3-4 seconds to tell a human. The kiosk took umm ... 3-4 minutes trying to figure out the buttons?

Put the kiosk aside and the rest was just as I expected. Tables were clean, food was typical exact McDonalds flavor. I was a little bummed they sold out of apple pies but I  will not hold that against them because who does not like apple pies? No wonder they were sold out.

This McDonald's is terrible. The App does not work here, the employees ignore you when your waiting at the register. The manager walked by me, didn't say anything,  sat down, talking on her phone for5 min. The other employees have no idea about the application,  and wouldn't even give me the deal on my App, even though there system was down. I will NEVER stop at this McDonald's again. The district manager needs to educate these employees and fix there computer so people can use the app.

Very clean establishment, staff were both fast to take orders and expedite them. Food was fresh, how it should be.

At the drive thru, they advertise Buy on Get one. But when you order it, they say they will not honor it because of there system. Thats not an acceptable answer. I asked why they wouldn't take it off the board and they look at you like a deer in the headlights. One small piece of tape goes a long ways.

But there's a worker that we absolutely love always kind and got a smile on her face! Greets us everytime!

They did not put napkins in "to-go" bag. Clean store and nice people. The food is McDonald's so the score reflects quality of brand and local conditions.  Ok for McDonald's food.

Food was sub par.  The drive through gets help but if you don't or can't go through the drive through they ignore you.  Some how your time is worth less.  Took 40 minutes or so to get my full order.  Cold food and made the long drive I had even longer.  There was only 4 people in the lobby too.  This is happening at every McDonald's so at this point I would rather starve than waste another second at McDonald's ever again.

BRO 😹😹😹 There was a rat that ran from the floor and jumped onto the soft drink counter lol. The dude behind the register was less friendly than the rat, but it's 9am at a McDonalds so I understand. But, he charged my mom for a water bottle, then told her they didn't have any, THEN tried giving her a cup and telling her he wasn't gonna refund her. This McDonalds is wild and dystopian, if you wanna feel like you're going crazy, come on in 🤣

The Honey Baked Ham Company

We have visited a few HBH locations in the DFW area and NONE compare to the quality and outstanding service than the one in Plano (off of Preston Road).
Everyone was friendly, helpful and encouraged us all to try new items; including the broccoli casserole and sliders!
Whenever we come to a HBH, no matter where we are in Dallas, we’ll be sure to come to this location and tell others as well.
The line may be long on occasions, but well worth the wait.

I am a loyal customer. I called Christmas Eve to confirm they had sandwiches pre made. The gentleman that answered the phone said he didn’t feel like checking, I just needed to come in. I asked for manager for assistance and he hung up on me. They have customer service issues.

I ordered a platter of turkey, ham, rolls, condiments, fixins, and two salads for a friend. It was ordered to go, as I could not get the delivery to work. It was ready on time, and my friend loved it.

I've been eating at this place my whole life almost lol hams for holidays and lunch also take away dinners if I happened to be close by after work. They make dinner easy and fast and they're good af too like fr if you never had it you should try them for lunch or a takeaway dinner.

I was so surprised to find out Door Dash will pick up from The Honey Baked Ham Company. I'd usually only gotten turkey breasts, hams and sides from them for holidays, but I recently started getting a turkey breast every once in a while for sandwiches. When I went in yesterday, I had a chance to look around at all the signs. That's when I realized  I could get a box lunch and have it delivered. And, of course, the taste of their smoked turkey breast is always supreme!

The medium frozen Coke was really Frozen and it was a great taste. But I want to talk about the people who work there, who are absolutely fantastic. The guy at the window, the first window, was absolutely he totally polite and very professional. And the young man was smiling and say have a great day who gave me my frozen Coke

Maybe my dog will be able to choke down these nasty jerky chicken nuggets they gave me- too dry and hard for me to eat. Fries were old and cold too. Waste of $10 and I still have to go get food somewhere else.

We were going through the drive-thru. Both lands were open. We sat forever as cars in the inside lane kept getting service. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting with dove or so cars getting through, we decided to go around to come around to the inside lane.

The food was fine. The service, not so much.

Food is usually good and fresh service could be a lil quicker. Place is usually clean.  But one night we come thru Dr thru placed our order took about 15 minutes for two mcchickens one medium fry! Got home to eat chicken patties were old and greasy!

Ordered deluxe qtr pounder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Patty looks like it had been sitting for a long time; yet it was raw in middle, lettuce soggy, wilted & discolored, 1 tomato slice  Waaay too much mayo, ketchup & mustard..."crispy pickles" are soggy as well. Paid $9 for trash so I'm returning to store for refund.

This is typical fast food so you can’t come in here expecting a five star experience. The staff was great and the place was clean considering it was raining outside and there were a lot of people in and out.

Not too bad of a location. Got all the order correct. The French fries were really dry and tasted old like they were fried hours ago. Otherwise, nothing wrong over all

When I walked in the first thing that overwhelmed my senses was the smell... It was beyond nasty, a mix between cow farm and old frier oil (at that point I should have walked out). I proceeded to look at the menu while the cashier glared at me and made a snarky remark "do you need something!".
I (quickly) ordered fries, 4 piece nuggets and a mcdouble no pickles add mayo and lettuce. What I received was atrocious.. The fries were old, cold, and mealy. The burger was A MESS, not wrapped properly, absolutely engulfed in mayo, and came with (maybe) 4 tiny pieces of shredded lettuce. (If I could give it zero stars I would) I regret even trying to eat it, I will not be surprised if I end up getting sick...

Hard to find a good fast food place late at night that gets your large order 100% accurate & with all made-fresh food. Excellent management. 👏

An employee was in the restroom in front of me and rinsed her hands but DID NOT use soap!  She rinsed for about 3 seconds and walked out of the bathroom.
I approached a manager regarding this. When the employee heard my issue, she began getting loud in the dining room. Asking if she could leave and saying it was bulls*#t!
I received my food and was trying to eat, when she went to the back where she got even louder, saying " I washed my hands so everybody knows"!
When I again approached the manager, she said well "she's young". I said that shouldn't matter. I said her outburst was inappropriate and she said " well you haven't given us a chance to handle it"!  My response was I have been here for 10 minutes now and it's still going on.
The employee was coddled, not reprimanded. I do not recommend eating there! For health reasons! And the management shows no concern in the matter.
